Guest Reviews
- Don (10/5): - THE PROPERTY AND OWNER IS GREAT -
BUT DO NOT USE EXPEDIA TO BOOK YOUR STAY!!!!
THEY NO LONGER HAVE A CONTRACT WITH EXPEDIA AND ARE NOT TOLD OF EXPEDIA BOOKINGS!!!
- Paul&Shannon (10/5): - Our host Hope was friendly and accommodating. Felt like staying with a friend. Thank you!
- ingeborg (10/5): Coming home - Wunderschoen
- Gale (10/5): Like staying with the best kind of family! - While we were not in Cocoa for vacation or anything that may resemble fun, the staff truly made us feel like we were staying with that really great side of the family. Above and beyond accommodating, wonderful rooms, excellent food, and very helpful in getting
around town.
The beds were phenomenal, showers made us melt after a difficult day, hardwood and hardware throughout stirred memories, and if THAT'S not enough, the antiques will make even non-admirers appreciate their beauty.
Incredibly spectacular!
- Mary (10/5): Very nice bed and breakfast - We love the character of the house and the furnishings. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Parrish Grove Inn is very close to the Cocoa Village shopping area, within walking distance. They have ample parking for guests and we were able to leave our vehicle parked and walk to dining and shopping areas. It is also a short walk to the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - room was way too small. I specifically asked for a luxury suite with king bed and did not get that. A little misleading. Nice clean room but couldn't sleep
- Not Provided (2/5): I do not recommend Parrish Grove Inn - We had a reservation, booked well in advance for the Parrish Grove Inn in Cocoa, Florida.
We showed up on the proper date and time and were told that our room was rented out to a wedding party. This action put us in a real dilemma. It was Friday, numerous cruise ships were leaving on Saturday along with a scheduled rocket launch. I do not recommend Parrish Grove Inn for these reasons.
- Aubrey (10/5): Amazing! - Hope and her friends and family are amazing! Made us feel very warm and welcome. Our suite in this historic house was beautiful. Definitely coming back!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Overall good - Overall great stay, but the breakfast took an hour and I could never figure out the wifi.
- Brian (10/5): - Very clean unique property with good service.
- Tom (10/5): Cocoa Village Retreat - Close to this quaint Cocoa Village and easy access to the Kennedy Space enter where we spent a day. The Parrish Grove Inn is a wonderfully restored, turn of the last century Victorian house. We were the only guest during our two day, mid-week stay and so had the run of the place to ourselves. Gail, our host, was very solicitous and gave us dining tips and help with directions around the area. She also provided a delicious breakfast - almost too much of a good thing.
- Charlene (10/5): Best nights sleep! - The Parrish Grove Inn has been the best experience of this year for us. We had never stayed at a true bed and breakfast before so we weren't exactly sure what to expect. What we experienced will be with us for a long, long time. We were greeted by the incredibly personable innkeeper, Ray on the lovely wrap around porch that sits in front of this magnificent house. Walking inside we were pleasantly assaulted with gorgeous, luscious decor that suits the house to a T. We checked in and went up to our room which spans the entire back of the house on the second floor. We quickly decided that we wished we had not made plans to go out that night. We wished we could simply sit downstairs drinking wine and beer and chatting with everyone. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I truly enjoyed this place so much that we are trying to figure out an excuse to go back ASAP! The brunch on Sunday morning was a labor of love and the mango mimosas were scrumptious! I cannot say enough good things about staying here. You really need to check it out yourself. Gail and Ray both went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home and we couldn't have been happier!!
- James (6/5): I wouldn't bother - Absolutely charming staff. Pleasant and welcoming, but this is not a hotel, it's a B&B. I'm reluctant to give a bad review, but this is certainly not a luxury hotel, as described. It is a quaint little house, with some history attached, but nothing special if your a UK visitor Overpriced and (pleasantly) amateurishly run.
Cocoa itself small and friendly.
