• Liang (5/5): - First First, the staff attitude was extremely poor. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and when we reached the lobby, we called the front desk but no one answered. After waiting for a long time, someone finally picked up and told us to wait while they opened the door. We waited downstairs for over an hour. When we called again, a different male employee answered, treating us very unfriendly. He said we needed to pay the city tax first before checking in, and added that they would be closing at 5:45 PM since it was the weekend, implying they shouldn't have to work on weekends anyway. The problem is, after making us wait more than an hour, they didn't even call back to inform us. Before we came to Barcelona, they had sent emails and made phone calls every few days asking about our arrival date. But now that we were here, they refused to provide any service. I don't understand this at all—it's really frustrating.Second , It is clean and big space , kind comfortable but it’s all over wet on the floor after rain, yes , everywhere ! I think I’ll never consider about this apartment again.

• Martin Adamec (9/5): - Výborná lokalita do centra za cca 15 minut pěšky. Nebylo třeba využívat hromadnou dopravu. V blízkosti je Lidl nebo Consum, kde nakoupíte veškeré potraviny. Naproti apartmánu byl prodej zeleniny a ovoce, kavárny. Slabá a často vypadávající wifi, ranní hluk ze stupaček.

• Ivan (8/5): - The apartment was nicely renovated overall. I am not sure whether the partially exposed brick ceiling was an intentional design choice, but in many places it looked cracked and had some kind of lime coating, which in my opinion does not fit very well. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. Communication was smooth, and the instructions regarding the keys were clear and detailed. The area around the building was relatively quiet. There was noise from the neighbors upstairs even after midnight (not the host’s fault, the ceilings are probably just thin), having to take out the trash myself, noise coming from the hallway - thin doors, and the repeated reminders about rules and possible penalties did not create a very relaxed atmosphere :)

Szukajcie noclegu w innym miejscu - Lokalizacja jest w miarę ok Dostałem apartament na samej górze w pokoju było 18 stopni i skromna narzutka do przykrycia było bardzo zimno, całą noc jest włączona wentylacja na cały budynek która jest głośna i sufit w łazience się od niej trzęsie. Kafelki na podłodze są nie przyklejone ruszają się. A personel tak arogancki jak jeszcze w żadnym kraju się nie spotkałem. Nie polecam da się znaleść lepsze miejsca. Dziwię się tymi pozytywami bo naprawdę nie dbają o klienta.

• Deborah (9/5): Perfect base for a stay in this great city. - Close to two metro stations on two different lines. Wherever you stay you need to travel to different areas to see everything, and this was a good base for that, either by foot bus or metro. Good local restaurants, we had some great food. Plenty of space for two, comfy beds, great shower, kitchen well stocked with plates cutlery pans( if you wanted to cook) dishwasher. Ample space for clothes and cases in bedrooms. Right next to the office, if any problems( our kettle tripped the lights and the lovely staff gave us a new one straight away) A smell of drains in the bathroom, that came and went!

• Ilaria (2/5): Appartement à fuire! - Lemplacemement est bien car proche de tout et de l’espace. À notre arrivée l’appart n’avait pas de terrasse donc n’était pas comme sur les photos de booking. Ensuite, nous sommes arrivés un peu avant le Check in et avons laissé la chambre libre car elle devait être nettoyée. Quand nous sommes entrés dans l’appartement, le sol était sale (pas nettoyé), la salle de bain remplie de poils au sol et dans la baignoire, plein de cheveux également et sol sale donc pas nettoyée du tout. Nous avons aussi appris qu’il n’y pas de nettoyage durant le séjour, les essuies ne sont pas changés sauf moyennant un prix de 8€ par essuie en plus. Les matelas sont vieux et usés, nous avons eu mal de dos tout le séjour. L’appart est mal isolé. Beaucoup de bruits la nuit, le jour etc. Et le bouquet final: pendant le séjour nous avons reçu un mot qu’un technicien devait passer à partir de 10h donc nous avons dû nous lever plus tôt...

We arrived after office ours so had to wait to receive entrance instructions. More towels needed for a five night stay please, one large and small each, was a struggle 👍

• Bregtje (4/5): Extreem gehorig appartement. - De locatie is top, fijne, leuke en veilige wijk. Appartement zelf is ruim. Het appartement was EXTREEM gehorig; het hele complex wordt verhuurd en we lagen iedere nacht wakker van geluiden uit alle verschillende appartementen. Dat varieerde van keiharde muziek tot "gewoon" lopen of televisie kijken, alles leek zich af te spelen alsof het naast je bed gebeurde. Mensen die op verschillende tijden aankomen of vertrekken (en dan niet altijd even zachtjes doen), de geluiden waren werkelijk niet te doen. We zijn overal ter wereld geweest, slapen beiden met white noise aan en zijn echt geen zeikerds, maar dit was absurd. Een kamer ligt direct aan het trappenhuis (met zelfs een raam die daarop uit kijkt, afgeplakt) en mensen lijken daar dwars door je kamer te stampen.

• Julie (9/5): - Pæn lejlighed, moderne indretning, rummelig og ren. Lidt mørk, men vi rullede gardinerne op og åbnede døren ud til gaden, så vi fik lys, luft og hyggelig stemning ind. Lejligheden ligger i et hyggeligt kvarter med lokalt liv, barer, butikker og grønne omgivelser. Overskuelig gå-afstand til seværdigheder og god kommunikation med udlejer.

• Davit (6/5): During check out we had a very stressful and annoying experience with a young woman receptionist - The property was clean and spacious! However, towels were not provided when we arrived. We had to wait until the next day so they were open and could check with the cleaner: we got the towels but no apology for that. The reception girl with brown long hair was very rude to us! The day before checking out we confirmed with a WhatsApp message with the customer service that we can leave our bags at their office downstairs because we had a super late evening flight. They told us that until 17:00 is ok to leave the bags at the reception! The day of the check out (April 3 kl 11:00) when we wanted to put our bags there she told me that it’s a public holiday there and they don’t work the whole day and I can leave the bags only until 13:00! When I told her that their company confirmed 17:00 as the latest to take the bags and we had already planned the day accordingly she got annoyed and told me that it was a mistake and no one is the office by 17:00. I mentioned again about the confirmation from message and she with a rude and annoying attitude talked to me and told me that she was is busy working and she can’t do anything and she does not know who texted me. I got really upset especially when she said that she has to stay longer for us in order to take care of the bags and then I can only leave the bags maximum until 15:30. As if she was doing a favor to us! Then realizing that she is just rude and stubborn person I wanted to talk to a manager or someone than her! After that she apologized and said she will stay because of us until 17:00 to take care of the bags! I asked her name to report her rude attitude towards me and my 70 years old parents then she started to make scene and went back of the office, swore on us in Spanish and behaving hysterical and ugly. Later another colleague of hers came in and told us that they work until 18:00 because they have check-ins until then and we can leave our bags. However we got so nervous and couldn’t trust that rude woman because she was supposed to be at the office until 18:00 and we were dependent on her!

Shower stall - big puddle of water would collect outside after one took a shower. Would be nice if they could provide a roll of paper towel to begin with.

The location is not far from the market, close to a metro and bus stop. The beach can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. In the apartment there were six of us, and we were given only two rolls of toilet paper (on each toilet one rollú. We have asked for more howerver we have been told it is not part of the service. The first thing I don’t want to do after arriving is go to the store to buy toilet paper, especially for an apartment at this price. There is a coffee machine in the apartment, but again there were only three capsules (I understand that there might be none, but with an apartment of this type people usually expect at least as many capsules as there are guests for a start). The people at the reception were not among the friendliest, which is always a bit surprising for us.

Heel fijn dat er schoonmaakartikelen aanwezig zijn en koffiecups en theezakjes en flesjes water bij aankomst. Geen stofzuiger of blik en veger aanwezig. Maar eigenlijk is dit gewoon gezeur. Dat was nl het enige "minpuntje" wat we ervaren hebben. Klein beetje gehorig soms. Geluid van de bovenburen.

Appartement propre, bien équipé. Les grands sites touristiques sont facilement acessibles à pieds ou en transports en commun. Un aspirateur serait le bienvenu pour le ménage ainsi qu'une machine à laver.

However, when I wanted to report that one toilet was not working I got an unfriendly reaction, not - The property was clean, the beds very comfortable , good location, I didn’t like - for that price- that you had to empty the bins, although it is easily done, I just think for the price… The wifi was slow. Unfriendly customer service lady when I reported faulty toilet ☹️

Great to have the well-equipped, very clean, kitchen area. Overall, the apartment is very comfy, cosy and quiet. I stayed in winter so appreciated the very ‘easy to regulate’ heating. Very nearby there are great shops, the market, bars, restaurants and the bus and metro are super handy too. If you like to walk, you can comfortably walk to the port, beach and many nearby attractions. Helpful staff and easy, secure, key-card entry to the apartment. I would stay here again. I really liked everything and my tiny complaint is that the surface of the dining table, although clean, was ready for a refresh.
• Amparo (8/5): - Muy bien localizado al lado de Mercado de San Antonio. Parada de metro . Tiene una terraza estupenda que no pudimos disfrutar por el mal tiempo . Habitación lo suficiente de espacio y baño igual. No tuvimos problemas de ruido . Es un edificio antiguo sin embargo tiene ascensor y el apartamento está rehabilitado . Yo cambiaría el sofá cama . Está ya viejo y partido . Cómo íbamos con nuestra hija lo usamos .

• María Cruz (10/5): No te guíes por las apariencias "SIENTE" - Ubicación excelente. Se duerme muy bien, camas milagrosas, aunque a la vista no lo parecen Amabilidad de la persona que nos enseñó y acompaño al piso, espléndida. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. En este apartamento la frase "no es oro todo lo que reluce" es a la inversa porque de primeras no ves ningún encanto pero luego notas que te encuentras muy bien ahí. Cuando vaya a Barcelona volveré a este alojamiento.
