• Ida (10/5): Polecamy! - Personel przemiły i pomocny. Wygodne łóżko, dostęp do basenu, dobrze wyposażony pokój z łazienką i balkonem. Bardzo czysto. Dobre śniadanie. Na pewno wrócilibyśmy do tego hotelu jeszcze raz.

• Sonja (4/5): Opålitlig bokning. Dålig fukost. Vänlig personal. Hiss. Poolområde okej. - Det fanns för få alternativ att välja mellan. Saknade kokt ägg, nötter, bananer, pannkakor/plättar, färska bär och grynost. Crossianterna var torra och hårda. Smöret smakade inte som smör. Man åt sig mätt, men det var samma varje morgon. Hade varit bättre att handla och göra egen frukost. Dubbelsängen i rummen var 140 cm breda och madrassen skarp. Trånga duschutrymmen och gammalmodig/otrygg duschkran. Vi var en grupp syskon på sju par som bokade rum fem månader före ankomst. Två veckor före ankomst flyttade de fyra par till ett annat hotell. De hade dubbelbokat sitt hotellet och inte kollat upp det tidigare. Det är helt oceptabelt att göra så. Och dessutom påstå att de inte kan göra något åt saken. Det drar ner massa poäng för det här hotellet. Och det hotellet som de andra fick höll i viss mån inte samma standard.

• Gianluca (9/5): - Staff disponibilissimo e molto cortese, bella struttura, ottima pulizia e discreta posizione. Da tornare Come segnalato allo staff, abbiamo scelto questa struttura (rispetto alle concorrenti) perché risultava disponibile la culla per bambini. Una volta accettata la prenotazione, purtroppo la richiesta ci è stata rifiutata, con la spiegazione che questo servizio fondamentale al nostro soggiorno non poteva esserci assegnato a causa di overbooking.
• Nathalie (10/5): Hôtel et personnels charmants - Tout était parfait. Le.personnel est agréable et souriant (comme souvent le sont les italiens). La chambre était grande avec un immense balcon et il n'y avait aucun bruit. La nourriture du restaurant etait très bien aussi !!! Ils nous ont conseillé et gardé nos valises. Un accueil comme on aimerait en avoir plus souvent. RAS

La stanza era un forno, ma non era possibile tenere le finestre aperte di sera perché le luci sempre accese sul balcone facevano entrare insetti di ogni specie; non funzionavano alcuni interruttori. Il letto scomodo, e in più colazione appena sufficiente.

Bellissimo il balconcino in camera che dá sulla piscina. La tv funzionava benissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta! La colazione potrebbe avere qualche dolce/frutta in più!

• Stephen (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel and location to my friends - Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Alesandro at reception who greeted everyone with a smile and advised us on places to go.Location was excellent , room was clean every day, I would suggest changing the breakfast as scrambled eggs and bacon every day needs to be varied. No complaints

The breakfast was tasty and nicely presented, the staff was friendly, and having private parking was a big plus. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but paying more attention to small details would make a big difference in the overall experience. There are several details that could be improved. The towels had a strong, sour, vinegar-like smell; the bathroom entrance has a step, which can be inconvenient; and the shower cabin is very slippery. The hand soap had an overpowering scent. In the restaurant, some plates were greasy on the underside, and glasses had visible fingerprints. There is also no mosquito net on the window.

We love the area absolutely gorgeous with beautiful boutique shops, promenade, and restaurant - The balcony was lovely very big and the outside of the building looks lovely. There is private parking for free. Lovely walk down hill and along promenade to the town. The outside of the property looks so much better than the inside. The rooms were so small, hardly any room to walk round the bed no space to put your luggage, there was a small suitcase stand provided but when up there was no room walk. Bathroom very compact. Bed very hard. Banging doors kept us awake. Check out was 10am which I thought was very early especially as we only arrived day before at approx 6pm. It was short uphill walk from the town. The balcony was beautiful but not very private if others staying in room beside you.

• Gabor 86 (9/5): Great hotel in Peschiera del Garda - Great location—close to bus stops and only a short walk from the lake and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was included and offered a nice selection of mainly continental items. Although we chose to explore local restaurants, the hotel also has a bar and the option to dine in. We would definitely return in the future and happily recommend the hotel to others. Our only small issue was the WiFi. Although the password was provided, the connection itself was inconsistent and kept dropping out, which may have been due to the location of our room. It wasn’t unusable, but it could have been better. This is the only reason we rated the hotel 9/10 instead of 10/10.

Quando ho comunicato al personale dell'hotel la situazione, si sono scusati in modo molto superficiale, anzi, la mattina dopo mi hanno chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno come se nulla fosse accaduto, invece avrebbero potuto rimediare non facendomi pagare l'importo della tassa ( cifra irrisoria) come gesto di scusa per la cattiva esperienza. La colazione era scarsissima e non c'era molta scelta. Non sono stata soddisfatta del servizio e non consiglierei questo hotel. Punti negativi: - Camera sporca e trascurata - Colazione scarsissima - Servizio clienti superficiale e non professionale

Arrivati in struttura ci sono state assegnate due camere diverse: una spaziosa con ampio terrazzo, l’altra più piccola con solo una finestra. Abbiamo anche chiesto la cortesia in reception di avere le camere uguali ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile. Avendo pagato lo stesso prezzo per entrambe avrei gradito lo stesso tipo di sistemazione.
