• JEAN MAX (10/5): Ótimo hotel, mas longe dos atrativos principais! - O hotel é extremamente bem localizado em termos de restaurantes e lojas. Porém, os principais atrativos da ilha ficam há mais de 1 hora e meia de ônibus. O café da manhã não é bom para ocidentais, pois só tinha 1 tipo de pão disponível. Os recepcionistas não falam inglês e são muito sérios. Porém, são educados!

• Althea (6/5): - Hotel past its glory days but a comfortable enough stay. Clean room, lifts and ac worked. Steps up to entrance tricky if you have heavy luggage. Shops and places to eat nearby. I found it a bit bewildering getting back from the Intercity Bus Station after a long day sightseeing and it is a 40 minute walk at least.
• MIRA (6/5): - 오래된 호텔이지만 침구며 청결도는 좋았어요 볼거리, 즐길거리가 도보로 가능했구요 다만 옷을 걸 행거부족, 가운이 있겠지싶어 잠옷을 안가져갔는데 좀 당황했고 칫솔치약도 구비 되어있지 않았구요 혹시나 싶어 가져가서 다행 이었네요 그리고 밤에 응대하는 남자 직원분 건성으로 대답하고 귀찮은 듯 하길래 기분이 좀 상했구요 ㅏ음 여행에는 글쎄요....
• Ji Eun (8/5): - 오래된 건물이라 노후의 흔적이 있긴 했지만 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 바다 뷰도 즐길 수 있어서 좋았구요. 잘 있다 갑니다. 공항 근처나 제주 시내 근처의 가성비 좋은 숙소 선호하시면 여기 추천합니다.

• Thinh (6/5): - Old budget hotel. Reception staff speaks very limited English and does not seem very warm to foreigners. Sauna seems to be male-only.
• Sandra (10/5): - Beautiful view of lighthouses, wharf and ocean. Comfortable bed, bay windows, nice bath bathroom. Several tour companies pickup one block away along the shoreline walkway. Plenty of food clothing and souvenir shopping very closeby.

• Young-kwan (6/5): 탑동 바닷가와 제주맛집 접근성이 훌륭한 곳 - 시설이 좀 오래되기는 했어도, 위치도 좋고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다.탑동 바닷가가 바로 앞이라 산책하기도 편리하고, 횟집, 돼지고기 전문 유명식당들이 바로 옆에 즐비해서 제주의 맛집을 쉽게 찾을 수가 있습니다.

• Karla (8/5): - Good location and clean. Our room had carpet wich it was kind of bothersome for my allergies. The hotel is ok but outdated. In general for the price is ok. The best is the location.
• Mary Anne Malgapo (8/5): - Hotel is good if you are not planning to rent a car, otherwise...its a first come, first served and you might have to park far away if returning to the hotel past 5pm. Spa/hot tub wasn't a free amenity of the hotel. Its a separate entrance underground the hotel--entrance through the parking back door. The nicest part of the hotel is they provide new towels and two water bottles everyday if don't want a room cleaning(must put do not disturb sign) Hotel room rules to not bring outside food and to consume in your room but there are lots of restaurants near the hotel.

I took a star off since the pillows were hard and there was a lot of random things (petals, flip flop, etc) under my bed. Other than that, it was clean and convenient and worked well as a solo traveler.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 별로였습니다 - 체크인 했을 때 화장실 변기에 머리카락 그대로 있었고 다음 날 아침 청소 잘 해달라 말했는데 그날 그 머리카락이 그대로 있었어요 환경 생각하는 거 좋은데 기본 청소는 해주셔야죠 주차는 건물 뒤편 이용하고 없으면 맞은 편 공영주차장 이용하라고 했어요 뒤편은 좁고 이미 다 차서 공영주차장 이용했습니다 수건도 상태 별로였어요 어떤 수건에 검은 게 묻어 있어서 갈아달라고 하려다 귀찮아서 그 수건은 그냥 안 썼습니다 숙소 잡기 어려워서 대충 골랐더니 정말 별로였어요 청소라도 깨끗이 했으면 이런 후기 안 남겼을 거예요

• byungduck (6/5): 관광호텔.. - 오래된 호텔이고 시설도 낡아 보였지만 청결하였구요. 주변 도보 관광도 가능해 좋았습니다. 일회용품(치솔,치약 등) 제공 안하고 샴푸,린스,로션 등은 병에 담겨 리필해 쓰네요. 환경을 생각한다는 느낌이 듭니다. 호텔 출입구가 계단입니다. 무거운 트렁크를 들고 계단(약 20 계단)을 오르려면 무척 힘듭니다. 이점 많이 불편하네요.

• Hoon (2/5): 여기 청소 하나 싶을 정도로 더러움. 주차장 적음. 방음잘안됨. - 화장실 내부 손잡이에 남이 썼던 수건 그대로 걸려있음. 침대 옆 테이블에 우리컵 두잔이 있고 종이로 덮여있음. 담날 아침에 쓰려고 보니까 안에 남이 마시다 남은 술 남아있음. 누렇게 남아있는데 청소하는사람은 대충보고 안쓴거같으니 그대로 종이 덮어둔 듯? 결국 종이컵구해서 거기에 마심. 커피포트는 물 끓이면 플라스틱 냄새 많이남 ㅋㅋㅋ 로비에서 항의하니 50대 중년 아저씨(딱 3성 호텔 급)가 허공보며 사과함. 이런 일 한두번 아니라는 듯이 ㅎㅎㅎ 주차는 길 건너 야외 공영주차장에 했어야함. 불편함. 절대 추천하지 않습니다.
• maiko (10/5): 市場も遠くなくて◎ - ホテル自体は壁に虫が死んだまま、死んだ跡などあり少し恐怖でしたが、全体的には綺麗だったので不便なく過ごせました。 チェックインカウンターには常時スタッフがいました。 2泊3日しましたが、部屋の掃除はしなくていいのでタオル交換のみお願いしたのですが、されていなくて、フロントで伝えたら新しいのを貰えました。 バスマットがなかったのが少し不便でしたが、大きいタオルも小さいタオルもあったので十分でした。 フロントの方とは韓国語でしか会話してないので、日本語が通じるか分からないですが、どなたも丁寧に対応していただけたので良かったです。 ホテルから歩いてすぐ、海にも行けて夜には人がたくさんいました。 市場までも10〜15分ほどあれば到着し、お土産屋や、水産市場、屋台等ありました。 ホテル近くにマクドナルドやbhcチキン屋などあり遅い時間に小腹が空いた時にちょうど良かったです。 カフェもたくさんあり、パン屋もあるので朝ごはんにも困りませんでした。
• Yejin (10/5): 정말 안락하고 좋아요! - 비행기가 너무 일찍 도착해서 짐을 놔두기 애매했는데 얼리 체크인을 해주셔서 너무너무 편하게 보냈어요! 그리고 청결도 너무 깨끗하고 바다 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 만족스러웠어요! 다음에 또 갈것같아요~~!
• Verified traveler (8/5): 혼자 호캉스 만족! - 호텔기능보다 쉬는것이 우선이라면 가성비대비 탁월한 호텔이라고 생각함. 충분히 호캉스분위기 낼 수 있음. 그러나 일반 특급호텔 분위기 만끽하려는 기준에선 기대에 못미칠 수 있으나 바다뷰 객실은 훌륭함. 혼자 , 친구와방문, 출장으로 방문할 경우 적절한 호텔이라고 생각함. 무엇보다도 탑동사거리 위치적으론 중앙에 있어 좋음
• YOONJUNG (8/5): 훌륭한 위치 , 가성비호텔 - 전체적으로 노후된 느낌 이긴하나 최근 리모델링 되어선지 깔끔한편임 다만 바닥 카펫은 깨끗해 보이진 않았음 호텔 바로뒤 아랍계식당 있었는데 밤늦은 시간 주정하는 사람 있어서 여자들끼리는 좀 무서웠음 바로 옆 편의점 유용했고 동문시장 560m 거리라 나처럼 걷는거 싫어하는사람도 다녀오기 좋았음 또 오는길에 중심가 상권과 흑돼지골목 있어서 편리했음 또 얼마안떨어진곳에 이마트 있었고 김만복, 새우지, 자매국수, 우진해장국 등 유명 맛집 다 있어서 편리했음
• Verified traveler (10/5): 무리없는 숙박 - 중간 중간 쉬고 저녁에 잠만 잘 호텔로 골랐는데, 전혀 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 내부를 리모델링 했는지 깨끗하고 가격도 저렴하고 좋습니다. 무리한 기대 (수영장, 훌륭한 조식, 끝내주는 컨시어지 라던가...) 만 안한다면 충분히 만족할만한 숙소입니다. 근처 횟집이나 맛집들 가기도 편했어요~

• Kyungsook (2/5): 팔레스 호텔 솔직 후기!!!!! - hotels.com 에는 번지르하게 나온 호텔 사진과 후기 또한 평점이 좋아서 가성비 괜찮겠다 싶어서 2박 선택 했는데 완전 꽝!!! 입니다. 호텔 주변에 이마트 동문시장 있다는것 외엔 정말 숩박할곳 이 못되네요. 일단 총지배인 이라는 분 부터 불친절 하고 객실의 난방은 천장에 있는 온풍기라서 얼굴부분만 후덥지근하고 공기 건조해지고 타올도 너무 지저분한걸 걸어두고 최악이라서 일박만 하고 환불 요청했습니다 일반 모텔보다도 못한 이름만 호텔 이었네요

• Yuna (10/5): 시내관광에 적합한 숙소 - 호텔위치가 좋아요 공항 용두암 이호테우해변 해안도로 한라수목원등 차로 이동하기에 가까운거리에 있고 동문시장이랑 흑돼지거리 칠성로는 도보로 5분정도에 있어서 잘구경했어요 조식은 신청안했구요 호텔바로옆에 베이커리카페랑 이마트있어서 나가서 사먹었어요 이마트뒤쪽에 바다보이는 산책로있어요 밥먹고 걷기좋아요 방크기도 적당하고 화장실도 깨끗해요(온수대박만족합니다) 욕조는없는데 지하?층에 사우나있어요 대체적으로 만족하지만 아쉬운점은 주차장이 협소해서 건너편 공영이용했구요 객실이 건조하다는점 두개정도네요 1층로비가 계단을 좀 올라가서 들어가야되요 캐리어가 무거워서 들고 이동하기 조금불편했는데 직원분이 옮겨주셨어요 죄송하고 고마웠습니다..!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - i liked where this property is situated. It is very close to the shopping street, the huge market and E-mart supermarket. The waterfront has a walkway and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel doesn't have tea or coffee supplied, but does have a kettle. Since there is the supermarket and 7 11 just around the corner, that was not too much of a drama.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - It is close to the old district of Jeju city, Jeju harbor and so on. There are lots of good restaurants, markets, shopping malls around the hotel. It's not expensive. There is no toothbrush or paste in the bathroom. But there are lots of convenient stores around the hotel. Highly recommended.
• Raha R (10/5): Nice Hotel with Lovely sea view rooms - Clean rooms. The room in which I stayed, had a great sea view. Location is very nice close to the sea and harbour. Also there are a lot of eat out places and super markets. Had a great experience during my stay. Things that could be improved are the hotel room service, restaurant facilities and the staffs communication skills in English. As most of the staffs barely could speak in English.
• Pikopoch (6/5): Great view - Been here for two nights with group and overall is a good hotel. Rooms and bed is comfortable. View from restaurant is the best since facing directly to the ocean. Breakfast variation is nice and tasted good. Hotel surrounded to several shops and everything is walking distance. Good location for sneak around in the night.
• Groundnuts (6/5): Strategic Location but Old - Stayed there for 2 nites. It's a very old hotel, where the room keys are literally still a physical key with a steel plate engraved with room number. Room looks old but it's location is good. Walking distance to shopping (not too much) and food. The place for breakfast is at 10th floor and it has a nice view of the sea. Abalone porridge was strongly recommended but I felt the ramen was good.
• farizj2014 (6/5): Old but good location - This is the oldest and "seasoned" hotel out of 5 hotels we stayed during our tour of Korea. Nevertheless the location is good downtown. But has no iron or steamer for use. Noticed that there are many south east Asian guests staying here. Thus the flags of the countries infront.

• Cat (4/5): Great for a middle-aged Korean man...ONLY - If you're going to this hotel for the Sauna and you're a women-PASS. Expedia doesn't mention this, but this sauna is MEN ONLY. If you like soft pillows and soft beds, DON'T COME HERE. These beds are typically Korean (aka box spring, no mattress, hard as a rock, not soft at all) I got one of the best massages of my life and after I slept, I woke up with cricks in my neck and lower back pain like you wouldn't believe! It's NOT near the beach. It's near the water. The closest beaches are 45 minutes away by bus and 10-15 minutes (7-10 bucks) away from the hotel. There aren't a lot of good restaurants or even variety around there. There IS an Emart (basically a huge grocery store) nearby. And McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts. There's a shopping center but I felt like I couldn't find food I like. The hotel spa is overpriced, too. Go outside and there're a few places around there that have better rates! There's a disco jump (ride) and a few fun rides nearby. At night, go outside and follow the screaming. You'll find it. It's really small but kids would enjoy it.
• John (6/5): Good place for a economical single. - Not my ideas of a honeymoon suite. While the rooms are very clean and the staff is polite, the air conditioner needs servicing to get rid of the smell of rancid freon. When I returned to my room, the air conditioner made the entire room smell like body bad body odor. I thought at first it was me, but figured out it was due to the coolant being rancid. There really is no dining hall or restaurant like in the advertisement for the hotel. The only place you can get any breakfast is a few blocks away. The hotel was nice and has a good view of the ocean, although it is an older hotel and is kept up. I would recommend this hotel to a single person trying to be economical as they will not nickel and dime you to death and there is no mini-bar to tempt you, so you save money on unnecessary hotel expenses. I was surprised at checkout they did not accept my card for any additional payments, as I expected they would do for every little thing that I used.I brought my own toiletries and towels so I did not use any of their amenities.
• Sssoo1 (6/5): First night in Jeju - Jeju is a beautiful island, an hour's flight away from South Korea. We checked into the Jeju Palace Hotel in the late evening. The hotel looks impressive but the rooms are quite small but the morning buffet breakfast more or less make up for it. One good thing about Korea is there's always a convenience store near to the hotels. All in all we slept soundly after the long flight from home.
• Sharks119 (8/5): Nice hotel facing ocean - We stayed here for 2 nights after it was arrange by our tour group holiday...it's was a nice hotel but the furniture is old except for the TV. Bathroom was very small which I most korea hotel are about the same. Surrounding have alot of restaurants and convenient stores... just a 2 min walk to the sea front. BF provided not too bad atleast it has a egg station.
• amysmiles2019 (8/5): Nice - Located in the centre of Jeju islands. Clean and comfortable room with view of the city. Buffet breakfast with Korean and western choices. Walking distance to busy shopping street. Staffs are helpful and friendly. They can speak simple English too. Restaurant and shopping centre can be easy found.
