- Michelle (4/5): - Major issue with the elevator caused me to be trapped in it for 2 hours before the technician arrived. No apology or offer of any compensation from the hotel made the whole experience that much more unacceptable. Room was very small and the single slope ceiling was low and claustrophobic, having to crouch down to access half the already small room.

The staff were incredible; Muhammad and Karan provided great assistance and attention to all of our matters. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was amazing. From the comfort of the bed, awesome hot water and pressure from the shower, to the air conditioning provided an amazing stay at The 7 Hotel. We will be staying here upon our next visit.

The only negative thing i can say is the soundproofing of our room was inadequate , you can easily hear your neighbors because there was a door connecting to the room next door.

- Karen (6/5): - The property is clean and great location, walkable to most things you might want to see whilst in the centre of Lisbon. I'm just rating it overall a 3 star though as we booked and paid for the internal balcony/decking area (so no windows to the outside but access to a deck inside with chairs and coverage to relax in) but it was actually closed for repairs. There was a hole on the decking floor, scaffolding etc. But at no point in the run-up to our stay did the hotel let us know about this. They let us book it so maybe it happened after our booking. But they didn't attempt to contact us, nor did they tell us about it when we checked in. We had to find it out by ourselves, which was a real shame as we specifically searched for days for a hotel that had some kind of relaxing balcony or deck with a small kitchen. We didn't even keep thy curtains to it open as we'd just be looking at scaffolding, broken floors, and cigarette butts. We noticed they updated their own website with notice about the repairs, but again, they never bothered to let us know. I also hate the idea of putting the responsibility on me to tell them or ask them about it for some kind of compensation because I'm the one that was surprised by all this, so why not they proactively try to do something about it like offer another room?

We parked our hire car in Telpark which is 150 yards from the hotel for €25 per day. Really close to the blue metro line and easy walk to tram 28.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hello, I am one of the guests who stayed with my husband in Room 405 at The 7 Hotel in Lisbon from November 10th to 11th for a one-night stay. This was our first visit to Lisbon, and after careful consideration, we chose The 7 Hotel due to its high ratings on Google, and we had high expectations. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. However, the condition of the room assigned to us was not satisfactory. The bathroom ventilation was poor, which filled the room with an unpleasant odor. The biggest issue was the bed, which had a sunken middle section. This caused excessive noise whenever we turned over, and the discomfort led to back pain, so my husband and I could barely sleep and were awake most of the night. We had looked forward to this brief 2-day trip, but the uncomfortable bed prevented us from getting any restful sleep, leaving us in poor condition. We had high expectations for our stay, so it was very disappointing to have this experience.

Was easy to book with Pedro, a very excellent front desk person. Room was small and oddly configured so you stubbed toes on bed getting around, but was clean and well appointed

Breakfast was continental style with lots of Portuguese pastries on offer including Pastel De Nata. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break.

- Dominika (8/5): - I really like this hotel. The room was clean and very modern. Size was decent, two large suitcases fit just fine on the floor opened up. It wasn’t too loud from the street, the only downfall I have about the room was the bathroom and that there wasn’t any good spot to place your shampoo bottles in the shower, I had to balance it on top of the dispenser which was inconvenient. The bathroom also occasionally smelled of sewer, after a little while the smell disappeared, this wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is AMAZING, the hotel is on the same street as the Santa Justa lift, it’s just a street behind the main tourist street in Lisbon, Rua Augusta, with the most shopping and restaurants, a few seconds walk. The staff were very nice and helpful with any questions. They stored our baggage before check in and after. There was an option to pay more for early check in but that price was extremely steep. Breakfast was mediocre but as expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Spacious apartment, clean, quality linen, quiet, great shower, comfy bed, all amenities catered for, modern, walking distance to everywhere in old town, 5-15 minutes, lots of restaurants, shopping, transport close by. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We could not fault it. Congratulations to the 7 Hotel. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The included breakfast- excellent The location- excellent The only comment I have is the following- while the shower is beautiful to look at, it is very dangerous and unsafe in my opinion. There should be grab bars and decals on the floor to prevent falls.

- Leah (10/5): Couples weekend away March 2024 - Lovely hotel and in such a great location, so local to everything and very close to Baixa-Chiado metro which was very handy. Rooms are lovely and cosy, spacious, nice shower, working heating/AC and wifi. Big comfy bed. Great view from our window, room 503 for reference. Will defo return!

- Regina (6/5): - The smell was bad... room 309 (and, possibly, all of the 3rd floor of the hotel) smelled strongly of sewer gas. It is not possible they did not know about the smell, yet we were placed on that floor anyway. We endured it for the first night, then we asked for a different room because it did not go away. Room 209 (same spot in the building, but one floor lower) did not have this problem. The location was convenient for touring Baixa, Chiado and Alfama, certainly. But the price for this was double the cost of the hotel to which we moved after that, in Restauradores, near Rossio Station, which did not smell at all and was very comfortable, and was nearly as convenient to all of these places. We would have skipped Hotel 7 if we had known any of this. 3 stars are given overall, because it was convenient and the staff were wonderful, but the smell was very bad and the price was high for something that smelled so terrible.
- Iris (6/5): - Location was great. However, the rooms (had 2 different ones in different floors, 3 night stay) had a strong musty smell. The smells were 'covered' right after the rooms were cleaned but they returned very strongly. They came from the bathroom area (tubing?).

- James (10/5): - The facility is quite nice. The bed was an actual queen size vs. the typical two singles pushed together and the shower was larger than I typically experience in Europe. The breakfast aslo gets an A plus!

We had an issue at check-in because one of the two rooms I reserved was supposed to have 2 beds, but it only had 1 bed. The hotel showed me the reservation that was transmitted from Travelocity and it it showed only 1 bed for that room, so the error was apparently made by Travelocity.
- Brian (10/5): - Great hotel for this price. Very clean and modern. Great A/C in the rooms. Personally I'd do away with the system of the key to keep the power in the room running but that's very minor. Very central to many attractions in Lisbon. Easy to get to via Metro from the airport. A really nice find!
