Valentina (5/5): - Alles sehr modern und sauber Das zimmer war sehr klein, man hatte keinen Platz die Kleider zu verräumen. Wir hatten zudem einen Wasserschaden und die toilette, Lavabo und Dusche sind für mehrere Stunden nicht mehr abgelaufe . Es hat sehr gerochen.

Location molto bella, ideale per staccare e rilassarsi. Alcune piccole attenzioni andrebbero migliorate: non è stato possibile fare il massaggio di coppia, in camera mancava il telefono e durante la pulizia è stato dimenticato il tappetino del bagno. Dettagli che possono fare la differenza nell’esperienza complessiva.

Andis (10/5): A nice place to stay with your family or friends if you want to explore the Puglia countryside. - Located in the heart of Puglia countryside, surrounded by beautiful scenery of centuries old olive trees; very well organised and spotless clean throughout. A very decent restaurant that serves excellent Italian food with a good wine selection (menu is updated daily as it should be). Very communicative restaurant and reception staff. Spa facilities are at extra charge. One would expect at least a bottle of water and some tea or coffee as a complement in the room (it’s a nice gesture).

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely warm and attentive, especially Lisa. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered a relaxing view of the garden. A very large bed and high-quality bedding ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a real treat, featuring fresh local produce. Finally, the hotel spa is a true oasis of relaxation, with its steam room, sauna, and treatments tailored to every need. What's more, the location is ideal, close to the main tourist attractions. In short, this hotel combines comfort, refinement, and impeccable service. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable stay!
arnaud (10/5): Un hôtel ou l’on peut aller les yeux fermés ! - Nous avons passé 3 jours et 2 nuits à l’hôtel Masseria San Francesco et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel a fait preuve d'une grande chaleur et d'une attention remarquable, tout particulièrement Lisa. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, et offrait une vue reposante sur le jardin. Un lit très large et une literie de qualité, garantissent des nuits reposantes. Le petit-déjeuner était un vrai régal, mettant en avant des produits locaux frais. Le spa de l'hôtel enfin est une véritable oasis de détente, avec son hammam, son sauna et ses soins adaptés à chaque besoin. De plus, l’emplacement est idéal, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques. En résumé, cet hôtel allie confort, raffinement et service impeccable. Je le recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite passer un séjour inoubliable ! Rien ! Et c’est suffisamment rare pour le souligner

Claudia (10/5): Il posto ideale in cui rilassarsi - La masseria è in una posizione strategica, vicinissima al mare e a tante altre città limitrofe, e dispone di tanti servizi come palestra all’aperto, zona golf, piscina e ampi prati in cui rilassarsi anche facendo una semplice camminata. Tutto lo staff è stato gentile e sorridente, in particolare la ragazza del bar e della colazione. Abbiamo passato una giornata di sole meravigliosa e rilassante. La camera era pulitissima e molto grande come anche il terrazzino. Ho solo trovato leggermente “eccessivo” il supplemento applicato alla presenza del cane, avendo visitato parecchie masserie in zona non mi sono mai ritrovata a pagare una cifra di 50€ per un animale domestico. L’idea del kit e dello snack del cane è molto carina ma non vale la cifra applicata. Per il resto è stato tutto meraviglioso.

Leszek (10/5): Wspaniały czas! - Lokalizacja absolutnie wspaniała, bardzo zadbana zieleń wokół obiektu, sam budynek to miejsce z duszą, w ciszy, harmonii, spokoju, poszanowaniu magicznej natury, która z każdej strony budynku ma swój indywidualny charakter. Obsługa hotelu wyjątkowo empatyczna, spokojna i pomocna. Podróżowaliśmy w trójkę z córeczką i brakowało nam miejsca na ułożenie ubrań, albowiem pokój nie posiadał żadnej szafy. Ale widocznie to było częścią całości designu obiektu, w klimacie bardzo zen, prostoty i harmonii. NIe uznaję tego za ujmę lecz za cechę obiektu.
Maria Teresa (10/5): Pleasantly surprised with this gem of a Masseria, perfect for families, couples or group of friends! - We loved the overall feel of the property, beautiful landscaping, relaxing spa design, warm restaurant vibe and generously large and comfortable accommodations. We appreciated the fact that they changed their lunch/dinner menu everyday, allowing us to sample different types of food from the region. The villas were very well appointed, with the traditional charm of masseria living with modern amenities; the view of the sea from our garden was a beautiful bonus. Cannot wait to go back during summer for a different luxury experience. I would have preferred for the gym to have been indoors with better equipment so we could have used it in the winter time. Having the gym outdoor limited its use to the warmer months.

Piękne wnętrza, doskonała kuchnia (lokalne produkty najwyższej jakości), uspokajająca muzyka we wspólnych przestrzeniach, elegancki ogród i otoczenie basenu. Dla lubiących samodzielnie przygotowywać posiłki - dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z zadaszoną przestrzenią do wypoczynku i spożywania posiłków. W mieszkaniu brakowało szafy.

Laura (8/5): - The room and grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. Some of the staff were very attentive and some less so. I was disappointed with the spa and my treatment, the spa itself is in a lovely setting however the hour for relaxing doesn’t feel long enough especially in the low season, guests should be given more time when the facility is not being used so frequently. The service comes at an extra cost therefore I wouldn’t expect it to feel rushed but also not to be charged when we have paid for treatments. I would have appreciated front of house to advise the treatments would be in a shared room, I could not relax during my facial due to my partner having a message and salt scrub next to me, the facial itself was lovely but I would not have booked had I known. I enjoyed the pool and bar during the day and the location is ideal with a car, you can visit Fasano, Monopoli and many other beautiful towns and beaches.

Apenas alguns pontos poderiam melhorar: a academia está muito abaixo do padrão, não há cortesia de água ou café no quarto (e cobram até pelo solúvel), e o ar-condicionado não dá conta do tamanho do quarto. Ainda assim, nada disso tira o mérito tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa.

The service during the dinner at the pool was poor and frosty. The staff never smiled during the whole dinner service. Also the rules are strict like in a hostel (a full site of does and donts)

The apartments were beautifully appointed & the grounds were immaculate. Breakfast was a delicious spread of just about anything you could want. Samantha (8/5): Stunning Masseria - beautifully designed. - Stunning Masseria, lovely large rooms and beautiful communal spaces Every morning at 7.00am and 7.10am the front door buzzed as though someone was entering the room with a key. It means we were woken every morning at 7.00am ! The pool looks beautiful and quite large but it’s not suitable for swimming more than 4 strokes in as it is built in to the rock and pretty shallow and rocky. Looks beautiful but not as practical !
chloehM8264UU (6/5): Disappointing honeymoon - A pretty average visit, which is quite disappointing as we travelled here after we got married in another part of Puglia. This was our honeymoon. Firstly, the price of this place is on the higher side (we paid approx £400 per night) so had pretty high expectations as we wanted it to be special for our honeymoon. We were met with a pretty cold greeting at reception with not much information. I mentioned on our booking that it was for our honeymoon yet there was no mention at all of this by the staff, nothing in the room and no attention to detail at all - I found this pretty disappointing for somewhere that should be luxury. For a luxury place at this price, you expect at least complimentary water in the room. We have stayed at some amazing places and have always got this. Was surprised at how much it felt like they were ripping you off with everything. The food at the restaurant is lovely and Giacomo was great! He is super friendly, very kind and great service. I feel he is wasted here as the service by everyone else is pretty poor. Everyone looks miserable, nobody has a smile, everyone makes you feel pretty awkward. The place is very quiet and boring, very quiet music by the pool. We went to Borgo Egnazia for dinner and drinks and wow, it was AMAZING. If you’re looking for somewhere high end, with a great atmosphere and amazing staff - I would highly recommend. Finally; the lady on reception is very abrupt and pretty rude. We came to check out and she said “give me a minute” not even a hello, how are you. Nobody asked how our stay was, nobody engaged in any conversation. We were also overcharged at the spa, we had a couples massage that should have been €150, but they upsold us without even telling us. We were asked what style of massage we would like and well said a mixture (thinking that is what we paid for) and were charged an extra €20. We contested this at check out to be met with a blunt response. Also, even after paying this for a massage, you cannot even use the spa facilities, this is an extra €40 PER PERSON, which I found outrageous. Note: the massage was lovely and we did enjoy this. Overall, the grounds are lovely and everything is well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant was also very enjoyable with great quality ingredients, but due to the staff and atmosphere we would not return.

Kenkeane13 (10/5): Amazing stay in Puglia - We had an unbelievable stay at Masseria San Francesco! My girlfriend and I stayed at the end of July into the beginning of August, and the weather in Puglia could not have been any better. Entering the property at Masseria, you are surrounded by olive trees, the sea and peace and quiet. Our room had a great view of the sea, which is about 7-10 minutes from the Masseria by car. The room was extremely clean, the air conditioner worked very well, and the overall design was amazing (a modern day Masseria). We took an orecchiette and focaccia making class during our stay right at the masseria. It was a fun thing to do right at the hotel and the chef and staff were amazing. Speaking of the staff, Masseria San Francesco has some of the best staff I have had the pleasure of getting to know of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Thank you to; Giacomo, Lisa, Brigida, Manuela, Anna and the entire staff! It was their hospitality which made our stay so amazing. Masseria San Francesco is situated right near the town of Fasano, which was perfect for getting to the more popular towns which many people seek to visit during their time in Puglia such as; Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Ostuni. We look forward to returning to Masseria San Francesco during our next stay in Puglia. Thanks again to the staff for making it so memorable. Best, Ken Keane
