• Chantal (1/5): - Attention cet hotel ne sert pas le petit déjeuner sur place mais à 700 mètres. Pas d'isolation. Personnel peu aimable limite désagréable. Literie très inconfortable. Un filet d'eau pour la douche. Dommage, l'emplacement est bien. Mais je ne recommande pas.

• Giovanni (8/5): Discreto. - Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo. La televisione in quanto funzionava solo i canali RAI. Non era specificato che per raggiungere la camera c’era una scalina molto ripida da fare. Per fare colazione bisogna andare a piedi in un’altra struttura distante circa 500 metri. Il condizionatore non funzionava perfettamente. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto di depositare la carta di credito pur avendo pagato tutto tramite il portale di Booking e anche questo non era specificato in fase di prenotazione. Se non avessi avuto la carta di credito?

• Ruud (8/5): Karakteristiek fraai verblijf, dat ook het sobere karakter van een klooster heeft behouden. - Ik verbleef in het klooster Relais Monastera Santa Teresa op verzoek van de accommodatie, dat is een fraai historisch pand. De kamer was ruim, had een balkon en een fraai gewelfd plafond met fresco’s. Een bijzondere plaats om te overnachten. Hoewel het een bijzonder pand is, is het beslist niet luxueus. Ook in dat opzicht is het karakter van het klooster zichtbaar. De eerste verdieping is alleen via 40 traptreden te bereiken. De regendouche geeft een miezerig straaltje water. Het water loopt ook niet goed weg. Niet te voorkomen is dat het water de kamer in loopt. Het bed is - zoals in veel Italiaanse hotels - hard. Heel bijzonder is dat de receptionist een foto met haar mobiel van mijn paspoort heeft gemaakt, toen ik dat zag stond ik erop dat zij dat verwijderde, en na uitleg van mijn kant, heeft zij ook de foto uit ‘haar verwijderde foto’s’ verwijderd.

• Patrick (10/5): Emplacement parfait pour découvrir le cœur historique de la ville. - Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir été surclassé au relais Monastero Santa Teresa où a lieu le petit déjeuner. C’est un très bel endroit. Le seul bémol : la ventilation très très bruyante de la VMC de la salle de bain qui se déclenche uniquement lumière allumée.

• Marcofabio (4/5): Nice hotel, but overall bad experience. - The property is charming, however the premises are shared with a noisy restaurant that is not managed by the hotel and doesn’t respect quiet hours until after midnight. Up to 80 decibels music or clamour until midnight are admitted by local authorities, the hotel management does not disclose the information, nor negotiate anything better with the restaurant. Not a nice stay if you want to chill out. The layout.

• Massimo (9/5): - Bella struttura a Nardò che, insieme a altre, fa parte di un albergo diffuso, nel centro storico. Camera grande, essenziale ma pulita. Silenziosa e ben climatizzata. Alcune cose erano un po’ usurate ma nel complesso c’era tutto il necessario. Colazione buona e varia, servita in altra struttura. Nel cortile ci sono i tavoli del ristorante che però lasciano adeguata privacy. Parcheggio nelle stradine adiacenti alla ztl. Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Un po’ più di manutenzione per il mobilio, per il resto tutto molto bene.

Lo staff disponibile Il bagno piccolissimo, la doccia quasi non entravo, i centimetri erano al minimo sindacale. Porta asciugamani rotto, non sapevo dove appoggiare la roba. Si tratta di un albergo diffuso, quindi la colazione era in un altro posto, non proprio vicino, ma il monastero é molto bello da vedere.

• David (7/5): Good. - Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Location central. The staff helped with vehicle access as you can only enter the city walls for a short time. Call the hotel in advance. There are two separate buildings that they use for accommodation. You can park in the streets outside the city walls for free. Nice hotel but split over two buildings so there is a 5-6 minute walk between them. You should ask for a picture of the room they have assigned you because ours was not great. The hot water kept cutting out. It was a stand-alone boiler just for that room.

• Elica (8/5): - Nardo is a small easily walkable town with nice pedestrian streets and piazzas. We appreciated the location in the old town. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby. We had to walk to the other hotel for breakfast which was a drag in the heat that starts very early.

• MM (8/5): - There are 2 buildings to this property. We stayed at the one in the old town. We had to take a short walk to get to the other property for breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. If you have a car you will need to park outside of the old town. We never had an issue finding parking. We were there over a weekend and the town square is a lot of fun. Watched a great band on the Sunday night. The staff is great. Very helpful. They gave us lots of great information about what is around the town. I would recommend this place.

Il ristorante del Mignano è superlativo, con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Nella struttura principale, monastero di Santa Teresa dove ci siamo spostati, la camera con affaccio nella corte interna risente dei rumori al mattino per la preparazione , niente di eccessivo ma proprio perché quieto in altri momenti si nota la differenza. Ci tornerei comunque! 🙂

Il y’a une terrasse et l’emplacement et idéal. Vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue le temps du Check in et du check out puis à 5 minutes à pied il y’a des rues où on peut se garer gratuitement.

Staff were very helpful and location is great for local facilities and to trav - The hotel has 3 locations in Nardo and we were in the Relais il Mignano. The property is a renovated palazzo. The rooms are spacious, good air con with adequate small bathroom. It is right in the historic centre which is great location for sights, restaurants etc There was an initial problem in that we weren’t given the room we had booked. But the reception staff the next day was excellent and we were allocated a great room for our next 2 nights. Breakfast is in Relais Monastero one of the other locations about 10 min walk away. Not a big problem but good to know. You can’t park at the hotel as it is in the historic centre in a restricted traffic zone. So you must park at least 10 min away which is a pain when arriving and leaving with your luggage. But worth it to stay in this hotel.

• Konstanze (4/5): Nie wieder. Sind vorzeitig dort wieder abgereist. - Die junge Frau an der Rezeption war supernett & hilfsbereit. Da aber der Rest so gar nicht stimmte und Anspruch & Wirklichkeit weit auseinander gingen, sind wir nach 1 Nacht abgereist, obwohl wir für 4 Nächte gebucht hatten. Fast alles. Zu kleine, unbequeme Betten, mussten Raum wechseln, weil das Bad nicht funktionierte. Arroganter Empfang seitens der Besitzerin, hat nur aufs Handy gestarrt. Keinerlei Hilfe beim Gepäck, obwohl man eine steile Treppe hinauf musste. Unfassbar laut, da Restaurant im Innenhof und außerhalb Bar mit lauter Musik bis Mitternacht & vielen jungen Leuten. Keine Möbel zum Sitzen auf dem Balkon. Das Frühstück war mit großem Abstand das schlechteste auf der ganzen Reise.

• Timothy (10/5): Their Relias Monastero Santa Teresa property is WONDERFUL - Upon arrival, the host Gigi upgraded us to their other property. Relais Monastero Santa Teresa which was built in the 13th century and later converted to a monastery. What an amazing place. The decor is vintage with frescos, artwork and history all around. The staff is very professional and the rooms are immaculately clean. The location is in the historic center and once you get your bearings, central to many of the main sights in Nardo The breakfast was basic and could use a wider selection of foods. It was adequate and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Buona la colazione, servita in un palazzo adiacente raggiungibile a piedi. Gentilezza della responsabile di sala e delle due signorine della reception; scarsa professionalità empatia ed educazione di uno dei proprietari immagino che dovrebbe evitare il reparto del Front Office. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento e la pressione dell’acqua, in particolare della doccia, non era sufficiente né sufficientemente calda per il periodo, fine dicembre.
