• Claudia (9/5): - Nette Mitarbeiter, sehr großes, geräumiges, ruhiges Zimmer mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Es ist nicht luxuriös aber sehr komfortabel. Die Skytrain Haltestellen sind fast 1 km weit weg vom Hotel.

• Basia (7/5): - Lokalizacja oraz wielkość apartamentu, z basenu nie skorzystałam, śniadania nie zdążyłam zjeść. Szkoda, że nie dostałam śniadania na wynos, ponieważ wyjeżdżałam po 7.00 i otrzymałam informację, że nie ma takiej możliwości, trudno. Z basenu nie skorzystałam, ponieważ jest tylko otwarty do 19,00.. Największym problemem, ktory mnie rozczarował był fakt, że kilka miesięcy temu napisałam do hotelu, że wylatuję na wyspy na 2 tygodnie i potrzebuję zostawić bagaż, który odbiorę po powrocie do Bangkoku. Otrzymałam odpowiedź, że tak, jest taka możliwość. Po czym dzień przed przylotem dostałam maila, że mogę ten bagaż zostawić tylko na 2 dni, przy czym w odpowiedzi było napisane ,couple,, co można interpretować jako ,, parę,, lub dwa dni. Zostałam,,na lodzie,, 😭. Był to ogromny problem wymyślić coś podczas lotu kilkunastogodzinnego, gdzie nie ma zasiegu. Powiedziałam po przylocie, że mogę za tą usługę oczywiście zapłacić bo nie mam co zrobić z bagażem, to oprócz tego, że dostałam odmowę Pani namawiała mnie, żebym zamówiła inny hotel i potem go bezpłatnie odwołała, ale tam zostawiła bagaż, to byłoby nieuczciwe😭. Hotel jest duży i jie rozumiem tej pidtawy, zwłaszcza, że wcześniej dostałam na to zgodę. Tylko ze względu na przechowalnię bagażu zróbiłam tą rezerwację i czuję się rozczarowana, niegdy nie wybrałabym tego hotelu ... Taksówkę na lotnisko zaoroponowano mi za 600 batów, a ja pojechałam Bilten za 300 batów. Pierwszy raz coś takiego spotkało mnie w Tajlandii. W ibecnym noclegu dla porównania Pani przyszła z tortem urodzinowym dla mojego męża w prezencie i śpiewała happy birthday. Nie polecam.
• Birthe (10/5): Perfekte Tage in Bangkok und im angenehmen Stadtteil Ari gefreut. - Das Capitol Mansion ist eine tolle Oase der Ruhe. Das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und sauber. Toll auch der Pool und die Dachterrasse, die einen phantastisch Ausblick auf die Stadt bietet. Die Damen vom Staff sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Man kann sich hier schnell zu Hause fühlen und von der großen lauten Stadt erholen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Anbindung an den Flughafen und die nahe gelegenen Sky Train Station und der Chatuchak Wochenendmarkt. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Nichts- alles perfekt 😊

• Sara (7/5): Un rapido soggiorno - Abbaimo soggiornato una notte...Cercavamo un punto dj partenza per andare a vedere mercato di chatuchak e l hotel si è rilevato comodo (15 minuti a piedi), ma se volete andare a vedere i templi non è adatto. Per il prezzo pagato, nel complesso si è rilevato pulito e in ordine. Colazione da rivedere, la definirei minimal/essenziale L hotel sembra un luogo disabitato/abbandonato... in passato probabilmente ha avuto un periodo di gloria, ma ora senza ammodernamento sembra di stare negli anni 60. Letto matrimoniale piccolo.

• Saskia (4/5): Ok, maar ik ga er niet naar terug - Mooi en schoon zwembad. Prima ontbijt, heel aardige dame die het bracht. De airco maakte enorm veel lawaai, kon daardoor niet te lang aan. Maar doordat deuren en ramen niet goed sloten werd het dan al snel heel erg warm. Je ontbijt wordt geserveerd in de hal, beetje raar, maar wel prima. En dus met zeer vriendelijke dame!

• Alexandros (4/5): Good location but not enough - Nice location close to BTS, big and clean room. Breakfast was as they explained 'complimentary'. That is some basic things: bread, marmalade, eggs coffee/tea and some kind of yogurt. That is unacceptable for the price of the room. Definitely not a VFM choice. The nearby 7-11 is the solution. The air-condition of the main bedroom is so noisy that is almost impossible to sleep. Another significant issue is the lack of English knowledge. It is hard to communicate the most of the times.

There’s a 7-Eleven just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and Big C and the BTS station are also within walking distance (less than 10 minutes). Although the hotel is near the main road, it’s quiet. The washing machine and dryer on the ground floor are easy to use. A great accommodation option for those traveling with family. We enjoyed our stay very much! nothing to complain about!

• Verified traveler (2/5): STAY AWAY!!!! - STAY AWAY!! It was straight from the zombie -horrormovie. The hallways were empty, cold and very scary. The old air-con was so loud, that at the first night, we didn’t get any sleep, and at the second night, we had to turn it off and just suffer from the heat. The staff didn’t speak english, the breakfast was really poor. The room was huge, but really hollow and very un-welcoming. There was also 2 random doors (that we couldn’t open from the inside) but the weirdest part was, that there we’re no room next to us. Pay little bit more, and get a good rest, rather than stay here!

• Fang (9/5): Superb - It was a pleasure to stay here again, really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast has improved, every staff member is friendly and Ms Meaw who runs the breakfast has the most beautiful and warm smile!! As mentioned before, it provide only one big towel which is not practice for hot Bangkok, I wish hotel has taken my feedback from last trip as they said themselves, no they did not...... however, the clean lady is so kind, she provided me with one extra towel without any fuss, she is more efficient than hotel management...

• Anton (7/5): Good - The room is spacious and quite clean. The stuff at the reception is friendly and welcoming, they seem to speak pretty good English there. It’s quite far from the city centre, but on the other hand it’s a relatively peaceful neighborhood, BigC nearby has a food court with fine local food, a huge market isn’t far, 7-11 is just a few minutes away. Someone tried to open my door like 4 times in one day without saying a word. Who could it be? Cleaners would have said something, other guests who chose the wrong door would have inserted the key and not just pull the handle. I dont care much, but might be uncomfortable for some. I wish there’s was more light. During the day there’s just a small window. In the evening, just 2 small lights away from the bed. Bedside lamps make it better but still quite dim.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 교통도 편리하고 깨끗하고 조용해요 - 새벽 체크인이었는데도 친절했습니다. 직원분들은 항상 친절했습니다. 체크아웃은 오후 1시라 느긋하게 있을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 조식은 아쉽지만 조식을 잘 안 먹는 편이라 괜찮았습니다. 벌레 없고, 다른 사람들이 있는지 없는지도 모를 정도로 조용하고 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 바로 옆에 세븐일레븐도 있고, BTS SAPHAN KHWAI, ARi역에 가깝고, BIG C saphan khwai점도 가까워서 좋아요. 단점은 방이 생각보다 너무 넓어서 불 끄기가 불편한 것, 조명이 적어서 방이 좀 어두운 곳 외에는 만족해요. 여자 혼자서 잘 지냈습니다.

Very safe environment and only guests with card can enter. Rooms are very spacious...highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to Chatuchak Market and best play to dine is at Big C, one block from the hotel. I like they had self service laundry machines. Getting around cost average of 200 TB using Grab. I will alway use Grab from now on when I go to Thailand.

Breakfast was decent, aside from the self service coffee and bread, a platter is prepared and served to you by hotel cook. We recommend this hotel.

• Terry (9/5): Location, location, location - Still one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. The walk to the Ari or Saphan Kwai BTS station is not that far and more than worth it for the hotel being set back off the main road in one of Bangkok's most vibrant neighborhoods.
• Glen (10/5): - The staff is great. I didn’t go swimming but it was a lengthy pool if you swim laps. The room was large and I would consider it a suite (2 rooms). Everything was clean and worked as it should. It is not furnished in what I consider a modern style and is a little dated. No problem parking as there was plenty of room. There are not many restaurant choices from what I saw. Fast food is available from the street vendors as well as in the Big C. Overhead transit system goes 1 stop to the Weekend market if you want to be close to that. I enjoyed the stay.

Ligger tæt på Skytrain, men det kan bedst betale sig at tage taxa rundt i Bangkok, da der ikke kører offentlig transport til mange af de væsentlige seværdigheder. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Der er selfservice for vasketøj, 40Bath 👍

• Christine (10/5): Wonderful! - We stayed for two nights at Capital Mansion. The staff is so sincere and kind! Greeted by smiles and good vibes! They treat you like family! Breakfast is served with a personal touch! The room is absolutely spacious and clean. The bed is heavenly to sleep in. The environment is so peaceful. The balcony is an added bonus. The humongous chatuchak market and various Other pop up markets, malls and amazing street foods are easily walkable. The rooftop garden is so relaxing to walk through and sit under the pagoda to see the views. We did not use the pool but it is huge and immaculate! We will stay here again when I visit Bangkok in the future
• James (6/5): Good place to stay for weekend market - This place seems like it used to do well but not anymore. The room was spacious and clean but the area is a bit random.. the main reason why we stayed here was because we could walk to the Weekend Market and the channel 7 boxing stadium which was a 15-20 min walk. They give you your own WiFi router and hair dryer which was nice. It seemed like the place seemed large and abandoned as it looked like we were the only ones staying in the hotel.

Super accueil du personnel aux petits soins pour vous. les chambres sont spacieuses et trés propres. la seule chose a améliorer serait le petit déjeuner qui pourrait etre un peu plus conséquent, avec plus de choix et peut être a un autre endroit que dans le couloir, par exemple au bord de la piscine. c'est dommage car il ne manque pas grand chose pour que se soit parfait. je recommande quand même pour l'accueil, le cadre et l'emplacement proche du métro.
• Scott (8/5): Convenient for visiting Chatuchak. - Convenient place to stay if visiting Chatuchak Markets (short, cheap taxi ride away, or walk if it's not too hot). Room had an incredibly soft bed (a rarity in Thailand) and staff were very friendly and accommodating. A good range of restaurants are close by, from cheap street vendors to nice restaurants. It's a bit expensive for the standard of the room but I'd stay there again. Although next time I'd stay a second night so we could use the great pool after spending the day at the markets.

The staff were exceptional, spoke English well and were very helpful and courteous. The only downside is that the atmosphere lacks a bit of warmth, e.g., a cute spot with plants where we can sit, eat, drink, and smoke outside by the pool.
• Ole Hjorth (8/5): Rent og pænt, god betjening men støjende aircon - Bestilt via Hotels.com og billeder og virkelighed er ikke helt det samme. Generelt var vores ophold på 4 dage godt. Dog vil jeg starte med det negative. Vi havde et værelse med to rum. Det ene med en dobbeltseng + aircon. Det andet med dobbeltseng + ældre indbygget aircon, som larmede som en gammel lastbil. Jeg var ved at blive vandvittig om natten. Personalet kunne ikke gøre noget da anlægget blot var gammelt og slidt. Det bør skiftes ud !!! Ikke nok med man kan høre inde delen, man kan også tydeligt høre ude delen fra begge aircon anlæg. Det skyldes nok at dør og vindue var utæt og kun en tynd plade. Der var også for lidt lys på værelset og en af stikkontakterne til natlampen virkede kun periodisk. Nu til ros, for det var helt klart det reneste hotel jeg nogen sinde har været på. Så snart noget blev beskidt, blev det rengjort. Det gælder hele hotellet...på værelset og den reneste pool med helt klart vand. Da vi ankom var parkeringspladsen næsten tom, så vi var i tvivl om der overhovedet boede andre. Men vi mødte da 4-5 andre. Personalet var utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme. Man følte sig meget velkommen. Hotellet er et ældre hotel men det er godt vedligeholdt med fine elevatorer. Rent og pænt over alt. Jeg havde ikke været opmærksom på at der stod continental morgenmad, så jeg blev lidt skuffet da jeg så standard toastbrød og hårdkogt æg. Men vi fik faktisk det vi kunne spise og mere til. Der kom pølsehorn, croissant og frugt serveret til vores bord. Sød betjening.
• Camilla (8/5): Lugnt, trevligt & fräscht - Lugnt, Trevligt & fräscht. Otroligt prisvärt om man vill ta det lugnt. Stor byggnad men endast 16 hotellrum. Resterande består av längdenheter för långtidsboende. Finns ingen bar eller restaurang men Bangkok kryllar av det på varje gata.
• Bryan (8/5): God service - God service, stort og fint rom, rent, enkel frokost. Kort avstand til kollektivtransport.

• So Ching (8/5): - 我訂住的雙卧室非常清潔及舒服,冷氣機比較大聲,員工非常友善;因為半夜飛機,要求給我遲到23:45pm才退房,只收我半天房租,太感動!Apartment 最差就是早餐,沒有什麼好吃,希望能改進下
• Anders (4/5): Messy hotel!! - Not what expected!! Poor breakfast, too expensive , not at all so exclusive that I thought!! Not to recommend!! Disappointed!!
• leslenecpt (8/5): Comfortable easy stay - Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and neat rooms. Good security. Gym facilities on roof top, equipped with showers. Good simple breakfast served by a sweet and friendly lady. Walking distance to Weekend Night market. Ginormous swimming pool

• Allan (10/5): your own flat in bangkok - It was a very good stay. Overall the staff were great, the room was very clean, and the big swimming pool was great. The location was perfect in my opinion as it is in a very nice local area that has very easy access to a supermarket and the sky train, while being away from the noise of the very touristy areas. I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. my only complaint was the bed, which tended to move instead of being completely stable. But other than that it was excellent and I would certainly stay there again
