So kept us awake both nights we stayed ,would go back again because of location

The room was quite compact and not much room for walking around. No hair dryer in the room. There was a constant noise of trickling water from the bathroom. On the last night the man next door was shouting and swearing for a good hour or two from 12 midnight, I didn't get to sleep until after 2.

Reported to Blackpool council, will not take responsibility and even though offered refund for room took a month to receive from booking.com. Had the cheek to offer me a free stay as compensation, really who would want to sleep there with bugs biting you from head to foot. Put a small claim in for loss of luggage, shoes etc

Staff were pleasant and helpful. 2 x drawers had rubbish, empty bottles, tampons and arcade tickets so obviously hadn't been checked whilst room being cleaned. We had difficulty getting off to sleep due to noise from bar/cabaret. Shower was dismally weak and difficult to manage temperature.

The breakfasts were amazing as were the staff . There was plenty of entertainment & a well stocked bar . Overall it was fabulous. It was just short of a little tlc in the rooms & the stairs to the dining room were very steep. Although it didn’t detract from our stay .

I was also above the entertainment area so couldn’t go to sleep till near midnight and doesn’t seem ideal putting anybody in there. I also had 2 people I can assume were staff trying to come into my room without knocking and unlocking my door one which didn’t know anyone was staying in the room the other unsure. - Christine (8/5): - Could not ask for a better price i paid £45 for a single room.B&B it was small bit adequate. Place was ok. My checkin was just as the coaches arrived so busy. Staff great. Food great. It was a bit dated and only one lift. Could have done with another as it was very busy with the older generation.
- Henderson (5/5): - It was abit noisy at night the floor board made a noise when u walk on the floor breakfast was very small for a full English there was nobody at reception when we arrived had to wait for about 15 mins lobby carpet need a hoover

- Lyndsey (10/5): - The staff were extremely helpful, happy and friendly. The hotel was family friendly with things for children to access. We were made to feel welcome and accommodated for. The rooms were clean and tidy with fresh towels, clean bedding and tea, coffee etc. Entertainment was brilliant with a mixture of a few cabaret acts, bingo and music with a large bar area. Food was lovely and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our little boy who has a milk allergy.

- wild (4/5): NEVER. AGAIN Second time here Problem both times - Location Bathroom had a hole in the roof. And no curtain or blind on window. Also no toiletries shampoo or soap. Also group of teenagers 10 plus of them doing what they want and nothing done by staff.
