Det er mye støy fra gatene utenfor og togstasjonen selvom man bor i øvre etasje og vendt vekk fra hovedveien. Spaet er ikke veldig stort - og på ett tidspunkt telte vi 21 mennesker i spaet, det er det åpenbart ikke stort nok til. Folk satt oppi hverandre og det ble fort veldig ukomfortabelt å være der og man opplevde å nesten bli «pushet vekk» av andre gjester. Frokosten var ganske kjip, og det er ingen variasjon fra dag til dag, så om man bor der over lengre tid blir man lei frokosten.

- Selen (5/5): - The room itself was small but clean and overall acceptable. The most unpleasant hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. Honestly, I’m truly disappointed with the “brand” Wellton represents. The entire experience felt more like a hostel mindset disguised as a high-end hotel. I’ve stayed at several hotels in Riga including other Wellton hotels, but this was by far the worst experience. First there was a lack of hospitality from the start, including a delayed check-in. On top of that being asked for a €50 minibar deposit felt extremely outdated and unnecessary. During check-out, I was also kept waiting while staff checked whether I had taken anything from the minibar far from what I would expect from a hotel claiming to offer a premium experience. Luckily my stay was only for one night. The room itself was small but clean and overall acceptable. However, the attitude toward guests under the label of “high-end hospitality” was completely unacceptable. Truly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

- EMI (9/5): I had a comfortable stay. - The location was great, with easy access to the train station, bus station, and supermarket. The lighting in the room was nice and bright, which was great. Nothing in particular.

- Sari (7/5): - Aamiainen on erittäin hyvä ja hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Huoneessa ei ollut erillistä nojatuolia, vaan ainoa tuoli oli työpöydän tuoli. Spa sulkeutui hyvin aikaisin eli klo 20.30. Sen aukioloaika voisi olla esim. klo 22.00 asti, jotta kaupunkipäivän jälkeen ehtisi spahan.

- heidivickii (8/5): Great value for money, overall good - A very good stay at a pleasant mid-range hotel. The location is excellent - close to the old town, outstanding transport links, plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and all the amenities you could need. The hotel itself was very good - exceptionally clean, quiet, the staff were pleasant and we very much enjoyed our stay! We visited the spa which was very nice (although it was unclear on the booking if the cost was additional or included, we did pay extra which wasn’t a problem at all and worth it, but the booking system was quite ambiguous) and the food in the restaurant was very tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the Wellton was excellent for the price. My only feedback which has slightly reduced my score down from excellent - the room got very warm despite the radiators being off, the meals in the restaurant were very small portions (although the food was excellent) and housekeeping didn’t make up or change the beds despite cleaning the room, emptying bins etc which we were surprised at. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again! Would also highly recommend Riga or Latvia in general as a wonderful place to visit and explore!
- Philipp (8/5): Tolle Option für Altstadtbesuch - Sehr gut gelegen, am Rand der Altstadt. War die beste Option für mein Budget und ich war vollends zufrieden. Zimmer war anständig. Keine Parkplätze. Kann unter der Woche zum Problem und teuer werden.

Portions in restaurant were small, bed not always made when room cleaned, spa was at additional cost which wasn’t clear ahead.

- Helery (10/5): A nice couple of days' vacation - Very clean and polite hotel. Nice staff. Breakfast very good and tasty. Nice spa, small but with reservations so that the spa is not crowded at once The room was facing the tram line and the window could not be kept open because the sound of the tram could be heard in the room. It was initially difficult to find a parking space. The parking lot is located a few minutes' walk away.

- FABRIZIO (8/5): Excelente elección - Un hotel muy bien ubicado. Cercano al Old Town Riga. Practicamente se puede hacer todo a pie desde ese hotel. Comodo y seguro. No hay mucha necesidad de nusar transporte publico. Se llega facilmente desde el aeropuerto a ese hotel en un solo bus que te deja a menos de 300 metros. Cerca de todo: supermercado, centros comerciales, atracciones turistica, etc. No puede ser mejor La mini nevera no enfriaba pero nada del otro mundo

Byłem już drugi raz. - bardzo dobre i różnorodne śniadania, świetna lokalizacja hotelu, miły personel, pokój nowocześnie wyposażony, przyjemny widok z okna, staranny, codzienny room service. brak rzetelnej informacji dotyczącej strefy SPA. wykupiłem SPA przez 60 min. dziennie w cenie pokoju. Personel dwukrotnie mnie informował, że dotyczy to zabiegów. potem okazało się, że jest to tylko dostęp do strefy SPA, a za zabiegi trzeba dodatkowo płacić. Spora odległość do niezbyt estetycznego parkingu.

- Therese (7/5): Toppen läge i centrala Riga - Läget var toppen! Nära Gamla stans restauranger, matmarknaden samt shoppingcenter. Gillade inte frukostmatsalen. Den var belägen nere i ”källaren” utan fönster. Kändes som man satt i en bunker. Extrabädden vi fick var ranglig och den gnisslade så fort man rörde sig i den, så inte mycket sömn tyvärr.

- Alain (5/5): Il y a bien mieux en 4 étoiles que cet hôtel - Qualité des lits et proximité de la ville. Pas digne d’un 4etoiles . Pas de boîte de mouchoirs ( J ai du les réclamer), lit pas fait , corbeilles restées pleines, lavabo et toilettes pas nettoyer. Sous prétexte de vouloir protéger la planète ils ne font pas la chambre sans le demander !! Pdj : pas de miel de qualité, croissant niveau d’un 2 étoiles. Pas de yaourt !
