Servizi nelle camere migliorabili per essere un 4 stelle. - La struttura si presenta estremamente curata sotto ogni punto di vista, con ambienti ben tenuti, ordinati e piacevoli da vivere. Si percepisce una costante attenzione ai dettagli che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno particolarmente confortevole. Un ulteriore punto di forza è senza dubbio la pulizia, davvero impeccabile: non solo nelle camere, ma anche in tutte le aree comuni, dalle zone verdi alla piscina fino al ristorante, mantenute con grande cura e pulizia. La colazione è varia, abbondante e ben assortita, con un’ampia scelta di prodotti in grado di soddisfare gusti diversi e di iniziare al meglio la giornata. Personale cortese, disponibile e molto professionale. Molto comodo anche l’ampio parcheggio. Abbiamo prenotato un trilocale per 4 persone. L’appartamento assegnato rispecchiava in linea generale le caratteristiche richieste, ma non corrispondeva a quello mostrato nelle fotografie, che risultava decisamente più gradevole e spazioso in quanto disposto su due livelli. Inoltre, il quarto posto letto era costituito da una semplice brandina e non da un letto vero e proprio, soluzione poco confortevole. Segnaliamo anche alcuni aspetti migliorabili: la televisione eccessivamente piccola e la doccia presentava una pressione dell’acqua non regolabile (seppur accettabile).

- Ina (8/5): Wir konnten uns super erholen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, wenn man nicht nur auf der A - Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war jeden Tag absolut lecker und von der Auswahl wirklich großzügig. Man konnte sich immer eine frische Eierspeise aus der Küche bestellen und die Kaffeespezialitäten wurden frisch mit einer Siebträgermaschine zubereitet. Der frisch gepresste Saft rundete das ganze noch ab. Die gebuchte Massage war einfach super entspannend und wohltuend, der SPA Bereich sauber und super schön angelegt. Nett wären noch ein paar mehr Spielgeräte (Rutsche oder Schaukel) auf dem vorhandenen Spielplatz. Eine Couch oder bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit im Innenbereich des Appartements wäre toll gewesen.

Το βραδινό ο σερβιτόρος άψογος και ευγενής (μου διαφεύγει το όνομα 24 ετών ) Καλό πρωινό και πρόθυμοι όλοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν ! Άξιζε 100% το value for money ,αν βρισκόμουν στη περιοχή θα ξαναπηγαίναμε ! Στο Τσεκ ιν ,μας καθυστέρησε η κοπέλα για να διευθετήσει κάποιες λεπτομέρειες,αλλά ασήμαντο της στιγμής !

C'est un excellent point de départ pour les visites, et on y trouve pratiquement tout le nécessaire pour se détendre. Le restaurant est excellent et propose des spécialités toscanes. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux. Le personnel, dans tout l'établissement, était très aimable et serviable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous le recommandons vivement !

We especially appreciated the typical Italian products, giving an authentic local experience. Every day we enjoyed delicious Italian coffee, the perfect start to the morning. Overall, breakfast was a real highlight of our stay. Our flight was delayed, but the property allowed us a very late check-in (around midnight), a great convenience for us. - Miriam (7/5): Deludente - La posizione, il panorama e l’arredamento della della camera Sono rimasta delusa dal soggiorno, soprattutto considerando le aspettative che avevo e il costo della camera. La struttura è indubbiamente bella, immersa nel verde, con una piacevole piscina e una spa (che non ho utilizzato in quanto a pagamento). La camera è arredata con gusto e il personale si è dimostrato gentile, seppur con un approccio che sembra un po’ improvvisato. Ciò che non ho apprezzato è il livello complessivo del servizio, che non ritengo all’altezza di una struttura a 4 stelle con queste tariffe. Il bagno, ad esempio, risulta datato e non adeguatamente pulito:(C’era polvere e calcare evidente sulla rubinetteria. Inoltre, era freddo e dotato di una stufetta elettrica portatile non funzionante. Il lavandino è piccolo e senza piano d’appoggio) Anche la colazione non è all’altezza delle aspettative: prevalentemente composta da prodotti confezionati (fatta eccezione per le uova preparate al momento), con una presentazione poco curata e stoviglie visibilmente usurate (bicchieri macchiati e opachi ad esempio). Nel complesso, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia adeguato.

Il manque une vraie machine a cafe dans le logement, les matelas sont pas tres confortable, de plus il faudra varie un peut plus le buffet du petit dejeuner, sur 7 jours, il etait quasi identitique. Mais malgre tout sa, l emplacement et les lieux ainsi que le personnel sont extraordinaire.

- Kathrin (8/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine wundervolle Lage für Tagesausflüge in die Toskana. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und traumhaft eingebettet in die tolle Landschaft. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir waren begeistert von dem Frühstück. Sehr bemüht und umfangreich und für jeden etwas dabei. Außerdem ist die Poolanlage mit vielen bequemen Liegen sehr hervorzuheben. Das Mobiliar war nicht so komfortabel wie gewünscht. Ein Sofa wäre schön gewesen. Außerdem gingen der Wasserhahn und Armaturen in der Dusche sehr schwergängig. Was uns leider am meisten gestört hat und was wir auch melden mussten war der Lärm der Klimaanlage direkt über unserem Bett. Wir konnten keine Nacht durchschlafen da es immer wieder am blubbern und rauschen war. Ein Mitarbeiter veränderte am zweiten Tag eine Einstellung was auch nicht geholfen hat.Beim Auschecken entschuldigte man sich und sagte uns es handelt sich um ein größeres Problem. Dies muss aus unserer Sicht dringend behoben werden um erholsam schlafen zu können. Wenn dieses Problem nicht mehr da wäre würden wir sofort wiederkommen da wir uns ansonsten total wohl gefühlt haben.

- Frank (9/5): - Ein Kleinod mitten in der Toscana, herrlich im Grünen, tolle Anlage mit Toscanablick satt, Alles da, was man braucht. Wirklich empfehlenswert und wie man es sich als Toscanaurlauber erträumt. (Ein Auto ist hier durchaus notwendig, da das Hotel - eben weil es so sein soll - ein paar km fernab in der Natur liegt). Traumhafte Poolanlage! Kleiner SPA vorhanden (gegen Aufpreis nutzbar). Naja, wenn man denn etwas anmerken möchte, dann evtl. die Zimmer mal techisch warten (Lampen und Steckdosen checken, ggf. reparieren/azstauschen, Küchenequipment ggf. ergänzen, Klempnerservice in den Bädern für Armaturen, Fugen etc.). Schön wäre auch eine andere Regelung für den SPA (z.B. statt 24 Euro am Tag evtl. auch eine Pauschale von z.B. 50 Euro für den gesamten Aufenthalt bzw. eine ganze Woche anbieten).

- Mohammed (7/5): Location und Lage TOP, Restaurant leider ein FLOP. - Die Lage ist perfekt und die Appartements sind super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist top und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist OK, man kann nichts sagen. Wir haben uns entschieden am letzten Abend vor Ort zu essen. Leider war es keine kluge Wahl. Ich denke der Koch ist kein Italiener, denn der Risotto war mit duftreis gemacht und nicht mir original Risottoreis und entsprechend nicht wie man es erwartet hatte. Der Nachtisch - eigentlich ein klassiker Tiramisu - hatte mit einem Tiramisu nicht viel zu tun (etwas trocken, und statt Kakaopulver hat man Kaba-Pulver drauf - ein NOGO! Die Pommes zu meiner Tagliata kamen leider zu spät, die Bedienung hat sie vergessen und für die Menge viel zu teuer.
- Jean-Marie (9/5): - L'endroit est bucolique et très calme mais pas si éloigné de la civilisation. Le cadre est splendide. Il fallait payer un supplément pour l'accès au SPA
- Christine (9/5): Sehr schön angelegtes Resort - Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liess keine Wünsche offen, egal ob süss oder salzig. Das Personal beim Frühstück war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit zwei Zimmern und Küche zuunterst im Resort, dadurch sehr ruhig und für uns stimmig. Die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit könnte besser sein, aber das dient wohl der Entschleunigung :-).
- Eckhard (8/5): Eine schöne Unterkunft für ein paar ruhige Tage mit Verpflegung vor Ort - Der Komplex liegt malerisch am Hang am Ende einer Stichstrasse - schön ruhig, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Ein schöner, gepflegter Pool und ausreichend Parkplätze runden das Bild ab.

- Isolde (8/5): Sehr ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub. - Das Resort liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Frühstück war immer ausreichend in der Auswahl mit guter Qualität, egal ob süss oder salzig Wir hatten ein größeres Zimmer mit Küche ganz oben im Resort. Toller Ausblick und riesen Terrasse die nicht einsehbar war. Der Pool war auch schön, Das man immer das Auto benötigt. Wir hatten zwar die Fahrräder dabei, aber das ist kein wirkliches Fahrradgebiet auch nicht mit Komot. Viel Hauptstrasse oder wenn´s nach oben geht Schotterwege. Da es geregnet hatte, war der Untergrund sehr rutschig. Das Resort liegt sehr abgelegen.

- Anke (5/5): - Ruhig und schön gelegene Anlage. Für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch und in die Jahre gekommen.
- Nadine (1/5): Absolut kein Spa Resort - Die Aussicht und das Äußere der Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Zeitreise ins Studenten Leben. Kein Geld, schlechter Einrichtungsgeschmack und Minimale Ausstattung. Es war so karg und kalt eingerichtet, dass man es nicht Resort nennen sollte. Man bekommt ein Mini TV in die Küche mit einem kargen runden Tisch und unbequemen 3 Stühlen, in der Ecke noch ein unnutzbaren Hocker und die Mini Küche mit Ameisen. Danach kommt man ins kleine Bad, wo das Licht auch sehr bescheiden war, hier hat die Spiegelbeleuchtung auch nicht funktioniert so war es noch dunkler. Wenn man duschen will, kommt von oben Wasser raus oder aus der Handbrause aber nie nur aus einem davon. Unbedingt auch früh genug duschen, sonst hat man kein warmes wasser mehr. Für eine Woche gibt es auch nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier, danach darf man an der Rezeption fragen. Toilettenbrille war auch viel zu klein. Für den Spa Bereich gibt es ebenfalls keine Handtücher oder Bademäntel,erst wenn man das Spa für 25€ pro Person und Tag bucht auch nur vor Ort. Das Schlafzimmer glänzte auch in absoluter Ungemütlichkeit, Bett, Nachttische und ein kleiner miefiger Schrank (hier sollte man sich überlegen,ob man seine Sachen reinlegen möchte) und drei schiefe lieblose Bilder über dem Bett. Romantik kommt hier definitiv nicht auf, ganz zu schweigen von der unbequemen und harten Federmatratze. Stauraum ist ebenfalls null vorhanden! Einen täglichen Zimmerservice gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Nur gegen Berechnung!! Lieblos erhält man auch ein spülmittel und eine seife die man dann neben dem Waschbecken liegen lassen darf. Einfach nichts was mit einem Spa Resort zu vergleichen ist. Es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und einen Urlaub kann man das nicht nennen.
- Rainer (9/5): Sehr schöne Ambiente mit viel Ruhe und tollem SPA - Einfach tolle Lage, ruhig mit sehr entspannten Blick in die herrlich grüne Umgebung. Der Spa Bereich ist gut im Design und lädt für Entspannung ein...... Preis/Leistung wäre angemessen wenn man nicht noch für den SPA separat Zahlen müsste....
- Marcela (8/5): Recomendable los dptos pequeños la casa grande no - Las habitaciones para 2 personas , bien ubicadas cómodas y bellas Buen resto con atención muy amable y buena calidad gastronómica El joven que hace mantenimiento por la tarde/noche muy amable , nos consiguió insecticida ya que la casa grande estaba llena de mosquitos La recepcionista de la mañana y la casa grande , q alquile después de haber estado en los dptos . La casa está alejada , no tiene fácil acceso al resto ni a la pileta , ni autoservicio de café y frigobar vacío
- Maarten (8/5): Comfortabel verblijf op heel mooie locatie - Mooie locatie en fijn groot zwembad dat zeker niet te warm was. Vriendelijk personeel. Huisje 22 heeft net geen uutzicht op de mooie omgeving. Geen bank maar nogal rechte stoelen

- Davide (1/5): Non ci tornerei neanche gratis - Il panorama solo . Una cosa indescrivibile, ma non ne vale Ho trascorso 5 giorni, a ferragosto, di ferie ma di sicuro non ci torno. Iniziamo dalle parti in comune: dove c’è il personale che invade la tua privacy a tutte le ore scusandosi che devono fare manutenzione e pulìzie alle 15 del pomeriggio Camere: pulizia zero, muffa, senza kit di benvenuto e teli per la piscina. Le pareti sottili e si sentiva tutto quello che dicevano e facevano i vicini a qualsiasi ora. Piscina: bella a due livelli ma tutta rovinata con piastrine che si staccavano, piene di vespe e api da per tutto a bordo piscina. La SPA non mi è neanche venuta voglia di farla vedendo come erano le camere e l’abbigliamento del personale obsoleto e sporco. I prezzi per i ristorante eccessivo! Colazione: pochi prodotti locali, il cappuccino troppo tostato il caffè e non buono, brioche surgelate e invasi dalle api che finivano nelle bevande e nei bicchieri. Si potrebbe avere molto riguardo su queste anche piccole cose. Poi il disagio a Ferragosto dove sono entrate persone esterne e hanno messo musica ad alto volume e disturbando la quiete di tutto, chiedendo anche l’intervento della reception. Davvero non ho nulla da salvare purtroppo se non la vista. Perché neanche la strada interna per raggiungere il posto tutta rotta e rovinata

- Paweł (7/5): Overall we had a good time here, you just have to be careful what room you get. - Great views and very good breakfasts, quiet and peaceful surroundings with a very good location for trips to other places in Tuscany. The cleanliness of this property leaves much to be desired, and it would really make a difference if it were improved. Secondly, please be careful what you book, as the photos are randomly selected, and what you book doesn't necessarily guarantee you'll get the exact room (we got a different room than the one in the photos, or at least we thought we'd get a valley view, which we paid extra for). Eventually, we were moved to another room, but it wasn't without escalation.
- Benjamin (10/5): Tolle Anlage, tolles Personal, tolle Lage, perfekte Unterkunft für die nördliche Toskana. - Sehr schön gelegen, alles sehr schön angelegt, tolle Anlage, sehr leckeres Frühstück mit sehr nettem und aufmerksamen Personal. 20 Min bis Cecina, 30 Min bis zum Meer. Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Florenz…alles in Tagesausflügen gut zu erreichen. Es war perfekt!
