• Shirley (8/5): Great little stay! Will use again. - Very clean, quiet and great location. No working air conditioning. The pool closed at 6pm. People not staying in the apartments used the pool.
• Guglielmo (10/5): - ottima posizione, Magaluf non è grande ma essendo così centrale si arriva ovunque a piedi in pochi minuti. appartamenti comodi per dormire, lavarsi e anche cucinare qualcosa all'occorrenza. Staff gentilissimo, tutti i ragazzi della reception che abbiamo incontrato sono stati educatissimi e sempre pronti a consigliarci qualcosa e scambiare due chiacchiere. Un ringraziamento particolare a Rodrigo con che ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e spiegato più volte cose riguardo all'isola e a Magaluf. torneremo sicuramente! avrei preferito che il bar della piscina fosse già aperto nonostante siamo a metà maggio, ma credo fosse questione di qualche giorno quindi siamo stati un po' sfortunati con il tempismo

• Daniela (4/5): Disappointing on how they handle difficult situations - Mixed feelings- the property works perfect for cheap stay where you just need a place to sleep and be safe and comfortable - good location BUT staff was not it. We had a situation with one of the rooms we booked, there were bed bugs and they bite one of my friends, unfortunately she turned out to be allergic and it got pretty bad for her. the staff handled this very poorly. Not even an apology came for her situation. They never accepted there was an issue the simply tried to avoid the matter…

• Łukasz (4/5): Wszystko tylko nie Magaluf - Blisko plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Dostęp do apartamentu na kod. Hotel zdecydowanie nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach. W ciągu 7 dni pobytu dwa razy mieliśmy awarię w pokoju, raz nie było wody przez cały poranek, raz pądu wieczorem. Obsługa zareagowała bardzo dobrze bo zmieniono nam pokój na inny po awarii wody a usterkę prądu udało się naprawić w ciągu 3 godzin. Nie zmienia to faktu, że są to rzeczy, których chciałoby się uniknąć podczas urlopu. Wiatrak w pokoju włączał się samoczynnie w nocy co potrafiło zaskoczyć, zwłaszcza, że jest pokaźnych rozmiarów i znajduje się w sypialni. Hotel umiejscowiony w centrum ,,melanżu i darcia mordy". Generalnie muzykę słychać było zewsząd do mniej więcej 1-2 w nocy. Irish pub na parterze gdzie dźwięki zezwierzęcenia słychać było notorycznie może dla kogoś będzie atrakcją lecz zdecydowanie nie polecam podróżując z dzieckiem. Magaluf to takie polskie Mielno, tylko na większym dopingu i większymi pieniędzmi nawalonych turystów(głównie anglików). Sama Majorka cudowna, dobrze, że mieliśmy auto i codziennie mogliśmy odjechać trochę dalej i cieszyć się spokojem i jej prawdziwymi urokami. Pozostaje lekki niesmak i nauczka aby poczytać z czego słynie dane miasto, region i trochę lepiej zgłębić co znaczy ,,imprezowa okolica" :)

• Katie (9/5): - Beds were comfy. Staff were great. Good location We were a week or two out of season so the pool was closed, would've liked to been able to use a sun lounger on the sunny days but understand that not everyone can follow rules and stay out of the pool when it's closed

I have to complain that most of the time we stayed there we did not have any hot water, no sink plug in either the bathroom nor the kitchen. I complained about this & nothing was done. There was no kettle but this was resolved after asking. I am asking for compensation for the hot water situation as this is not acceptable P.Nicholso

Located opposite the well known upside down "house of katmandu" depart the Inn apts turn left a short strole to Magaluf beach passing bacco sq, bcm and the bottom of the strip. Opposite the Inn apts is a small shopping centre where Aldi has a store on the complex. Inn apt reception has lots of local information notices including bus exersions and time tables just do a right outside the bus stops are less than 100yds including the A11 airport bus to/from magaluf my trip took 45min.walk past those bus stops and you come into palma nova en route you will pass Papi"s bar Mama Kjn are there resident band what a trio fantastic check them out ! you be the judge ! We stayed at the INN Apts late march 26 being out of season the pool was shut what a shame it looked so inviting our apt was clean spacios comfy with a large balcony great for getting my vitamin D in the afternoons, our wall t v had loads of chanels, the Inn apt staff were very helpful and the key pad code system to get into the property and room made us feel very safe.
• Daniela (6/5): - Posizione strategica, comodo per raggiungere in bus l’aeroporto 1 padella alta per la pasta e 1 pentolino piccolo, poche padelle per cucinare. Abbiamo mangiato 2 volte a casa su 7 giorni di soggiorno in quanto la piastra non era sufficientemente potente, ci abbiamo messo un’ora e mezza per fare la pasta e poi poche padelle. Abbiamo scelto l’appartamento con cucina proprio per non dover mangiare sempre fuori visto i prezzi molto alti. Siamo stati senza acqua calda i primi tre giorni, successivamente hanno riparato ma non adeguatamente in quanto l’acqua era tiepidina e ne usciva poca

One apartment did not have a kettle which was requested but not provided.

• Tanja (7/5): Reicht völlig aus wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat - Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen wurde sich immer so gut wie möglich gekümmert. Es war ab 19 Uhr überraschend leise, dafür dass sehr viele feierwütige Briten dort übernachtet haben. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Es gab einiges an der Ausstattung zu bemängeln. Viel funktionierte nicht oder war defekt. Allerdings hat sich das Personal nach unserer Beschwerde umgehend um Ersatz gekümmert. In der Küche haben wir ein paar für uns essentielle Küchenutensilien vermisst.

• Eliz (9/5): J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel cinq jours et je n’ai pas été déçu ! - L’appartement est assez grand, bien équipé et propre. L’hôtel est assez bien placé, il y a la plage à 5 min et l’arrêt de bus est juste à côté. Le personnel a su être disponible et a su répondre à toutes mes demandes/questions à toutes heures. C’est un hôtel très sympathique et le rapport qualité/prix vaut vraiment le coup. Je recommande. Point négatif : Les murs sont très fins, il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger.

• Eugenia (10/5): Отличное место для остановки в несезон - Было очень приятно, что заранее была включено отопление в номере и он прогрелся к нашему приезду (были в декабре). Самостоятельное заселение прошло без проблем, всё достаточно просто, но нужен доступ в интернет. В отеле днём присутствует менеджер, так что в случае вопросов/ проблем можно обратиться за помощью. Нам пошли на встречу, когда мы обратились с просьбой о вынужденом продлении номера (мама заболела) и, хотя отель был плотно забронирован, менеджер нашла возможность нам помочь и мы могли остаться до вечера (за доп оплату конечно). Мы очень благодарны за вашу помощь!

• Yao (8/5): 总体感觉特别好！设施干净整齐舒适，员工和善有礼，入住体验很好，如果以上两点能改善一下，就更完美了 - 设施很新，员工很和善礼貌 垃圾最好能2-3天一丢，不要等最后一次性处理，会有味道！或者给顾客准备好大的垃圾桶，让顾客可以方便及时处理垃圾。 刷牙的纸杯太小太轻了，总是容易倒，最好能换成大一些重一点的杯子

• Shengliang (4/5): Abandoned Treasure - The room is nice, I like the balcony, and the position is great. A very fancy apartment, though loosely managed. Maybe because it is off-season in December. There is no quilts on my bed. And the warm water is off in the middle. Customer service is available, in a casual way.

• Lenka (10/5): Super ubytování. Spokojenost. - Skvělé ubytování s terasou, skvělé místo v dosahu pláží, obchody v ulici i zastávka autobusu. Ložnice do vnitrobloku, kde byl klid, obývací část s terasou do ulice. Jen terasu jsme předpokládali v nejvyšším patře na střeše a je v prvním patře. Nad terasou v horních patrech jsou balkony. Naprosto luxusní pohodlné postele. Vybavení a vše naprosto v pořádku. Topení v zimním období super. V průběhu týdenního pobytu přes Vánoční svátky úklid vždy po 3 dnech. Parkování možné v ulici. Vše bylo v pořádku. Není co vytknout.
