Sans parler du calme et de la sérénité du lieu, au bord du loch Ness. Un régal pour les yeux ! La chambre très agréable, grande, bien agencée et équipée. Tout confort. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant. Un délice ! Bravo au chef ! Impossible de trouver quelque chose !
- Kirsten (8/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer, das Bett war wirklich bequem und das Bad sehr stilvoll. Abends im Restaurant hatten wir beide ein superleckeres Curry mit dem besten Naan ever. Das Zimmer ließ sich nur schlecht lüften und es war recht warm in der Nacht. Die Lage an der Straße fanden wir nicht so toll, da auch in der Nacht reger Lkw Verkehr herrschte und es ziemlich laut war.

- David (8/5): Expensive but a nice one off stay - Beautiful location and easy to find Pretty expensive. Our shower leaked all over the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing as they were under staffed and I had to wait for a while to speak to someone to order porridge and when it did eventually arrive, which took a long time, they had already started clearing the cooked breakfast items which left me little in the way of breakfast. Also having paid for two massages, I would have expected the use of the jacuzzi would have been included instead of a further £40 for 30 mins. A simple gesture like that would have shown that we were appreciated as clients especially as we had also paid to upgrade our room
- Lorelei (9/5): A Lovely Loch Location - The location is divine! Our rooms were directly on the Loch with no road or other buildings between our view and us. The spa was small and intimate. The decor is dated. Neither truly vintage or antique nor modern interpretation. The beds were hard and linens (pillows, especially) were thin and flat.

L'hôtel est juste magnifique. Chaque pièce est une enchantement. Repas et petit déjeuner parfait. Vue incroyable dans la salle du restaurant. Matelas usé et surtout il y a une lumière bleu vive au plafond de la chambre qui est assez incommodante la nuit

- Sanne (9/5): Sprookjesachtig uitzicht, top verblijf gehad! - Waanzinnige locatie aan het meer. Sprookjesachtig uitzicht en een goede locatie ten opzichte van diverse natuurparken en trails. Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk en divers en het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk. Wij hebben genoten! De kamer was wat gedateerd en wij vonden het bed niet zo comfortabel liggen. Ook was het in het hoofdgebouw vrij gehorig.
- Mascha (5/5): Niet voor herhaling - De ligging is mooi. (Wel aan een drukke weg) Het personeel was toen wij aan kwamen op zondag niet erg vriendelijk. De receptionist was vooral druk met de telefoon. Er liepen genoeg mensen rond om te helpen met de koffers of om alleen even de deur open te houden, maar dat zat er niet in. De douche liep niet goed weg. Erg gehorig.
- Saskia (8/5): Wunderschöner Blick, süßes Hotel, das aber Wünsche offen lässt - Der Ausblick aus dem Restaurant bzw. der Terrasse ist herausragend. Schon beim Frühstück kann man die Umgebung bestaunen. Auch das Frühstück ist lecker und hat genau die passende Auswahl. Leider war unser Zimmer schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis hätte ich mir da schon etwas mehr erhofft. Die Halterungen für Seife etc. sahen abgenutzt und damit nicht wirklich sauber aus. Auch das Fenster hätte mal eine Reinigung gebraucht und die Matratze hat sich durchgelegen angefühlt. Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel hätte das Personal (teilweise!, nicht alle) auch freundlicher sein können.

It was also great to have bidets in the toilets and the availability of halal-certified chicken is also a plus. Breakfast could be improved, and the cake selection with the afternoon tea — while a lovely complimentary gesture — could be better. Service at the restaurant and at breakfast could be slow at times, and the dinner prices seemed relatively high for the portions served.

The complementary afternoon tea was a nice extra. Dinner was tasty and view from dining room was stunning. The TV had no reception and a tap was broken in the bathroom. We reported this but were told that there were other rooms in the hotel which also shared this issue with reception and couldn’t be fixed. Not good enough for 4star or for just under £200 a night! A pint of beer was also £7.50 which is really taking advantage of the rural location. The food was very expensive at £24 for macaroni smoked haddock n cheese. Informed 10% off meals however once VAT and service charge added, this did not reduce the bill by very much at all.

La chambre que nous avions, était bien équipée et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel et très varié. Tout est prévu pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable !

On nous a attribué la chambre 1, il fallait ressortir du bâtiment et prendre la porte a côté de l'accueil. Nous étions donc en RDC avec passage de livraison et de personnel ayant une vue plongeante sur notre chambre. Créneau de 2h pour le petit déjeuner et on nous a demandé de choisir un horaire précis... Nous sommes en vacances...

Complimentary afternoon tea. Good breakfast. Deserved its 4 star rating unlike many other 4 star hotels. Deluxe room felt grand Aside from stunning views at hotel, there didnt seem to be anything particularly wow to see with 30 mins.

Questo ci ha determinato un orario previsto di arrivo più tardi rispetto al nostro programma. Ci hanno contattato più volte prima dalla struttura per comunicarci che se fossimo arrivati oltre le 9:15 pm non avremmo potuto cenare. Da considerare che non c’erano altre strutture limitrofe dove poter cenare. Da considerare che i disagi della strada non erano stati comunicati dalla struttura e sicuramente loro ne erano al corrente. Avevamo perfino comunicato la scelta del menu ( come da loro richiesta) già dal giorno prima !

Warning personal data of guest have been used for a scam and I lost money and my credit card. The hotel didn’t warned us we had to ask for an apologies…They even told us it’s not their fault despite having at least a security breach who allowed our data to be stollen or even worth…
- Mark (8/5): Excellent location with stunning views in a friendly, comfortable hotel serving quality food. - Location and views were superb. The service was excellent with really nice staff. Food at both breakfast and dinner was very good. Spa treatments excellent and good value for money. In room TV reception was very poor. In fact it was unwatchable which was a pity given the fact we had some bad weather during our stay. The bar service was also quite slow. This was due to the fact that there was only one person serving and they were also preparing drinks for those in the restaurant. This took priority despite the fact we were sitting at the bar which was disappointing.

No pavement outside. Staff from welcome at check in, the bar and restaurant were all fantastic. Dining was first class and the food was delicious. - DIEGO (10/5): Hotel perfecto para la ubicación, solucionaron nuestros problemas con amabilidad - Sufrimos retraso durante el viaje, por lo que llegamos a la hora que estaban cerrando el restaurante. Al mismo tiempo, por problemas de conexion de red durante el viaje hicimos 2 reservas. El personal fue muy amable y atento, nos atendieron en el restaurant sin problema y nos ayudaron a solucionar el problema de la doble reserva.

- Jennifer (9/5): A beautiful stay and excellent staff members - I booked this hotel stay as a gift for my parents who absolutely loved it, despite the rain! The staff couldn't be more attentive or polite and the views are stunning. They enjoyed their dinner, breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea each day. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the balcony was a real treat. Hope to return soon in the sunshine. The shower was quite small and outdated, and the TV in the room was old so couldn't access Netflix etc.
