Guest Reviews
- Israeli (6/5): Okay for a night - Good location and a nice place to stay. Staff were very friendly, helpful and inviting. The cons were no elevator if you have a lot or heavy luggage. Also the room we stayed in got very warm and no way to control temperatures by individual room... none that i can find at least so it was inconvenient and uncomfortable trying to sleep. I open the window then a lot of bugs entered the room.
- Jim (8/5): grateful trekkers from tahoe - It was nice
We just needed a king bed
Hot shower and they had it
Nice staff
No complaints
- Vicktoria (8/5): Great staff and location but small room.. - Staff was friendly, location is great. Breakfast was included and was good. Room are a bit small for the price paid; i wouldn’t stay there again based on that price.
Totalmente recomendado.
- E (6/5): - Very nice common areas, but poorly designed rooms.
- Michael (8/5): - Great location in a tiny town - restaurant next door is fantastic (by Chilean standards). Service was great, lobby is very nice, breakfast is identical to everywhere else. Small rooms but a big room wasn’t needed. Bathroom is cramped and badly designed but functional enough. Would stay I stay again? Sure.
- Ann (10/5): Great place to stay - Good location. Friendly staff. Good to use the sauna after a long day.
- Eduardo (10/5): Ótimo custo-benefício - Ótimo hotel. Excelente localização e tudo bastante limpo. Muito confortável ...recomendo
- PiBo (2/5): - Rooms are cramped, not much larger than the bed. The bath room small, cheaply kitted out and in poor condition. Finally the hotel has no sound proofing and you can hear everything going on in reception. You can do so much better in Puerto Natales on the budget.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Bathroom is too darn small, they shower head fell down on my shoulder, great!
There is no control over temperature in your room,
A lot of people hanging out in lobby that is not isolated from upstairs rooms makes it very noisy at times.
- Jessica (10/5): Very accommodating hotel for hiking the W - We really didn't have time to explore this hotel as we stayed here after our W trek in Patagonia. We got to the hotel at 9:30pm and had to be on a bus to El Calafate at 7am.
The area is wonderful and I wish we had more time to explore Puerto Natales as it seems like a wonderful little town. The staff let us keep our bags here while we were on the W and we were even coming from a different hotel. This was super convenient. When we got there late at night they helped us find a restaurant that was still open and also arranged for us to have the complementary breakfast before it opened so we could eat before our bus ride. The location is great, wifi was so so. I can't comment on much else as we basically repacked our bags from the hike, and went to bed. I'd stay here again though.
- Masaru (10/5): great perks at this central hotel - We had a nice clean and comfortable room. What makes this place is the rest of the building though. The rooms are arranged on 2 floors around a wide open central staircase with window on one side. Very bright and cheery. The top floor balcony gives you a great view to the west and north (I think) over the water and to the mountains. There's also a sauna and hot tub, although the hot tub wasn't in service when we were there. Just give the front desk an hour notice when you want to use the sauna. Breakfast was fairly typical with bonuses of jugo natural and eggs fried or scrambled for you.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great staff, hugely helpful, particularly in organising a trip to Torres del Paine for us.
- Emanuel (10/5): Relax after the W - Great and relaxing stay after hiking the W in Torres del Paine!
