- Mrs D (10/5): - Just came back from a recent stay at The Pan American. What a pleasant experience from check in to check out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. We were able to walk right to the beach and it was self park. Spent time by their heated pool and firepit (at night). They also have a restaurant on the premise however we werent there long enough to try it but will next time for sure. Highly recommend.
- David (10/5): Well managed with nice facilities - We stayed in a kitchenette suite that was nicely designed, and nicely apportioned with good bathroom products and such. The staff was all very friendly, and the pool was a hit with our 8-year-old. This is a cool, slightly retro hotel that's being well managed.

Conversely, sound. Were the walls thin or did sound pass through the ventilaton system? We could clearly hear conversations in neighboring rooms. We did really enjoy our stay. We loved a little balcony off of our room. We had a fun vacation. This is a nice place for getting away from Philly to “down the shore.”

Unfortunately, we were next to the cleaning staff’s room. It was very noisy in the morning with loud voices and washing machines constantly turning. We booked at the last minute so understandable. Would stay again but would make sure our room would be in a better location.

- Melissa (10/5): Would go back. - Very nice place. Clean for the most part. Had to switch rooms. First room very clean. Second room had dirty bathroom floor and bed sheets were worn and pilling. Overall i would say if they provided a little single use coffee witj creamers in the room that would be cool. They do offer coffee in lobby but only after 7pm.

Walkable location.. onsite restaurant has very limited menu. OceanFRONT rooms cost extra but its better than any others due to noise levels.

We ate breakfast at their restaurant and the food was good and the restaurant's outside seating was very nice but the coffee was not good at all; we asked for fresh coffe and we received more coffee flavored water.

Parking was not a problem and the onsire restaurant, Cavu, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool is larger than most in the area and loved the fire pit.The boardwalk is only a 5 min walk from the hotel so no need to drive and pay for parking. Conveniently located next to a park for children, a bike rental shop and the walking/bike path. Also we loved the complementary coffee and cookies offered from 8pm through 7:30am. Loved our stay so much we booked a return trip a month from now. Thank you for a wonderful time. Andrew & Anna

I will consider 3rd or 4th floor next visit. Cant say enough about the super friendly staff and the cleanliness of hotel. The only minor complaint was coffe station closes way too early, at 730 a.m. should consider an hour or 2 later, as hubby sleeps in after 730.

- Jennifer (10/5): Great Morey's Hotel - This is a very nice hotel in Wildwood Crest that is very conveniently located (within walking distance) to playgrounds, bike rentals, the Crest Arts Pavilion, Centennial Park, restaurants, and the beginning of the boardwalk. You can still walk to the heart of the boardwalk (past the convention center) but it's a 30-minute walk (or longer depending on where you go). The hotel is right on the ocean, so it's <10 minutes to a good spot on the beach. The lobby level is sort of a split level, so there will be handful of steps to navigate going between the first-floor sleeping rooms level and lobby or pool. The pool is not large but was never crowded. There are plenty of shaded seating areas. There are also lots of tables in the pool area to sit and eat. The room is not very large, but space was utilized in an efficient manner. I travel a lot for work, so I appreciate the little attention to details, such as having lights above each bed and conveniently located and ample power outlets. If your room overlooks the park on Crocus Road, you will very likely have a view of the boardwalk fireworks. The staff here are incredibly friendly and the service is impeccable. We didn’t select the hotel because of its Morey’s affiliation but the discounts offered were a very nice perk as well. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

There is only parking for one vehicle but the staff directed us to close by free on street parking. The only thing I would change was the room keys

My husband and I enjoyed eating al fresco at the restaurant, by the pool. The maid service was very good/prompt and they had a special swan towel arrangement in our room (with paper rose petals surrounding it) awaiting us when we arrived . It was a nice touch for our Wedding Anniversary. The ocean view from our balcony was so nice. And it was a good location, as the boardwalk was just a few blocks away. And we loved the airplane theme throughout the hotel! We would stay there again, it was such a nice stay.

Close enough, and far enough away to avoid all the noise, and enjoy the ocean. We have nothing negative to say. We would definitely come back again.

- Louis (8/5): - You are not allowed to control the thermostat in the room. We were told the entire hotel is on one system and the thermostat is locked. You cannot switch between AC and Heat. You can lower and raise the temp in the room, but it didn’t work in ours. Room got as hot as 80 in the middle of the night.

We didn't eat at the restaurant bc it was pricey. The staff were fantastic, parking was easy, room was clean and my daughter appreciated the day bed rather than the normal pull out couch. The only negative was the mattresses were soo hard. We would stay again.
