Guest Reviews
- Michele (10/5): - Very cozy efficiency apartment style extended stay hotel room.
We arrived after midnight, way past the front desk hours due to our flight being delayed, yet there was someone who was able to check us in and we got to our room. It was the best service!
- Cristal (10/5): - That only people that lives or staying can enter the facility. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- Diego (4/5): Ok for few hours - We called for a late check in and were told it was not an issue, yet we had to wait 1 hour before a security guard (who clearly did not know what was doing) check us in.
The room was freezing cold and we found bugs. We only stayed few hours as we had an early flight in the morning.
- Janet (10/5): - There were plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Some things need to be updated but great stay for the price
- Christopher (10/5): - Thr room was nice
- Donald (4/5): - Bad service!
Bathroom door can’t be closed and has a dent! The sink das cracks. We rented for 2 nights, but get shower soap, shampoo, coffee… for only 1 day. When we asked for these, the front desk staff said she couldn’t do that because the office would be closed in 5 minutes! I had to use the hand soap to wash my hair. It got damaged!
Besides, the room was not cleaned up daily and trash was not dumped!
Never come back to this hotel!
- Elizabeth (8/5): Clean, Safe, Spartan - We really enjoyed our stay here. I think the three words that best describe this hotel are clean, safe, and Spartan. There are very few frills, but the rooms were a decent size and everything was clean. If you're just looking for a safe place to sleep in between other activities this is the perfect place for you.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good - So far so good
- Eric (10/5): - Room was nice and clean.
- steven (8/5): - Very bright lit up and the staff was helpful
- Andre (10/5): - Quick easy check in and clean room. Price and quality are even
- Simon (2/5): - The two girls at the front desk tried to claim I smoked in the room so they could obviously keep my 100 dollar deposit . It was a scam I smoke cigars it would smoke out the whole hotel . They have obviously pulled this scam before be very cautious.
- Ron (10/5): - Very clean and quiet.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel is excellent from the staff to the room I would recommend to all of my friends and family.
- refael (4/5): - The smell in the hotel was horrible, and also in the room, it had a smoke smell, the bed was in comfortable at all,
- Hiba (2/5): - Didn’t even check in!!! I called, Expedia called, and my wife called this hotel to confirm that I will be checking in Late. They stated it was ok and took my card info and stated my room card is activated and once I arrive someone will check me in. I arrived at 1:45 and I called over 25 times, and no one was available to check me in. I was in the streets, middle of the night trying to find another last min hotel! Unbelievable and unprofessional! Ruined my entire stay
- Mondi J (6/5): - We only stayed one night. It was okay. I thought this was going to be a tourist hotel.
- Yasushi (8/5): - We stayed in the room with a kitchen. We had a pleasant stay. The room was very big for 4 people and kitchen was great. Had all basic utensils. We brought our own detergent
- Tatiana (10/5): - Large room with kitchen - very clean
- Nancy (6/5): - I liked the room however, it smelled like seafood the entire time i was there. Also, i arrived in the very early morning. I did an over the phone check in prior to arriving. I was told to call the number on the door when i arrived so i could hey my key cards. I arrived, called, and no one responded to my 3 messages. If it wasn't for someone that arrived, that lived there, i wouldn't have received my keys until who knows what time. The on call person claimed to have not received any messages from me. I left 3 messages. For that reason i won't recommend your place and i won't stay there again. Can't risk being left outside especially after the room was paid for prior to arriving.
- Brian (6/5): - I think I was double charged for my stay at The Plaza.
- Tanya M (8/5): - This is my second stay at this property. On both stays, I found the bed to be so comfortable! However, this time around I was a bit disappointed in the condition and lack of amenities. The majority of the plugs in the room did not work. I did not pack a blow dryer because the room I had on my first stay had one in the bathroom. This room did not and when I brought it to the front desk's attention no effort was made to find one for me so I had to go buy one. Also, the bed positioning wasn't the best. At night, the light from the parking lot shined right on the pillow area and the window coverings did not cover the bright light. I had to hang a towel from the curtain area to try to block the light. All in all, I would consider staying here again for my next trip back to the area.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The first room had not been cleaned. The next was completely unprepared. I had to make my own bed, I had to request a trash can, and soap, and towels. It sounded like an explosion when a neighbor flushed their toilet. I could feel every spring in the mattress. Its only redeeming features were a cordial and helpful staff, and that that it's 3 minutes from Desert Springs Medical Center.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff was personable and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The only suggestion I have is I wish a kitchen towel/washcloth was provided for the kitchen area.
- stephen (6/5): comfortable stay - The remnants of rubber cement on the counter as if there had been something cemented and then removed makes the remaining surface sort of sticky. There are no blackout curtains and a spotlight just outside window. Noisy bathroom fan as well as noisy upstairs tenants. Otherwise kitchen is nice. Ice machine in next building.
- Alan (4/5): Promises not kept. - We picked a room with a kitchen to make some meals at our room. The room had no frying pan, very limited utensils, and nothing to clean dishes with. Ice maker not working on our floor. And though specifically opting IN to maid service, we got it only 1 of 4 days. Also pool was closed with no explanation why.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location, helpful staff, good rates.
The stove exhaust fan in my room was not operating.
Exercise bike in gym was broken and not in an acceptable condition for use.
One of the tenants on the second floor was noisy.
- Ivan (2/5): Dont do it - It was dirty as hell and i saw brd bugs and immediately left back out after only 20 mins there
- miranda (2/5): Terrible hotel service wouldn’t recommend! - The hotel staff was rude and unprofessional they are the only hotel in Vegas whose lobby closes at 9 so when I was on the way there they called me and told me they were canceling my reservation cause I wasn’t there before that even though it says nothing about that, and then I asked the woman on the phone to hold my reservation for tomorrow and I would just stay somewhere different for that night, and they lady said that she would keep my reservation for the next day then when I arrived in the morning the front desk staff was rude off the bat even though I was so sweet when I came in, and told me that I didn’t have a reservation. Overall terrible experience which really sucks for them considering I come to Vegas 2 weeks out of the month every month and had the service and experience been better they would of had a regular customer.
- Aurora (10/5): - The hotel is nice and the manager Rich is very nice and he makes sure you have everything you need
- Verified traveler (10/5): - property was wellmaintained and room was spotless.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The whole check-in process was nice and smooth. Thank you guys
- Kim (10/5): - I was traveling with my son and this was perfect because there are sliding doors between the bedroom and the couch he slept on, providing both of us quiet and privacy
- Akari (10/5): Pricey but excellent stay - Nice and comfy room! It was not cheap to stay but had everything.
The fridge and A/C were a bit noisy, and my door was shaken sometimes (I assumed it was when the door of the room in front mine opened/closed??) But overall I liked my room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed there for 4 days this past week....very clean...well equipped..safe...love the leather couch...xlnt a/c...would rate it a 5 except:....Fitness Room needs some TLC and new equipment...neighbors in room 130 constantly had tv on 24/7...pool unavailable due to Covid19...not the fault of mgt...would definitely recommend..
- Mitchel (10/5): Excellent place to stay good value - A very friendly people very friendly staff all the people that stayed there were very friendly very clean Place very secure
- Trinna (4/5): - Sheets were stain with blood stains...room was close to someone coughing all night..i thought hotel staff would keep customers at least one room away distance...but the sheets were disgusting.
- Mitchel (10/5): VERY NICE PLACE, NICE PEOPLE - Very nice place, nice staff, all the people who stay here are very friendly and welcome you.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The price is good. Clean room. Within a mile of the strip
- Kathy (10/5): My stay - Clean and help was nice and accommodating.
- Jorge (2/5): Terrible place, don't waste your money - The first impresion was really bad, the hotel looked like a ghetto. The parking area was super tight and there weren't too many spot available.
The room was super dirty, did not smell good and the carpet full of bread crumbles, room service non existant.
Value your money and go somewhere else, there is a reason why this is one of the cheapest place in town. This is the place where the phrase you get what you paid for makes the more sense.
- Adnon (6/5): - The let me clean the room me it way near the office entry not quite air conditioner broke change to another not good work I tray to stay more I ask to give me discount because I have to clean the room and the room not quiet one yong black lady was not good with me she say we cannot give any thing das way I left the hotel not good
- Gilbert (8/5): - It was a nice clean comfortable place to stay.
- GaryN (4/5): - Clean but decor is like a motel. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
- Fernando (10/5): Excellent! - It was quick and easy. Attendant was very helpful and curtious.😁
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I like the location did not like the fact that there was fleas in the room Are they overwhelming smell of Pine-Sol
- J.W. (4/5): - Deaf old man next door blasting tv day and night. Refrigerator did not work. Noisy location traffic noise. Generally rundown.
- Harsharn (8/5): - Hotel is in good location. We really enjoyed it.we were@ first floor with extremely heat out side so some creatures were coming in side but hotel service was good & they regularly do spray in the room's overall it was good.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property is an extended stay but offers single night stays as well. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a comfortable bed, a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen supplies. The staff was polite and kind, and the residents were friendly. Would definitely stay again!
- Irene (8/5): I would tell a friend and go back again - Its a straight shot to the strip. Very spacious, large bathrooms clean and great staff.
Cannot go wrong when you can cook and bring your own food.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Staff are not helping
Property are not clean
Not communicating
- Erin (6/5): Fuzzy mold - Stay was fine, other than sleeping on springs and the yellow fuzzy mold on the bathroom ceiling, my son woke up with a sore throat, hopefully it's not from the mold
- Roy (6/5): - We booked here as it was across the street from surgery center. Hotel was being remodeled. Older hotel with no insulation. People in upstairs room clomped all night long. Dragging chairs across the floor. Rooms are spacious though.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property turns out to be a long term stay where most residence are those who cannot get funds that it takes to get a rental property. You only get housekeeping after four days, the room smelled bad, the bed was soft and it frankly did not feel safe. It was quite noisy. Each person in the room needed to supply ID information.
While know others are different, It would be difficult to recommend this particular Siegel property to anyone.
- Michael (2/5): Disappointed - Water dribbled out of kitchenette faucet. No rugs or carpet on cold, hard floors. No remote for TV. Bed had two box-springs with no mattress. It felt like lying on a plywood board.
- Roger (10/5): Great family enviroment - Very comfortable and very happy
Was treated cordially and was told by the great security guard to have a great day at work.
Felt like family
- Vina (10/5): - Miss Glenda, Lakeyta and Julie were accommodating and friendly!
Room was big and loved the hard wood flooring.
- Nameer (2/5): Bad place to stay stay away - It is a bad place matter of fact scary, no comfort bad over all, they could not explain the charges , over priced for what it is, it is mostly homeless people living there.
- Paula (8/5): - Basic hotel. No amenities except for a place to sleep. Room was clean and comfortable. All rooms have kitchenettes with full-size refrigerators. I’d stay here again
- Lisa (8/5): - Being an Extended Stay property it seemed like there were sketchy people hanging around at times.
- Paul (4/5): Not Somewhere I'd Go Again - We arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3pm check-in and were told to come back later. Their inability to be civil and handle the early check-in made me feel they were really saying, "You're not wanted here."
When we did check in, warnings were everywhere that people would, "Be charged if even minor damage is found."
How are you supposed to enjoy a visit to a place that makes you feel unwanted and afraid to do anything for fear they'll claim you damaged something and add hundreds of dollars to your bill?
Inside the room, there was quite a bit of noise from both inside the facility and outside. We lost power for several minutes due to a storm and found ourselves in the dark for awhile. There was no apology or attempt to make it right by management.
In the morning, the exit from the office to the parking lot was roped off and we had to walk way down the hall to just exit the building.
There are too many choices out there. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
- Eduardo (6/5): - ok hotel our toilet backed up they fixed but the cleaning after the spill was not very good. After the repair the toilet never fill up so i had to open and manually adjust it to be able to use it.even if you pay for every night room cleaning only happens every 3 days. This is a extended stay hotel. You are better off with a regular hotel if you expect daily room service. Location is far from main attractions,
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Late check in not great. Poor phone call in to security not setup properly.
- Joseph (2/5): Don’t stay here if you value your sleep. - The only good thing about this place was the kitchenette.
The bed was hard, just probably a box spring. So sleep was not comfortable. It was noisy as hell and not conducive to a couple (if you get my drift).
The bathroom sink was cracked with a dirty stain. The whole room was noisy from the bathroom fan, air conditioning to the vending machine outside our door.
This has been my worst hotel stay in all of my travel through the length and breadth of this country.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice kitchen with room
Friendly staff, good location
- Stacy (10/5): - The locate was good, not too busy of an area but not too far from the strip. The room was very large, very comfortable. The staff there was very nice.
- Steve (4/5): Never again - The bed was terrible, I think it was new in the 1980's. We had planned (and paid for) a 3 day visit in Las Vegas but left a day early, the room was very big but had a strange smell and again, the bed was miserable.
- Pete (6/5): Eastside flop house - Shady area but hotel was ok. Bedding was subpar . probably wouldn't stay there again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - TOLIET TO LOW TO FLOOR AND THEY NEED SHEER CURTAINS IN WINDOWS SO WHEN U OPEN CURTAINS NO 1 CAN SEE IN
- Nefertisis (2/5): - I was kicked off the premises and the reception called the cops on me after I told them I booked that hotel for a week and showed them the confirmation. I have been been going through an ugly and unfair separation. My 15 yr old daughter and I were left homeless and were cut off financially by my husband who we solely depended on. He kidnapped our 21mos old baby and I was sent to jail during this time so he can continue to hide his affair and make me look crazy. I explained this to the lady as I was upset and in tears as she told me my confirmation was not valid and that I would be able to stay for only one day as my funds had shown was paid for. I had groceries in my car and had chosen your place because of the full kitchen. I ended up being kicked off the premises in tears and the cops were called on me, making my situation worse. I ended up booking my previous hotel through a friend in order to have a safe and comfortable place to stay. I never got my money back for the one day that was reflecting as paid and I never got to stay at the hotel due to the poor treatment I received during a desperate time in my life.
- Susan (10/5): Not a lot to complain about. 👍 - We were happy to have somewhere to sleep altho extremely over priced. The price one pays while conventions are in town and you need a room last minute. Only thing that could really use is a new bed. Very bouncy and springs in your back. Service was good. Location was good. Over all happy and would stay if need be
- Jack (4/5): not a good deal! - I take it that you only accept warm wonderful reviews... the fact that you way over charged for the room which was not as great as you indicated online, is not acceptable even though it is the truth
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Overall the staff was pleasant and friendly. The hotel and room was clean. In fact I only reserved a single suite which they didn't have any available when I was checking in. So I was given an upgrade at no additional cost.
- Verified traveler (10/5): The kind of vacation you dream about. - Amazing
- Verified traveler (6/5): There has to be better value at this same price. - Not a good neighborhood or clientele.
