• Sorathia (4/5): Okay to stay for a night else would opt for something more decent! - The location is very near to the station. The room did not had any sorts of ventilation apart from air conditioning! We found dead cockroaches in the room! Even after room service we did spot some!
• Washington (7/5): Comfortable stay in Pune. - I had a fairly large room, but the windows were blocked out, and there was a lot of noise from the street and the railway station during the night. Good double bed. Cleanliness was not up to my standard, but adequate. The breakfast was good and it was well placed for exploring Pune. I would stay again, but maybe ask for a window room. It was noisy at night-time.

I was told it was cancel because they couldn't reach me yet no one was in touch with me . On my booking.com profile , my email is clearly verified and my phone number also is there . The check in time is from Noon to 23h30 .yet I reached there at 21h30 only and still I was tiold that my booking has been cancelled because there was no communication.they staff are very rude too . After a long flight and a 5 hour ride from Mumbai to Pune I still had to spend another 2 hours looking for another hotel despite my tiredness.the staff are very rude & highly unprofessional.i will never recommend this hotel to anyone

He has no manner how to talk with the guest. There is no lift in that hotel. Not clean as I expected. As per the condition of the hotel room the price is high. The matteress are not comfortable at all. There were stains on the bedsheet and blanket. I will never recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
