• Lucia (8/5): Muy buena en general - Si me pareció excelente salvo el desayuno . Demasiada variedad pero no calidad . El dicho dice menos es más ! Medialunas de las congeladas , panes de molde , jamón de mala calidad , café regular … deja mucho que desear. Deben recordarle al huésped que las toallas es importante no desecharlas para lavar ya que el gasto de agua y electricidad es perjudicial para el medio ambiente . En todos los hoteles lo hacen !!! Y desayuno como dije , no es bueno

• Christopher (4/5): Disappointing tired set up with no bar in an acceptable part of Buenos Aires - Palermo is one of the better districts of Buenos Aires. The staff tried their best in the circumstances The property advertised a rooftop bar and a main bar none of which were open. The rooms had a tired feel about them. This included the door lock which was faulty.
• Alba (9/5): Excelente opción para Buenos Aires - La ubicación es inmejorable, el desayuno exquisito, y los servicios del hotel para los huéspedes son estupendas (hicimos el tour por Recoleta con un guía privado que fue excelente) Por la humedad del ambiente, las toallas del baño no se secan.

• Lamis (10/5): - É um hotel boutique pequeno e super fofo. O quarto espaçoso, cama espaçosa dormimos: eu, meu marido e meu filho e ficou perfeito. Café da manha gostoso, localização perfeita, do lado inclusive tem um cafe da manha delicioso chamado Oli. Atendimento impecável, super gentis, a disposição e sempre que eu precisava lavar a mamadeira do meu filho ou qualquer coisa eles estavam a disposição e simpáticos. Nao teve nada que eu n tenha gostado. Voltaria com certeza.

Waar vele fijne lunch en diner mogelijkheden zijn. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Jammer dat het ontbijt restaurant niet open is voor een drankje of diner. Hiervoor moet het hotel verlaten of op je kamer iets bestellen. Ook jammer dat je voor een cappuccino koffie moet bijbetalen, zeer daar het hotel niet goedkoop is.

• Eduardo (7/5): Bom Hotel em Palermo porém faltando estrutura de serviço interno (restaurante, uso do terraço). - Localização, staff gentil, suite confortável Primeira noite não havia o quarto reservado, nos colocando em uma categoria inferior (faço justiça que forneceram um abatimento no preço da primeira noite, mas não era o que estávamos interessados). Nessa primeira noite, ar condicionado com funcionamento insatisfatório. Restaurante do Hotel estava fechado durante todo o período, serviço de quarto bastante limitado.

• Ed (9/5): - Located in a great area of Buenos Aires. Superb room, spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Unable to offer early access to room less than hour or two before official check-in time. Wouldn't let us buy a drink in the restaurant whilst we waited for our room. The advertised rooftop bar was closed for the whole duration of our stay. At first we were charged in Pesos despite it being advertised that we would be charged in US dollars.

• M Angeles (9/5): Muy lindo Hotel - Es un hotel boutique muy lindo, moderno, limpio. Me gustó mucho. Un detalle muy pequeño, pero importante.. la calidad del shampoo y acondicionador muy básica y mala. Podrían mejorar ahí.

• Itai (8/5): - The hotel is great in a very good location. The staff is kind and welcoming. The only thing that bothered me was that everything basic was charged. I'm not talking about wine or chocolates, which most places these days already offer for free. I'm talking about water in the room, coffee capsules. Breakfast is included in the price, but cappuccino at breakfast is an additional charge. These are negligible costs for both the hotel and the guest, so it's better to include them in the main price, because it leaves a bad taste

• Jake (6/5): It’s was ok - good location but wasn’t the most comfortable hotel. - Close walking distance to restaurants and bars. The hotel is in a really clean, friendly and trendy neighborhood. The staff were nice. Such a noisy hotel, you can hear people slamming their doors, we were staying right next to the service cupboard and constant noise all day. Not sound proof rooms at all. Breakfast was terrible even though it was included - we preferred to pay and ate at the cafe next door called Oli. Their rooftop bar was closed and so was the swimming pool.

• Kate (10/5): Two night stay. Good staff, good location - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size but perhaps a little stark and not cosy. I was in BA for business and there was not a good working space in the room. Area is good with lots of restaurants nearby.
