Being a rewards member paid off coz this was my best experience very quite - lucky me nice comfy bed. Breakfast was ok normal but I wish they had fresh fruits . Check in was easy and smooth great customer service. Lounge are is beautiful . Will return on my next business trip . This was worth my free stay thanks to rewards program.

- CDTrip72 (6/5): A weird place! - We were looking for a place to stay off I-80 as we were headed back home in Illinois the next day. This place is right by the raceway, but since there was no event, the hotel was fairly empty. Since I was not familiar with Newton, I assumed all the fast food/restaurant places were all close by. However, the vast majority of places were about five miles away off the next interstate exit, so unless you walk to the truck stop across the street and have McDonald’s, you need to drive further. When we checked in, the manager (I believe) checked us in, and we were on the third floor. We have never stayed at this chain before, the lobby was nice, and it reminds me of the Country Inn & Suites. We threw down our bags and then left for dinner and then noticed the manager was going to the parking lot as well, and I thought perhaps he was either just getting some fresh air or was going to see what was going on as we did see some people just hanging out in the parking lot (but they were not creating any issues). We then come back about 30 minutes later and turns out the manager is friends with them as not only is he still in the lot, but he is just sitting down in the middle of the lot on the ground chatting with them! No clue why he did that and why they just do not go to the lobby as there was plenty of space. Our room faces the parking lot, and later I looked outside to see our view and sure enough, he was still on the ground. As for our room, there were a couple of outlets that were out, including the one that overlooked the desk. I did report it when we checked out and the person claimed there was another switch that must be on. Not sure where this magic switch is, but if that is the case, it needs to be labeled. They have DirectTV and have a very large selection as they have over 120 channels, as well as some movie ones. The elevator button was loose, something I can't remember ever seeing at any other hotel. For the pool, my daughter and I checked it out and we loved the main pool as the water was nice and warm, as we are used to frigid pools. The workout room was funny, as it looks like they may have just converted the sauna as they just stuck two machines in there and that is it. The whirlpool was also a letdown, as some of the paint was chipped and there was a sign that it would take a few minutes for the jets to go on and we waited and waited and if they ever did go on, it was weak so it wouldn’t surprise me if they just closed that off as it seems less hotels are offering that. Regarding breakfast, it was disappointing as I was expecting something close to a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express breakfast, but the options were limited and what they had was low in stock. Their decaf coffee was terrible as well. They do have a small bar, which seems out of place, but I guess it is there for the race crowd. I did see the hotel won various awards, but the last one was in 2022, and I could see why they have not won anything recently. While nothing really bad happened when we were here, but if we were in the area again for a race, we would probably pick somewhere else.

The room was clean and comfortable and the vibes of the place were super cute. I would definitely stay at another one of these kinds of hotels in the future.

We stayed three nights, and the beds were uncomfortable and if you use a third-party payer for this hotel, they will charge your own account and get the third-party payor amount too, so he is doubling his money from you. The manager won't call you back, so you get no response from this hotel. This hotel is the biggest joke I have ever seen. Taking hard earn money from people twice. Stay away

Bring a USB charger, for some reason, the rooms are still equipped for the last Century 😉 Clean, neat, everything top notch. Book early, this place fills fast for racing. Near the Interstate and fuel, fast food, bar in the hotel!

- Michael (6/5): - The room looked clean, but the TV wasn't working and there was no "Do Not Disturb" placard to hang on the outside doorknob. Housekeeping tried to enter when I was in the shower! I was also unlucky in that a baseball tourney was being played locally and there were many players and families staying the weekend. Imagine hallways with children going from one room to the next to see their friends, running, talking loudly, etc. One of the side entrances/exits has an outside trash bin missing its lid and overflowing with trash. Once, there was a coffee station in the lobby which allowed early risers to serve themselves before the 6am breakfast area opened. I voiced this information to the attendant behind the counter during checkout who, dressed in a sweaty tee shirt, was doing double duty of trash pickup and working the front desk. His explanation was that ownership of the property had recently changed. In conclusion, I was left with the impression that this location is understaffed and attention to detail is less than expected.

I thought it was taken care of but the owner cancelled the credit back onto my creditcard so I have to go through my card company to dispute the second charge. Su h a pain to have to do this.

One thing that was strange was that they were out of plates at breakfast on the first day. The second day they were still out of plates even though there is a convenience store across the parking lot!
- jamesrZ9234RH (10/5): Great Stay - Accessible Room - Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. We were in an accessible room. It seems a bit strange that this room is on the second floor and on the other end of the building from the elevator. Otherwise, it is fine. Free breakfast was about what you would expect - cereal, freshly made waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, juice and coffee. Food was OK. Breakfast room was very clean. Breakfast room doubles as a small pub in the evening. I did not use this, so cannot comment further.
- Colette (10/5): - Was a very nice place. Staff was really nice. We got there late our first night and were greeted with “hi we were waiting for you.” Got a room right by breakfast area and pool so was concerned about noise. But it was very quiet and the hotel was full. Highly recommend.

The mattress was thin and lumpy ,we asked for extra blankets to lay on top of it. But everything else was great - lots of hot water and good water pressure. The pool area was nice, clean and the pool was heated and very comfy

- dawns699 (10/5): Great place to stay - The is a great place to stay. It is a very quiet, comfortable hotel and it had very clean rooms. Raj is professional and does a fantastic job of running/managing this place. He was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
- Nancy Jean (10/5): Lumpy fold out couch bed - The room was very nice, however we needed the fold out couch bed for one of our party. The fold out was very uncomfortable with springs that stuck up enough to make it hard to sleep. We used bed covers and blankets to try to soften it, to no avail.
