Not only is this place ADORABLE but the couple that owns the B&B are literal angels. The morning after our first night we attended the complementary breakfast with the owners and the rest of the guests. It was like we were one big family having breakfast together. So sweet. We cannot WAIT to make this our home away from home when visiting Austin. Thanks Bryan and Sherry!

All instructions were clear and checking in was seamless. The grounds though small are quite pleasant and the breakfast room is lovely. This was my first stay but it won’t be my last.

It was easy to find, parking was spacious and right behind the house, and the location was convenient to all of Downtown Austin. We stayed in the Casablanca and it was roomy, so clean and had everything we needed. Since it was a short stay we did not get to enjoy the patio but it was really lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and Bryan and Sherry were wonderful hosts — we will definitely be back!

- Verified traveler (10/5): A peaceful retreat - The property is in great condition. It's clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the area felt safe. Bryan, the host, was quick to respond to the one minor issue we had. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I felt like we got a good deal considering how much space we were given a bedroom plus a private living area where we were able to sit and visit. We also enjoyed time on the front porch, listening to nature and watching the locals walk by.
- Muralidhar (10/5): - This is a wonderful property managed by lovely owners Brian and Sherry. They are a lovely kind couple. They made sure our needs at the breakfast table were catered. They had gone out the previous night to buy vegan bread, vegan cream and cheese just for us. This property does not have a fancy gym or a pool, but the hospitality you get here is not there even with a 7-star hotel. We will sure come back to stay at Brian and Sherry's Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended for the unique experience.

The place was very charming, and the breakfast was delicious, with yogurt, fresh berries, and different breakfast sandwishes and burritos, to name just a few of the choices. The owners as well as the man who prepared breakfast first two nights were all very kind and friendly. I highly recommed the place if you visit Austin! We'd definitely stay there again.

It ticks the boxes for those who enjoy the B&B experience. The owners are friendly and accessible without being ubiquitous. The weekday breakfast is a good and healthy start without being ostentatious.

- Liz (10/5): - The Brava house is a beautiful little gem in Austin. Everything about this bed and breakfast was fantastic! From the location, to the easy and safe parking, the convenient check in and check out, the free breakfast in the morning, and how neat and clean the room was. I stayed in Casablanca room and it had a beautiful queen size bed. Behind were two large windows overlooking the patio area. It also had an extra space that included a sleeper sofa with a coffee table. I booked for Valentine’s Day and from the moment we got there we fell in love. It was a gloomy rainy day and we stayed in our cozy room, ordered food and watched a movie. We enjoyed our room so much we never left it. The property owner, Bryan was east to reach. He explained the check in time and check out, followed up with an invitation for breakfast in the morning and asked how we enjoyed our time there. In the morning when getting ready for breakfast, we were greeted by their friendly staff, Anay. She was very nice, courteous and helpful. Offered us coffee, fruits, yogurt anything we wanted. Always with a smile on her face that made us feel at home. When we checked out, she thanked us for our visit and told us to come back again and offered us some waters for the road. I definitely loved this beautiful bed and breakfast and I plan to return again soon. I found my new favorite stay whenever I come to Austin. Thank you so much! - Liz in Houston.

Van Gogh room was pleasant and large, but strange choices were made, therein. Only chair in room was a great mid-century design, but highly impractical for sitting. Foam topper on bed made it uncomfortable and disappointingly soft. Bathroom sink was of odd design and took up too much room. Bring your own TP; we have had better in third world countries we visit. Hosts were very kind animal lovers!

Robin cooked us different breakfasts every day and gave us lots of tips where to eat out and what to visit.Mary was so helpful as well and their dogs were cute! The bed was so comfy and the use of the garden was appreciated.

We were delighted to see how close we were to our son, Texas Capital and LBJ museum. I walked early hours at 5:30 to 6:30 and it was safe like home. Really wonderful.

So many places are walkable, including the city center area. Our host was friendly, available, and very helpful with all of our questions. The breakfast was delicious! It was a lovely introduction to Austin for us. It was also a fairly short Uber drive from the airport.

Will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit Austin.
- Paul (10/5): - Brava House is located in the Castle Hill neighborhood. The area is very safe, walkable, and charming. It is also just a few blocks from 6th Street and some nice restaurants. The B and B is spacious, well equipped, clean, and quiet. The owner is very helpful, accommodating, and his breakfasts are delicious. We will definitely return.

The house is 5-15 minutes from the Capital Building, 6th street, and the Colorado River (if you rent a scooter or drive). The Garbo room was spacious and had everything we needed for 3 adults to relax and unwind. Nick is a great host full of useful information and ideas if you are stumped on places to eat or things to do. Love how safe the neighborhood is and the beautiful castle right around the corner from the house. Already looking forward to my next visit.

He didn’t seem at all interested in us or anything we might have to say. He just kept on talking—too much information! We would definitely stay there again, though.
