It is nothing new to share but the prices for buying anything from the amenity shop / services was irrationally high (x4 /5 outside) which was not a big surprise considering that you staying in a luxurious resort but worth noting.

Bed was comfortable, patio was very large, and the monitor touches such as espresso, complimentary water, and extra towels. The restaurants were delicious, with great food, drinks, and views. Not a single complaint :) But the staff is what made this so amazing. They were friendly, went above and beyond, and made us feel welcome and taken care of. We will recommend this to anyone we know! Well, what’s the logic- it’s charge for the chair bed breakfast. Really?? 200Euro?? It’s like robbing. 2. Every time we had to call for cup and glass to drink tea or water and the housekeeping will bring it after more than an hour. 3. They claim 24/7 room service but after 5:00 am won’t deliver coffee as staff is busy preparing breakfast. 4. You can’t take coffe or tea “to-go” from breakfast. In general the property is at a very nice location but be prepared. Their service is like. 1-star.

Our room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, included Aqua De Parma products and the most magnificent view of the pool and sea. Hotel has an upbeat vibe for families and adults traveling without kids. As a traveler from NYC with high expectations, this hotel and its staff knocked my expectations out of the park! I hope to return soon, this time with my children!

- Don W (10/5): Favourite Room of the Trip - Wow, loved Mivara Luxury Resort. Amazing room with a huge walk in closet. The view - beautiful. The hotel and our room immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed, slept well at this resort. Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy parking, one area of improvement would be upgrades to the wi fi. Very poor signal in building C. Overall loved the resort and would definitely stay again.
- Mark (8/5): - We booked a deluxe room with a sea view. We were not disappointed. The room was huge with a walk in wardrobe and a superb patio area. We had a really relaxing time and enjoyed the location very much. The breakfast buffet was very good with the option of fresh eggs. Our only criticism is that restaurant staff could be more attentive and that on arrival our bed had only been fitted with one sheet. My wife used the gym but it appeared that the batteries to both rowing machines needed changing as neither display worked. The issue with the bed was soon resolved but this and the rowing machines did perhaps show a slight lack of attention to detail. If we had not experience these minor inconveniences I would have been happy to award an excellent rating to the hotel.

Overall we had a very nice stay, but there is room for improvement in two areas: 1- Many of the employees don't speak English which makes communication a challenging 2- It would be great if there were more food options.
- AVISHAI (10/5): Amazing vacation at Mivara Luxury Hotel - Incredible vacation, just WOW. It was exactly what we needed, total relaxation in the faithful hands of Mivara's team, from management team Meteh and Gopkhan throughout the staff Erhan, Forkan, Mert and all the wonderful team members, just amazing experience, sorry I dont remember all the names. The hotel has a private wondeful beach, fully accessoried deck with sun beds, towel at each bed (prefection), buzzer next to each station to order food and cocktails.. 100% comfort and service with a smile. Beds are super comfy, spacious rooms. We've taken a room (very clean) with view to the sea, the view to the riveria is just unbelievable.. There is a balcony which we used to gaze at sunsets and sunrises.. Breakfast is plentiful and the staff is working around the clock to satisfy the customer needs, fantastic service. We've take massage and turkish scrub package, divine experience, professional team, we came out fresh. We will definitely return to Mivara Luxury Hotel.

Only gripe was the reception staff who did not understand English and the cleaning which was delayed, erratic and average at best.

- Raul (10/5): - The hotel is great, better than what I expected from the description or pictures on the site. Staff was super friendly and service oriented. Well trained always smiling when passing by (I live in TR for 19 years and this is not the normal). During the stay only one staff member did not smile when I approached her. That's more than great! The treatment I received was from a 5+ star boutique hotel from check-in to check-out. The hotel modern architecture is beautiful, everything feels with quality.I would definitely stay here again if I can for a longer stay.

- Mark (10/5): - Only one way to describe it, Heavenly opulence. We visited from 12th-17th Oct 2018, flying from London Stansted. A warm welcome, a beautiful room (321), with pool and sea view, great food from room service, and the Breeze restaurant throughout our stay. Included breakfast offers a clean layout with plenty of options. We're vegetarian and felt well catered for. Service is excellent. There's staff to hand, but no one is under your feet. The resort has 92 rooms, and was relaxing and quiet. Facilities wise there's a marina deck with sun-beds, an outdoor and indoor pool, jacuzzi, Life Fitness gym, spa with sauna, steam room and hamam included in the cost. Our deluxe room was light, spacious and airy, consisting of a king size bed, balcony with sun-beds, walk in wardrobe, security safe, large 2 person bath, toiletries, slippers, robes, and tea and coffee facilities. Reception can order metered taxis. We spent a day in Yalikavak, 20 minute taxi journey, cost about £8. From the resort a 10 minute walk down the hill to Gundogan village, you'll find fish and local food restaurants at really affordable prices. We'd really like to thank all the staff for their help and attention to detail. Special thanks goes to Dilek, Gucci, Halim, Ali, Shafiq, Haluk, Elodie, Dewi and Mita. I was upgraded from standard room to luxury room at no additional charge. The room has great views of the sea and the mountain across the water. The bathroom is specious and very clean. The bedroom is very large and provides a lot of comfort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel.

The food is very good and lots of variation, we also enjoyed several treatments in the spa which was a very impressive. We travelled with a young baby and this was certainly made easier by the hotel staff who were always willing to help. We will certainly return!

- Andrew (10/5): Perfect in every way! - The Mivara offers everything you can possibly ask for. High quality service is provided by all staff, very welcoming and polite. The finer details are what makes this hotel special as truly everything has been thought of. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and thanks to Cem for his warm and friendly hospitality! A large pool outside (we never used it though) and a very spacious decking area that offers all guests a great view of the Gundogan bay. The sea is a torquoise blue and perfect temperature to cool off when needed. The rooms were very spacious making you feel relaxed. Overall, this is a delightful hotel that offers a faultless experience. We shall certainly return in the future!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Unpleasant Staff - The hotel has nice installations, food, and sea view. However, the staff attitude is not pleasant, it is rather arrogant and unprofessional. Upon check in, the agent made my friend and I feel we were not welcomed; we were well dressed and they made us feel like thieves. The check in agent first asked us for a paper copy of the reservation, aspect which is unnecessary for check in, when nowadays all is electronic. Additionally, he said the reservation was for only one person having into account I contacted Expedia previously, for having two people in it. Although Expedia changed the reservation change for 2 without extra charge, the hotel insisted on charging me 350 euros for my friend to enter the hotel. The staff also lacks English knowledge. This hotel lacks by far international standards, hospitality is not their forte.
