No hot water in the room that were dealt with poorly. - Location is the best you can get in Tel Aviv, just a step from Rothchild boulevard and from restaurants and bars. Also, the street leading to the hotel is an end street so you can unload easily We stayed in Tel Aviv to attend a show with our 3 year old daughter that we've been waiting for for months. In the morning of the show, we were shocked to find out we don't have hot water in the room. The receptionist eventually gave us "a shower only in a different room" who they forgot to leave us shampoo and soap, we ended up carrying our belongings to shower in a different room with no shampoo and soap. This made our vacation stressful and unpleasant and we were late to the show. I think that the management dealt poorly with the situation.

• Roni (5/5): Good value but felt like sleeping in an old hotel. - Staff was helpful and nice The upkeep of the room and furniture is not great. It looks a bit old and worn-out. Window sealing is crumbling. Window opens in a funny way into the room and shower. Bottom of bed is crumbling a bit. Just looks a bit old.
• Matan (6/5): Disappointment by the lack of facilities - The staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and competent. Couldn't ask for a better service for that matter. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a spacious safe in the room, fits a big laptop. There also was a nice bathtub! Most of the facilities in the hotel weren't operative. The bar was closed. *There's no breakfast* inside the hotel - there are vouchers for other restaurant outside of the hotel instead. We chose this hotel specifically because it has a very high score for it's breakfasts, so It was really disappointing to discover this. Also the blankets and the pillows could be more fluffy and thick in my opinion. The mattress was actually nice and stable, so it's an easy upgrade. On one night a man in the adjacent room was smoking inside, even though it is prohibited. While the staff handled that perfectly after I told them about the problem, I am a bit concerned by the fact that the smoke detector in his room didn't go off automatically.

• Avi (10/5): A wonderful comfortable and well managed hotel in the center of Tel Aviv. - An excellent hotel, located in a quiet street, but in the center of the historic district of Tel Aviv, just a minute away from bars, restaurants that run the endless nightlife of the city. The room was spacious and well furnished, the bathroom was well designed, with a retro touch of the historic Tel Aviv city center. There’s a front desk, staffed 24/7 (most of the hotels around omitted this important feature), and it’s pleasant to talk to a friendly personal at the desk, rather than chatting with a WhatsApp bot as in other hotels around. The staff was friendly responsive to all my requests. This is my second stay at this fine hotel, and I will definitely use it again. There is a private parking to this hotel (quite rare in Tel Aviv), and it’s a short easy ride to and from the hotel to the Ayalon highway leading to Jerusalem. That I couldn’t stay longer…

• Przyswa (10/5): - Le personnel est tout simplement adorable. Ma sœur et moi sommes venues de Paris pour y passer des vacances et nous avons été plus que bien reçues. L’hôtel est en plein centre, à deux pas de Rotschild, des restaurants et boîtes tout en étant calme dans une petite rue (et à seulement 15mn à pieds de la plage). Les chambres sont propres et faites chaque jour, le personnel est bienveillant et bien que j’aurais aimé garder l’adresse pour moi, Richard et sa femme méritent un succès à la hauteur de leurs efforts. Je n’ai jamais vu un établissement à Tel Aviv qui offrait un aussi bon rapport qualité prix et j’y retournerais sans hésiter la prochaine fois. Petit bonus: demandez leur des adresses, ils connaissent des bons plans!

• Kim (9/5): Lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful location - Great little boutique hotel in fantastic location. Big room for 3 girl friends. Lovely roof terrace as well a big comfortable lobby. Convenient on site parking. Staff also were really great. Cleaning in room was not great, beds not made up, it was a shame cos it would make a big difference and give 5 stars.

• Anastasia (9/5): Overall, very nice - Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located. Kind staff and nice rooms. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast (temporarily) and they have an arrangement with the bakery close by. It’s an OK idea but not a good replacement. At the cafe, we were not offered anything except for only one type of sandwich and one drink. Considering the room price, it’s a bit disappointing.

• Carol (8/5): Great staff, but patio noise. - The location was great, and so was the staff. There was a lot of noise in the outdoor patio from other guests on Thursday night, which disturbed our sleeping. Also, there was no milk or milk substitute along with the coffee in the room.

The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. I appreciate how clean, well-maintained and open the hotel was. I felt so pampered, from the bed linens down to the shower products. The breakfast that was included was delicious. I hope to go back to Lily & Bloom; it was wonderful and I recommended everyone on my tour to stay there. What a delight!

Our rooms were spotless and stylish, and I would highly recommend one of the rooms with a balcony. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and they will help with any needs. We asked for several recommendations, and every one they gave us worked out perfectly. It's an easy walk to the beach, and the best falafel place is right across the street. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting.
