Güvenlik çok ciddi boyutta, cam bardaklarla yürümemize bile dikkat ediyorlar. Akşam eğlenceleri oral dışı eğlenceler ve diğer otellerle olan bağlantı süper. Deniz 2-3 dakika. Yapmak istediğimiz tüm aktiviteleri de otelin güvenli seçenekleriyle yaptık. İnanılmaz ötesiydi her şey. En başta çalışan personel bunu güzellleştirdi. Yine yeniden gelmek üzere :)

Food and drink were plentiful and great choices of food for everyone. The staff were amazing too. The waiters couldn’t do enough for you, very friendly and Nicole in guest relations helped when needed she was wonderful. All in all we had a brilliant time there. Can’t wait to go back. Food options were varied and of good quality. Alcohol was of a good but not first class quality. Excellent pools. Clean and well laid out rooms. Drive to the beach wasn’t ideal but it’s a short journey with regular shuttles. Would recommend especially for families Nothing to dislike

Ahmed and Mohamed at check in! Mahmoud at the aqua park who was great at teaching Arabic! Ahmed in Amaraya restaurant who looked after us breakfast through to dinner! And Al Amir who cleaned and decorated our room. We had a little issue with a plant based menu at Paprika but this was quickly resolved by waiting staff and kitchen.

The water park was a big highlight, lots of fun and something different to do every day. The beach is just a short ride away, which was very convenient. Everything exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience. This was not my first stay at the hotel, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. I always expect the best from them, and every time, they never fail to deliver. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a warm smile. I would like to give a special mention to Lydia at the reception, who stood out with her kindness, efficiency, and genuine care. She made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and well-maintained, which added greatly to our comfort. I first visited the hotel 8 years ago, and today it looks better than it did then! The aqua park was absolutely amazing and a highlight of the trip. It was fun, well-organized, and perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. The animation team was absolutely fantastic and truly added a special touch to our stay. They were full of energy, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having a great time with their fun activities and positive spirit. A very special thanks to one of the team members—if I remember correctly, his name was Bebo, the half-Sudanese, half-Egyptian dancer. He was incredibly talented, and it was such a joy watching him perform. His energy was unmatched, and his happiness was truly contagious, bringing smiles to everyone around him. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone looking for a wonderful and stress-free getaway. Surprisingly most of the items in the hotel were with extra charge even the fresh juice!

- Jørn (8/5): Great stay with nice rooms, good food, and friendly staff. - We stayed here for three nights at the end of February. The hotel was very good, with large rooms and beautiful pools. The water park was fantastic, with many fun slides. The food in the restaurant was good, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, most things were great and we had a very enjoyable stay. One downside was the very poor Wi-Fi, which worked badly throughout our stay. In addition, the login process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I don’t understand why the internet couldn’t simply be open and easy to access—especially considering the hotel is located in the middle of the desert.
- Anja Andrea (9/5): Toller zweiter Aufenthalt - Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und können es echt empfehlen. Wer uns kennt weiß, dass wir so gut wie nie zweimal das gleiche Hotel besuchen, das sagt also schon viel aus. Die Außenbereiche, Bars, Restaurants etc. sind alle super gepflegt und einladend. Für Kinder ist der Aquapark natürlich super. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Wir wurden ständig gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch das Spezialitäten-Restaurant Aqua am Strand war hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind nicht so ganz gut in Schuss für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Bilder hängen alle schief, alte Mücken hängen überall an den Wänden, Lampenschirme, Vorhänge müssten mal gereinigt werden. Von der Klobürste will ich gar nicht anfangen, da haben wir gleich bei Ankunft eine neue verlangt. Es ist nicht so, dass es ein schlimmer Zustand wäre, aber das gewisse extra an Sorgfalt fehlt einfach. Die Poolschließung um 17 Uhr ist für unser empfinden zu früh. Da ist der Pool meist noch recht voll und gut besucht und dann werden alle rausbeordert. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten hatten wir eine tolle Woche und können das Jaz Aquaviva auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

It is very family friendly. An all-round pleasant experience. The tiles in the bathroom are somewhat slippery. It would be good to consider so anti-slip material to help prevent falls.

- Karim (1/5): Overall, this experience was terrible, and I cannot recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone. What was once - The restaurant was packed, with no available seating during peak hours. While the food was delicious and offered great variety, both I and one of my daughters suffered from food poisoning or a stomach bug (possibly E. coli or Shigella), resulting in high fever, severe diarrhea, and the need for medical treatment. I visited Jaz Aquaviva 10 years ago and had a truly wonderful experience, which left me with fond memories—especially of the aquapark. That’s why, during my recent trip to Egypt, I chose to return, hoping to relive those moments. Unfortunately, this visit was a major letdown. The hotel was severely overbooked, and the overwhelming number of guests put immense pressure on all facilities. Staff were clearly overloaded, and many responded to requests with rudeness and frustration. For example, a bartender shouted at my children, demanding they consolidate their drink orders instead of asking separately. Another staff member at the main bar aggressively yelled at a guest’s child for playing the hotel piano. Behind the lobby bar, I witnessed workers smoking, arguing, and even fighting, which is completely unacceptable for a supposed five-star establishment. Our room was not clean and had severe water leakage, which added to the discomfort. The aquapark, which was the highlight of our previous visit, was chaotic. The hotel allows daily visitors who are not guests, leading to extreme overcrowding and long wait times. Safety guards were also rude and unkind, especially toward my young daughters. The three pools were completely packed, with no empty spots to swim or relax. The water even appeared grayish, likely due to the excessive number of swimmers, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The restaurant was packed, with no available seating during peak hours. While the food was delicious and offered great variety, both I and one of my daughters suffered from food poisoning or a stomach bug (possibly E. coli or Shigella), resulting in high fever, severe diarrhea, and the need for medical treatment. Overall, this experience was terrible, and I cannot recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone. What was once a beautiful and enjoyable hotel has unfortunately become overcrowded, poorly managed, and far from the five-star standard it claims to uphold.

- Hany (10/5): A very enjoyable and relaxing stay with great service, friendly staff, and excellent facilities. - The food was very good, with a wide variety of cuisines to suit different tastes. The service staff were proactive, attentive, and always ready to help. The BBQ area outside the main restaurant was especially wonderful. The staff were very welcoming, especially Lydia and Mohamed at the reception. All team members were friendly and helpful, always guiding us around the facilities and making us feel comfortable. The aqua team and activities were excellent. There were many water slides and fun games, and the staff and lifeguards were very attentive, carefully watching over the children in all areas The location is a bit far from Hurghada city center; however, the resort helps arrange round trips with scheduled times. Other than that, nothing significant. The resort is full of greenery, flowers, and beautiful gardens that are clearly well maintained.

- Robinson Family (10/5): A very comfortable stay with amazing waterpart facilities, but also easy access to Makadi Beach - This is a great location for a family that enjoys waterpark facilities. The slides and pool have something for all ages and all inclusive resort structure is well done. The onsite buffet was excellent and very good even for vegetarian/vegan requirements. They went out of their way for our son's birthday with decorations in the room as well as a cake at dinner (plus a group sing along from the dinner staff team). The rooms are large enough for everyone to have enough space with comfortable beds. We would highly recommend this resort and would love to return when we are in Egypt in future. Security is very good, but this means it can be a challenge for drivers to gain access to the property as license plate numbers have to be communicated to the front gate from the reception. Plan ahead for this extra step and potentiall delay and it works fine.
