Important Information
The All Inclusive offer includes: - Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dinner.
Optional dining in our Mexican, Italian and Asian Restaurants (-one visit per minimum stay of 5 nights, advance reservations required, subject to availability).
The offer also include domestic unlimited alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and cocktails available at the restaurants and hotel bars. Smart clothing is recommended for the dinner service.
Guests wearing sportswear or beachwear will not be allowed. Flip flops, vests, tracksuits, sleeveless clothes and sport shorts are also not allowed.
Please note that all rooms under this package will receive one umbrella and two sun beds on the beach free of charge (subject to availability).
There is also free WiFi, a free safety deposit box in each room and free parking (subject to availability).
The Aquapark is open daily between 10:00-12:00 and 15:00-17:00.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

- Andreea (10/5): Prima experiență all-inclusive - Pentru prima experiență de All inclusive, pot spune că mă declar foarte mulțumită. Curățenia nu a lipsit, camera frumoasa, amenajata cu bun gust, iar mâncarea a fost gustoasa. Vă recomand sa vă programați la restaurantul cu specific în prima zi sau a doua zi de ședere, pentru a putea prinde loc. Noi am reusit pentru ziua respectiva, la ora 18:00 (puțin cam devreme pentru o cina -parerea mea-, însă a fost din cauza noastră și ne-am asumat. Oricum, mâncarea foarte buna, iar personalul mi-a lăsat o impresie tare buna!! Atmosfera la piscina a fost excelenta, ne-am bucurat de tot. Plaja curata și șezlonguri libere mereu când am fost. Animatorii au fost tare drăguți, deși eu nu prea sunt cu activitățile în grup, mi-a făcut plăcere să schimb câteva vorbe cu ei și să aflu despre omul din spatele angajatului. Voi reveni cu siguranță! Mi-ar fi plăcut totuși mai multa diversitate la mâncare, poate și chestii mai normale, precum snitel de pui, pui pe grătar, etc. pastele, din păcate, au fost singurele care chiar nu mi-au plăcut. Sosul alb era prea apos și semăna mai mult a ciorba, însă acest lucru poate fi subiectiv. Poate ar mai trebui personal, deoarece oamenii pare că muncesc chiar foarte mult și au un volum foarte mare de munca 🙈 cu toate acestea, își fac treaba într-un mod excelent.

- MikaG18 (8/5): - Amplasarea complexului, piscina, plaja, restaurantul (mâncare diversificata pentru toate gusturile), Am avut 3 camere in corpul B (168, 166 si 160). In camerele 168 si 166 se intra zilnic la curatenie, in 160 (fiind ultima pe palier) s-a intrat in a treia seara la solicitarea noastră ca sa se schimbe prosoapele. Cu o zi înainte de check out s-a facut curat in camera, moment in care s-au schimbat iar prosoapele, punandu-se mai putine si luandu-se unul dintre prosoapele de la piscina (prosoape care se dau pe baza unor cartele ce trebuie predate la receptie cand se face check out-ul). Aquaparkul functioneaza dupa un program (10-12 si 15-18) timp in care din 4 tobogane sunt functionale doar 2, prin rotație. Am vrut sa folosim sauna, dar dupa 10 minute de umblat prin complex pentru a o gasi (nu este indicata corespunzător) am aflat cu stupoare ca si aceasta are program de doar 4 ore/zi, moment in care am renunțat. Prajiturile, chiar daca erau numeroase, nu au fost pe placul nostru, cremele folosite fiind destul de gretoase. Restaurantele cu specific nu mai sunt toate disponibile la sejururi de minim 5 nopți, cu trebuie sa alegi unul dintre ele cu 2-3 zile înainte. Și poți avea neplăcuta surpriză sa nu găsești masa libera când dorești.

- Jan “Bay” Kuźma (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, duży obiekt, przez co nie odczuwa się dużej ilości osób czy to w basenie czy w restauracjach. Blisko plaża, wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i już jest plaża. Obok jest market oraz apteka. Co ważne nie ma blisko jakiegoś karaoke czy innych restauracji gdzie głośno do późnych godzin śpiewają. Bardzo miła obsługa, chętna do pomocy. Ogólnie odpoczynek w tym miejscu był bardzo udany, chętnie bym wrócił. Chłodna woda w dużym basenie ale do przeżycia. W basenie dla dzieci woda jest lodowata, no ale w tym miejscu jest to związane że 2 razy w ciągu dnia jest puszczana atrakcje wodne związane ze zjeżdżalniami i innymi ciekawymi rzeczami przez co ta woda się ochładza. Jedzenie dobre ale monotonne śniadania - zawsze jest śniadanie angielskie oraz monotonne obiady. Dla mnie za miękkie łóżka i nie wygodna poduszka. Przez tydzień na schodach nie posprzątali roztopionego, czekoladowego loda, najpierw była na nim tabliczka "wet floor" potem jak zastygł to tak sobie leżał na tej podłodze, a na tych schodach ciągle siedziały na kartonikach dwie sprzątaczki. Słabo wyposażony klubik dziecięcy, większość zabawek jest bardzo zużyta.

Tökéletesen meg voltunk elégedve vele. - Az ételek az italok, a személyzet kedvessége és segítőkészsége egy tökéletes célállomássá varázsolja a hotelt. Az elhelyezkedés és a szobák is tökéletesen megfeleltek! A csúszdák lehetnének kicsit több ideig nyitva

- Guest (10/5): Destul de bun - - au destule locuri de parcare (nu am platit extra parcarea) - micul dejun la fel in fiecare zi dar variat - plaja este chiar in fata hotelului (este bine intretinuta, ai si un punct de inchiriere jetsky langa) - piscina foarte curata - camerele foarte curate cu schimbarea cearsafurilor/prosoapelor zilnice - debarasarea meselor atat din restaurant cat si de pe terasa se facea repede astfel incat oricand puteai sa gasesti o masa libera - au activatati si seara pentru copii - au o zona in hotel de biliard/jocuri/ping pong - camera de familie are usa intre sufragerie si dormitor precum si 2 bai - in camera in care am stat nu batea soarele deloc si nu puteai sa usuci nimic de la plaja (costume de baie/prosoape) - evident o chestiune de noroc, unde prinzi camera. - multe feluri de mancare erau gatite cu mult ulei (nu erau pe gustul meu dar am vazut ca lumea golea tavile deci e o chestiune de gust) - variatii foarte mici la pranz si la masa de seara (ai ce sa mananci zilnic nu asta e problema, dar devin un pic repetitiv) - pentru mine dulciurile erau gustoase/delicioase in proportie de 20% - insa am vazut ca lumea lua pana aproape ca se terminau deci iar, e o chestiune de gust) - din sejur iesi cu micul-dejun nu cu masa de pranz (practic in ultima zi pana in ora de check-out - ora 11 - ti se taie bratara. E ciudata regula asta - ni s-a spus dinainte dar nu am citit cu atentie) - staff-ul - in afara de receptie si cativa colegi prin sala de mese - nu vorbea engleza - nu e o chestie deranjanta decat daca vrei sa ceri o informatie) - toboganele de apa nu mergeau toate in acelasi timp (poate am avut eu ghinion dar in fiecare zi dadeau drumul cand la unele cand la altele, in acel program zilnic ma refer)

- danel (1/5): גרוע ביותר אל תתקרבו לשם! - כלום הכל מחריד! מלון מזעזע!!!! לא להתקרב לשם אכסניה של ילדים בני 16 ניקיון גרוע הכל מלוכלך החדרים אומנם גדולים אבל עדיף לישון על רצפת בטון ולא על המיטות שלהם הכל מגעיל ברמות. האוכל לא אכיל השירות של הצוות מתחת לכל ביקורת!! הביאו לנו מיטת קומתיים וביקשתי מיטה נוספת לילדה על מנת שלא תישן למעלה הביאו מיטה מתקפלת כמו בצבא ועוד בלי קרשים שאי אפשר באמת לישון שם! המים של הבריכה קפואיםםםם כמו מי קרח אי אפשר להיכנס. אפ כבר אתם נוסעים לחופשה בבורגס לא להתקרב למלון הזה!
- Delia (8/5): Potrivit de incercat o data. Pret ok - Mi-a placut camera , curatenia, diversitatea la mancarea, faptul ca aveai sezlong inclus la plaja, prosoape incluse pentru plaja si piscina. Parcare inclusa si sigura. Intrarea lina in mare aferenta plajei de la hotel. La unele cocktail-uri de la bar puneau un pliculet de zahar. Toboganele de la aquapark functioneaza doar 4 ore/zi. Toboganele mari pot fi folosite doar de copiii peste 130cm inaltime si toboganul tip palnie poate fi folosit doar de copiii peste 150cm inaltime. Atentie la acest aspect! Nu am gasit acest aspect scris pana nu am ajuns acolo. Mare dezamagire pentru copiii mei de 125cm inaltime si 145cm inaltime. Cel mic nu se putea da pe tobogan nici macar insotit de parinte. Apa in piscina este foarte rece. Barul de pe plaja are doar bere, suc si apa. Pentru alte bauturi trebuie mers la barul de la piscina.

- marinus (9/5): O proprietate care iti ofera tot ce ai nevoie pentru a te simti bine in toata perioada vacantei - O observație: masa de prânz se servaste intre 12 si 14, sau 14.30. Check in se intampla la 15 iar check out la ora 11. Deci prin aceasta regula turistul are o masa de pranz ,,lipsa” din program, pentru ca atunci cand vine pranzul este terminat si cand pleacă, la 11, pranzul nu a început. Sigur ca e atâta mancare in toata ziua incat probabil ca (cel puțin la hotel) nu se ia in calcul aceasta problema, dar ea exista măcar ca observație ce poate fi sesizata. O alta treaba care nu-mi place este graba cu care ești ,,alungat” de pe proprietate, adică la 11 atunci cand pleci esti (as putea spune) amenințat ca daca întârzii cu masina mai mult de ora standard vei fi ,,amendat” (pentru parcare) cu 20 si ceva de leva. Asta mi se pare puțin forțat, daca mai stai o ora, poate 2 ore dupa ce ai predat camera nu cred ca moare nimeni (eu as mai fi făcut o baie in mare, spre exemplu). Îți da senzația ca ești, repet, ,,alungat” de pe proprietatea lor.

- Lavinia (7/5): O vacanta dezamagitoare 😔 - Sezlonguri suficiente pentru toata lumea in aceasta perioada. Vacanta noastra fiind in Septembrie. Aproape toti din entertainment intelegeau si vb romana. Amplasare frumoasa ☺️ bazine pentru toate varstele. Plaja langa hotel la fel si tot ce doresti pentru o seara frumoasa in afara complexului. Hotelul care se presupune ca ar fi de 4 stele lasa mult de dorit...incepand de la camere, mancare, guest service, aqua park, free bar...dezamagitor !!! Incepand cu apartamentul unde am fost cazati...deloc ca in pozele de pe site...asternuturi patate cu 😒 ...de tot felul..mirosul...🫣 sa nu mai spun de comfort...nu suntem o familie pretentioasa...dar atat eu cu sotul cat si copiii...ne-am cat "sifonat" spatele...gatul de la saltele si perinutele lor 😅. Mancarea...zilnic timp de 5 zile...aceeasi mancare...fara gust...recunosc ca preferam mai cu gust (condimentat) spre deosebire de altii...dar totusi...😔 Free bar...DEZAMAGITOR !!!! De la sucuri...bere...sa nu mai spun de cocktailuri...TOTUL....pe romaneste...APA CHIOARA !!! Personalul de la bar, restaurant; mereu plictisiti si satui de viata. Inteleg ca e in extrasezon, dar lucram si noi intr-un astfel de domeniu si iti asumi unele sarcini. Esti platit pana la urma pentru acest costumer service !!! Plaja...OK ...singura chestie...free bar pe plaja...doar...aceeasi apa chioara...suc si bere !!! Atat !!! Vrei cocktail... dute la hotel 🤣 ‼️ NU consum alcool de felul meu...dar intre "sucul' colorat fara nici un gust...berea rece rasuflata parca combinata cu apa...preferam cica un cocktail... cu siropurile colorate care, cat de cat le mai indulceau 😒 Aqua park... hm...dezamagitor... 1. NU lasa copiii sub 1.30 cm ...stim regulile din Bulgaria...suntem a treia oara deja in vacante in Bulgaria...in fiecare an cautand ul loc mai frumos pentru intreaga familie...dar aici NICI SA AUDA din contra; unii salvamarii erau mai degraba pusi ca si jandarmi... 😳. Daca nu ieseai la ora 18:00 din piscina cand fluiera prima data ...riscai sa te ia la bataie 🥲😅🤣 2. Pentru 3 tobogane...din care mergea doar 1 pe rand cu taraita deoarece pe timpul meselor le oprea ...si un..."vartej" cu colaci gomflabili...sincer NU merita dublu banilor doar pentru ca cica e aqua park !!! Serile de entertainment...

- Georgiana (7/5): Disappointing Stay at Evrika Beach Sunny Beach - The only positive aspect of the stay was the premium restaurant – tasty, varied food in a pleasant and comfortable setting I specifically chose this hotel for a front sea view room, but at check-in I was given one with a side view of the casino and antennas – very disappointing and not what I expected. After insisting, I was moved to another room, but it was very small, had no bathtub (as expected), and the air conditioning only worked on heating – not suitable for summer weather. A technician had to come and fix it. The balcony was extremely small and positioned in an inner corner of the front of the main building, limiting the view and the feeling of space. More concerning, the door lock was faulty – the latch stayed stuck, and the door wouldn’t lock automatically, raising serious safety concerns. The extra bed for my son was a fold-out armchair with a mattress shorter than the frame, which completely sank even under the slightest pressure. The elevator on our floor worked chaotic: it often wouldn’t stop at the 3rd floor unless someone inside wanted to reach it. Sometimes it arrived empty but then went up instead of down. The call button for going down from the 3rd floor was stuck pressed, permanently lit red as if continuously activated. Upon arrival, we were met with extremely rude behavior from the bodyguard , who refused to let us approach reception before 11:00 AM, even though we only wanted to ask about check-in. Having had a positive experience at the DIT Majestic Hotel, also located in Sunny Beach, I had hoped DIT Evrika Beach would offer services of the same level. While Majestic, officially rated 4 stars, delivers quality and facilities comparable to a 5-star hotel, Evrika Beach, also rated 4 stars, is more comparable to a 3-star hotel.

- Andreea (10/5): - Mâncarea excelenta, curățenie făcută zilnic, prosoapele schimbate zilnic, spectacole frumoase, personal dragut, curățenie continua pe plaja. Ce nu mi-a plăcut a fost ca se făcea rezervarea pe șezlong cu prosop si nu stătea nimeni. La ora 14 nu am găsit niciun sezlong doar sa imi pun o geanta, șezlongurile erau ocupate doar de prosoape nu si de oameni. Ar trebui sa existe o regula mai precisa si respectata. Apa in piscina copiilor mult prea rece, ar trebui gândită sa fie la o temperatura pe care copiii o pot tolera si sa nu exista riscul de răceli.

- Guest (5/5): Néha úgy éreztük, zavarunk… - A recepción, a mexikói étteremben tündéri dolgozók, a takarítónő bűbájosan kedves, de az aquaparkban… kritikán aluli. Ordít a vendégekkel az egyik medenceőr, ha zárás előtt 2 perccel akarunk bemenni, már elzavar, egyezményes jelzéssel és gondolom szép szavakkal is, bár nem értek a nyelvükön, amit kis használnak. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a szoba a tengerre nézett. Az étteremben soha senki nem maradhatott éhen, friss és ízletes ételeket kínáltak, állandóan takarítottak, csakúgy, mint a medence körül. Akik a legtöbbet gürcöltek, mindig mosolyogtak, akik egész nap csak üldögéltek, morogtak… hogy is van ez…?! Az ágy olyan puha, hogy egy hétig inkább a földön aludtunk a takarón……
- Rebeka (10/5): Ár-érték arányban szuper! - A tengerpart közelsége, az ételek nagyon tetszettek. A parkolás is jól meg van oldva, nem kellett keresgélni, odavezettek minket a szabad helyre. Igazából összeségében minden rendben volt, jól éreztük magunkat. A személyzet is rendes volt. Azt kaptuk, amit vártunk. Hidegek a medencék. B blokkban szálltunk meg, azért már ráférne egy kis felújítás. A játszóterekre is ráfér a korszerűsítés.

- Carp (8/5): - Cleaning service in the room exceeded our expectation. Parking was easy and seemed sufficient. Beach allocated to the hotel was well maintained. Location in a relative quiet area. Food quality and diversity together with overall drinks. Overall pool area is overcrowded, no chance to find a place without reserving very early. Cleaning after beach (from beach area) was a joke. Beach bar very basic.
