Housekeeping is provided 3 times a week, and does not include dish washing. The apartment provides free shuttle services to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (Monday to Friday).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Heureusement, le personnel s’est occupé de nous qui étions au 12e étage.

- Stephen (10/5): Singapore is a lovely place to visit as an Australian Tourist. Singaporeans are warm and welcoming. - The location of this premises was excellent. A very short walk to the MRT Train system, Fort Canning for both exercise and tourism aspects. Close to Clark Quay Entertainment hub which also contained a Grocery Store called Fair Price Fresh which also has a number of restaurants and a bottle shop within and food is cooked fresh in front of you. Within the building was a grocery store called CS(Cold Storage) Fresh. The food and prices were excellent. The property was clean tidy and no issues. Staff are super friendly. Having to come home. The weather although Hot and humid for May you soon got used to.

- Tim (9/5): 2nd year in a row and we still love it...we will be back - Park Avenue Clemenceau is perfectly located to explore SG. This was out fifth time SG and second time at Park Avenue Clemenceau. The Apartment is inside the UE Square building and you have all you need around you (including a decent size Cold Storage Supermarket). The Apparment itself is clean very spacious and has everything you. There is also a nice pool which we used regulary after exploring the City. Fort Canning MRT is a 4 min walk away and Orchard Road is also only 20 mins by foot. Clark Quay is around the corner. We will come back for sure We have been now the second time at Park Avenue Clemenceau and i am sorry that i did not yet find anything i didnt like.
- Matt (10/5): Loved the apartment and its proximity to the subway. - The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. The reception staff were warm and friendly throughout our stay. It would have been helpful to have face cloths, pepper, salt, tongs and a bottle opener. If possible a power point for the hairdryer by a mirror, preferably in the bathroom. USB outlets by the bed would also be desirable.
- Patil (4/5): - The location was fantastic, walking distance to the MRT,shopping center and supermarket at the ground level. There was 1 day where the house keeping staff left our main door open and left. When we came back at night we found the door open as the latch was left open.
We complained to the night staff, however got a very cold response. This is a very big security concern as the apartment was left open the whole day.
Secondly from day 2 we started reaching out to the front office regarding the Airconditioning in the second room. They came to fix it 2-3 times but never got fixed. We were not even offered a different room/apartment.

Located in UE square with access to CS Fresh , 7/11,Coffee Shops etc They don't offer breakfast for week-long stays , which could have been convenient for tourists.

Big shout out to Mui Leng who had the Housekeeping running like an oil machine. To Kumar who worked hard in keeping our room very clean. It will be nice to have tissue papers in the room.

- Chris (10/5): The staff and facilities at Park Avenue Clemenceau made our stay in Singapore very enjoyable! - Upon checking in, we were upgraded to 4 bedroom apartment from a 2 bedroom which was a bonus!
Staff were super friendly, always made an effort to greet you as you came in from the lift - particularly Vijada.
Rooms were very clean and location was fantastic - bus stop just outside the hotel, and train stops across the road.
Would definitely stay there again if we go back.

- Darren (8/5): Perfect apartment stay - We stayed here for 6 nights while one of our kids had a competition. The 2 bed appt was perfect with plenty of space and a modestly appointed kitchen. It was clean well maintained and house keeping was every second day (3 times a week). Decent pool to cool off in too.
Perfectly located a short walk from Fort Canning MRT or slightly further for Clark Quay MRT. Some food options if you want to eat close by or walk across to Clark and Boat Quays. Supermarket in the building and a 711 as well for late night snacks and water. It was good value for money and I highly recommend if you want an apartment style stay.

All the appliances you could ask for very large comfy king bed. Could not fault, in anyway the cleanliness and housekeeping of apartment. Trains, buses and taxi’s on your doorstep, great location. Highly recommended! Only small issue for older patrons is shower over bath tub. Very good rails provided, but still not ideal. Could not fault in anyway other way.

Mrt was 3 minutes' walk away. Laundry powder was provided for the washing machine, dishwashing liquid and new sponge were provided at kitchen sink. These thoughtful touches made a difference. Highly recommend this accommodation. We were in apartment 618 and there was a slight musty smell in the shower area.. If not for this, I would have given a rating of 10.

Supermarket, MRT, Playground - all is just around the corner - you can even walk to Orchard or through River Valley towards Marina Bay or Great world. Pool is spacious and nice to swim. Apartment’s space is much bigger than we thought and we enjoyed it sooo much! Beddings are little bit wet. If there is a dehumidifier will help a lot.

Our second visit, will be back. 😊 - Spacious, comfortable, clean one bedroom apartment located very centrally. Near MRT and buses. Friendly staff and reception. Everything very clean and well looked after. Nice atmosphere and vibe. Nothing to dislike. The only thing that would make a nice difference in the apartment would be some softer lighting, another lamp or two, rather than mostly being overhead spotlights. Tiny detail, but that would make it cosier at night.

- Liisa (9/5): A nice place to stay - Our apartment with one bedroom was perfect for an older couple staying there 14 days. The rooms were clean, the double bed was big and comfortable. We appreciated a lot of having a washing machine in the little kitchen. It was needed because we liked to walk around even if
it is was very warm. The swimming pool was close to our apartment. The location is perfect for walking along the Riverside or to Orchad Road, Little Italy, China town. Only 200 meters to the underground station and you can also take the bus 123 to Sentosa island on the other side of the road. A lot of good, different kind of restaurants nearby. The only thing we didn't like was the air condition because the blowing was too strong. We tried to adjust it, received also help from the personnel in the reception. The system must be somehow automatically controlled. The adjustments didn't last.

- Saeed (10/5): Overall really satisfied - Good location, close to bus stop, MRT, restaurants and supermarket. It was clean and the house keeper cleaned the property every 2 days. Staff were so friendly and helpful. There was some building constructions on the other side of the road. Which was a bit noisy.
- May (9/5): Great serviced apartment! - The location was perfect for us to explore around town. MRT station is just a stone throw away. The apartment is connected to UE Square Mall, where there are cafes, eateries, a supermarket, and a 7eleven.
Our apartment faces Clarke Quay and it looked beautiful at night.
The front desk staff were warm and helpful.
Our apartment was clean, neat and equipped with toiletries and essentials like a fridge, oven, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, and a washing machine that has a wash and dry cycle.
Special mention to our housekeeping staff Xiu Na and Ley, who kept our apartment clean and stocked. Mui Leng, their Head of Housekeeping was welcoming, warm, and showed great level of service and hospitality.
We would highly recommend Park Avenue Clemenceau for longer stays.

Staff were terrific, especially the housekeeping team, notably Mui Leng. This property is so close to the MRT. It was wonderful having a modern two bedroom apartment in the heart of Singapore. The location was terrific - Fort Canning station closest - but only a short distance to Boat Quay. We travelled everywhere by MRT. I'd highly recommend this property for a vacatation stay in Singapore.
