- Heese (10/5): Great stay - From the moment we entered the place everything was amazing. Ms Ayten at the check in was great, very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very attentive and helpful at every point. Room is very comfortable and clean. The food is amazing, we have stayed in some other all inclusive hotels in the area and this was by far the best buffet. Cocktails are great, nothing is watered down or tasting too syrupy. Just a great bartender at the bar making tasty cocktails. He even made us something off the menu which was very tasty. Also shout out to the kitchen staff as I had to freeze my medicine container's ice packs and he did everything he could to make it happen. Big bonus was whole staff was respectful towards the stray cats around which is incredible.
- Polina (10/5): Great hotel, definitely recommend for a tranquil holiday - We have really enjoyed our stay at Marti Myra. The hotel is very well built and maintained, the territory is very green which is why we chose this hotel. The food was great and varied throughout our stay, there were a lot of cool spots activities and overall it was a wonderful place for a holiday. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with everything. I want to particularly thank Jaina that was in touch with us throughout the stay and quickly and efficiently helped with every request we have had.

- Anna (10/5): Идеально для отпуска с маленьким ребёнком - В этот отель приезжаем уже второй раз, очень нравится расположение. Горы+сосны+море, это просто идеально. Дышится легко и пахнет соснами, спокойная атмосфера, можно гулять с колясочкой и наслаждаться природой. В этом году дочке 2,5 года и очень оценили пространство для детей (много игрушек, горок, машинок и ещё мероприятия для малышей + мини зоопарк и много котиков на территории). Еда тоже отличная в том числе и для малышей, утром есть каши, днём и вечером супы. Особо хочется отметить утреннюю рассылку с мероприятиями, очень удобно и по любым вопросам можно написать напрямую дружелюбному менеджеру (у нас была Жайна). Одним словом нам очень понравилось, приедем ещё. 😌

Спасибо персоналу на рецепшен, все внимательные, на нашу просьбу продлить номер на пару часов- пошли нам на встречу. В этом отеле уютный каждый уголок. Питание как и во всех турецких отелях, разнообразие.Вернемся еще!

- Anna (9/5): Все понравилось и нам и детям 10,9 и 8 лет. - Понравилось: территория, очень грамотно все в отеле сделано, ничего не напрягает, отель тихий, если хотите тусоваться , то лучше другой отель, на майские было мало народа. Понравился номер. Детям понравился мини зоопарк. Детский клуб понравился внучке 15 лет. Правда удивило, что поделки для раскрашивания продаются за 10 евро. Отель 5 звезд, как- то странно. В еде все устраивало. Все есть. Персонал очень расслаблен, не работал хамам, один небольшой подогреваемый бассейн. Анимация вечером фактически не было, хотя может просто сезон не начался.

Обслуживание на высшем уровне, персонал невероятно приветливый и доброжелательный, всегда с улыбкой и готовностью помочь. Особенно хочется отметить сотрудницу Жайну — очень внимательная, отзывчивая и душевная. Все наши просьбы и пожелания выполнялись мгновенно, с искренней заботой. Отдых получился потрясающим, оставил море эмоций, радости и самых тёплых воспоминаний! 🌴💛 Хотелось бы обязательно приехать сюда ещё раз!

- Svetlana (10/5): - Very green location, friendly team, healthy food and excellent sport academy activities, enough for all ages and abilities, I personally attended yoga every day of my stay, kids were enjoying volley, pingpong, waterpolo and gym. That all next to the perfect see and all animation. Warm swimming pool and a lot of very stylish quiet lounges for reading and talking were also very nice. Personnel reacted on every request fast and was very friendly. Booking says you could sleep on sofa, but I'd advice a proper bed. I'd prefer still and sparkling water at the restorant to be available for self service. Some facilities were closed beginning of the season, like spa and 2 restaurants and we were not aware at the time of booking, though we had enough to do. In old not repaired buildings the light could go off for half a minute in the peak hours, repaired fast.

- Gulnaz (5/5): Personeel en eten waren uitstekend, alleen het is best een oud hotel. Kan wel een update gebruiken. - Ontbijt/eten was uitstekend, veel variatie en keus. De zitgedeelte binnen (met airco) is best klein voor zo’n groot hotel, duurde best lang voor je een tafel kon bemachtigen.

Красиві краєвиди. - Дуже гарна зелена територія, багато тіні, старі хвойні дерева, дорога до пляжу завжди приємна. Рятувальники Сулейман та Волган приділили багато часу дитині, що зробило особисто мій відпочинок, як мами, більш розслабленим. Приємні та уважні хлопці. Також менеджери готелю Тофіг та Уля класно вирішували всі питання. Коли всі лежаки були зайняті рушниками при 20 відсотках відпочиваючих на пляжі, нам запропонували провести день в окремому пляжному клубі, це було приємно) Багато затишків і місць, де можна посидіти в затінку і просто розслабитись. Готель орієнтований, як виявилось, на російських туристів, у більшості російська музика, навіть на дитячих дискотеках, це не сподобалось. Хоча в готелі багато іноземців. Також момент із курінням, особливо дратувало на пляжі і в ресторані. Хотілось би окремих зон для тих, хто палить і взагалі з цим не стикатись.
- Katrin (2/5): Big mistake - The facility was big and beautiful. It had a lot of nature in it. Tofig was the only one from guest relations who did his job and tried to help us. He also apologised for all the other workers. We got upgraded to a suite. The balcony was dirty when we arrived. And the cleaning service only changed the towels and did the bed and never cleaned anything else. The room was falling apart especially the furniture and the bathroom. And the worst part was we had power outage every day between two and six times. Also our door to the suite was broken like if someone tried to break in. This is unacceptable for a suite. For the power outage, I called reception every time to fix it. For the broken door the first time they did nothing the second time the technician came over to look at it and couldn’t do anything. I went to guest relations to make a reservation for dinner at a restaurant. I asked for 20.30. They said okay but wrote down for the restaurant 19.30. As we came to the restaurant, they told us that we were too late. I went to guest relations and she started arguing with me that I told her 19.30. It is unacceptable behaviour of them. From the lady I didn’t even get a sorry. The food was okay. It was kinda always always the same. And by the end of the week when a lot people arrive there wasn’t enough. The reception didn’t know what their job exactly was. They always told us other information that the guest relations. Sometimes I had to call them twice because of the power outage . As we wanted to check out, we were the second in a queue and the lady took everyone before us and was rude to us. Our assumptions are that we are young travellers.

- Márk (9/5): Két kicsi gyermekkel mentünk emiatt szempont volt hogy az ő igényeiknek megfeleljen. Ennek megfelelt - Az ételek szerintem tökéletesen kielégítették az igényeket. Mindenki tudott találni olyat ami neki tetszett. A szobák a helyszín az előadások mind mind teljesen rendben voltak. A gyermek játszóház a medencék is minden igényt kielegitettek. A takarítás hagyott némi kivetnivalót maga után de összességében rendben volt. A Mini bár feltöltése 9 napon keresztül nem történt meg hiába kértük ez egy negatív pont viszont a család másik felének akik egy másik szobában voltak nekik folyamatosan töltötték.
- Serap (7/5): - Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr gut und sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch als Vegetarier hat man viel Auswahl an Essen! Ich kann das Hauptrestaurant und den Foodcourt besonders zu Herzen legen. Die Dame, die frisch Gözleme zubereitet hat ist einfach ein Engel. Man wartet zwar etwas, aber die Gözleme sind einfach das Warten wert! Der Strand ist zwar kein reiner Sandstrand, sondern teilweise schon steinig, aber dafür war dieser nicht mit Liegen vollgestellt, sodass dieser ziemlich angenehm war. Punktabzüge gibt es für: - Sauberkeit: leider war das Zimmer nicht so ganz sauber (dreckiger Zierkissen, Headboard vom Bett und Couchtisch nicht ganz sauber. Es scheint auch so, als wäre nicht sehr gründlich gestaubsaugt worden). Zuhause kann das zwar mal passieren, aber in einem Hotel, wo man mehrere tausend € bezahlt für die Woche (2 P), muss das nicht sein. - A La Carte Restaurant: wir haben ein Tisch im asiatischen Restaurant reserviert und es wurde als A La carte Restaurant beworben. Was wir bekommen haben war eine DEUTLICH abgespecktere Version vom Buffet im unteren Stockwerk. Es war so bodenlos, dass wir nach 15 Minuten wieder gingen und uns dann unten ins Restaurant gesetzt haben. Und dann sind sie noch so frech, dass sie 1:1 die selben gebratenen Nudeln auch im Hauptrestaurant haben. Abgesehen davon, dass die Auswahl wirklich mickrig war im Asia Restaurant, war alles kalt. Nicht a la carte und wirklich nur 2-3 Gerichte wirklich asiatisch. Sushi gab es zwar, aber vegetarische nur in Gurke. Man hätte dieses Restaurant definitiv anders bewerben müssen. So wie es dargestellt wurde, haben wir uns deutlich besseres erwartet. - Strandbar: die Strandbar hat so unglaublich laute Musik abgespielt ab 10 Uhr morgens, also da kann man überhaupt nicht von Entspannung sprechen. Ich kann verstehen, dass man etwas Entertainment bieten will, aber es muss definitiv nicht so laut sein, dass man am anderen Ende des Strandabschnittes noch was davon hören kann. Für mich das größte Problem an dem Hotel, denn ich hätte gerne das Rauschen des Meeres lieber gehört als irgendeine Musik (egal, ob ich diese selbst mochte oder nicht)

Номерной фонд уже устаревший, но хорошие матрасы и подушки, достаточно чисто, но это проблема в уборщице, мы не стали портить отдых и предъявлять претензии. Еда в ресторанах просто на 5+ очень все вкусно, обильно. Так же заполняемость отеля большая, и это видно на ужине, но днем все эти люди расходятся по большим просторам отеля и вообще не ощущается количество людей. Мы очень довольны отдыхом. Слабая анимация и на всегда приветливый персонал.

- Artyom (8/5): Overall, my stay at Marti Myra was enjoyable and relaxing - I really enjoyed my stay at Marti Myra. The daily entertainment in the evenings and the variety of daytime activities kept things fun and engaging throughout my trip. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by mature trees that add a natural charm and provide plenty of shade and tranquility. The free Wi-Fi available throughout the property was very convenient and made it easy to stay connected. One of the highlights for me was the presence of many cats around the property. The grounds were well maintained, and everything felt clean and cared for. The staff were also great helpful, professional, and always approachable. While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, there were a few things that could be improved. The food, although decent, was quite repetitive and lacked variety from day to day. It would have been nice to see more diverse options throughout the week. One major downside was the entertainment manager. His behavior toward the performers came across as rude and disrespectful, which was uncomfortable to witness. He also seemed to think he was funnier than he actually was, which sometimes made the shows feel awkward rather than enjoyable. The alcohol selection was very limited, which was a bit disappointing, especially for an ULTRA all-inclusive experience. Additionally, the à la carte restaurants weren’t available for short stays or came with extra charges
- Murat (10/5): Great place for kids and fantastic off-season prices - This is our 3rd time here with friends and family. We will be back for a 4th time. Even though there are more luxurious resorts or better coves for swimming, I don't think you can beat the all around price-performance ratio: First, the landscape is more lush than pretty much anywhere else around. It has a tropical feel, just walking around will make you happy. If you decide to swim, the mountains provide a great view, especially in the morning light. The food is plenty and consistently good. I don't mean that everything is good, but every meal there are several dishes that are excellent. When the hotel is full, the dining area feels crowded, but at other times there is plenty space to spread out to. Last but not least, ever since our first visit, the staff has been tremendous. I would like to specifically mention Ayten Hanım at the front desk, who always helps us with our complicated room arrangements, and Karanfil Hanım from the wait staff. Also the spa and kindergarden staff is lovely. It's a great place for kids in general. Note: We always come in late May, early June. Late September would be an even better time. Lower prices, less crowds, better weather, less bugs, and the sea is warm enough. I have not experienced high season here. I'm a light sleeper so my complaints are noise related. The room doors are too loud. There is no way to leave or enter the room without waking up people. A much easier fix is for the chairs on the balconies: They definitely need furniture pads. Also, water sports boats sometimes play loud music that echoes in the whole bay. Nobody needs techno on the beach in the morning. This is not that kinda crowd anyway. The beach area should be calm. Ban the boat music.

Sobre o hotel em geral: all inclusive enorme porém de baixa qualidade, poderiam focar na qualidade e não no exagero. No quarto apenas uma queixa que o papel higiênico não foi reposto, liguei duas vezes na recepção pedindo pra repor e não foi feito. Precisei procurar por alguém na área externa do meu edifício e pedir por papel , apenas no dia seguinte.

I had some remarks to the food court of Marti Myra: 1). The black tea at the restaurants and at the rooms are very bad — I do not know any other place in the world with so bad black tea…☹️; 2). The offered at the restaurants red wines and white wines are not good… I was able to find only one type of rose wine that was good during all my stay there — “CALKARASY ROZE SEK”…😊

- Boris (9/5): Sehr schöne Anlage, toller Urlaub 👍 - Große Anlage, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Grün. Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Schöne große Poollandschaft mit verschiedene Pools. Direkte Lage am Meer. Essen immer sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten und auch Themenabenden. Zusätzlich sind auch die einzelnen Themenrestaurants (vorherige Reservierung notwendig) sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind mit dem Taxi angereist. Preis pro Fahrt ca. 75-80€. Dadurch ist man zeitlich flexibler. Vom Publikum her, waren kaum Deutsche dort, viele (zivilisierte!) Russen mit kleinen Kindern. Die sehr leckeren Cocktails sind im Preis enthalten und sehr zu empfehlen. Personal spricht kaum deutsch. Max. Englisch, besser Russisch. Das ist als Deutscher ein gewisser Nachteil.

Номера комфортные: удобные кровати и, что удивительно, диван тоже очень удобный, не только для ребенка, но и для взрослых. Мы отдыхали в октябре, и бассейн с подогревом очень пригодился. На пляже лежаки с матрасами, так что отлеживать бока мягко))). Всегда есть что перекусить, ребенок постоянно бегал за бургерами, муж за гёзлеме (кстати они были лучшими, из всех, что мне доводилось пробовать). В целом впечатление об отдыхе положительное, красота отеля очень способствует восстановлению после тяжёлого трудового года, но недостатки в отеле есть. Работа баров. За две недели не было ни дня, чтобы в баре все было. То нет бренди, то нет составляющих коктейлей, то нет томатного сока и прочее. Лимонный сок льют в коктейли в таком количестве, что изжога является верным спутником на весь период отдыха. Очереди по вечерам в барах приличные. Мне очень понравился один коктейль, который сделала девушка в лобби-баре, но получить такой же ещё не вышло. Рецептура настолько приблизительна, что зависит от руки наливающего. Номера: Уборка в номерах так себе, но т к. там только спишь и переодеваешься это не критично. Розеток в номере мало, освещение отвратительное, в шкаф заглядывала только с фонариком, потому как лампа в прихожей или не работала, а если работала, то толку с нее мало. Система кондиционирования общая, и нам дико не повезло, что ее переключили на подачу тепла. Было несколько прохладных ночей, далее погода наладилась, ночи теплые, но нам сказали, что уже не сезон для кондиционеров, и я просто изводилась по ночам от духоты. Бассейны прекрасны по своей сути, но в большом бассейне отвалившаяся плитка на дне. Пляж: столиков нет, пепельниц нет, пляж грязный. Пару раз в день пройдет работник, который освободит урны от стаканов, но в песке мусора много. Наверное пляж -это самое грязное месте в отеле. Ну и постоянно вылетающий Wi-fi нервирует.

Cigarette butts on the beach, old food drinks took hours to be cleared from tables, the food was lukewarm to cold, there was no decent coffee at breakfast, exactly the same limited array of fruit for every meal, very limited food options outside main meal times, poor quality drinks, lazy drinks service (in particular the people making "speciality coffee", sometimes it tasted OK, but it was variable), extra charges for most activities, even tennis racket hire, no space at a la carte restaurant, lack of information on arrival, room smelled funny on arrival, bedding was a bit strange (no buttons on cover so duvet fell out), room was very dark, shower door wouldn't close properly, bin liner wasn't replaced after the first day, no food in mini bar

- Stefan (8/5): The lush gardens are truly the highlight of this hotel — you live in a park! - We really enjoyed our stay at Marti Myra at the beginning of November. The weather was pleasant, with just one day of rain and thunder. The resort itself is beautifully located and lush, offering plenty to do even in the off-season. We tried massages — they were sold under different names like “sports massage” or “deep tissue” — in the end, it was the same traditional and well-executed Turkish oil massage, and we enjoyed it. The food was tasty and quite varied, with grilled fish served most days. Cocktails were a bit inconsistent in quality, but they were generous with the alcohol and kept them coming! We were offered an off-season deal at the Phaselis restaurant on the beach, and it was definitely worth the extra cost. Casa Mexicana — a little less so. The highlight of this resort is its gardens! The pools were a bit too cold to swim in at this time of year, the sea was actually more pleasant. To help manage expectations, be aware that this is a large, mass-market resort — you are part of a flock. During our stay, most guests were Russian and Polish. The service staff mostly spoke Turkish and Russian, except for the reception and customer service teams, who also spoke English. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived (we even found underwear left by previous guests in a corner), and it was never really cleaned well during our stay, despite our attempts to encourage housekeeping with tips. We also had to call reception twice to get fresh towels — although the tip we left disappeared. Overall, we had a great stay, especially considering the price we paid. The comments about cleanliness are simply meant to help set realistic expectations.

Боялась, что номера будут маленькие, но всем хватало место. Да, отель не новый, но это особо не чувствуется. Зато территория выше всяких похвал. Мы были в начале октября и бассейны были прохладные, мы не купались, хотя есть подогреваемый, но мы не пробовали. Мне очень понравился пляж. Питание не супер разнообразное, но нормальное. Один раз был морской день с креветками крабами и тд . Ресторан азиатский кухни супер! Очень все было вкусно. Хочу отметить еще кофейню с пирожными. Очень вкусный кофе варили и замечательные пирожные Удачный кофе на завтрак. Поменяйте кофе машины, это прям невозможно было пить и огорчало. И надо добавить хотя бы одного человека на приготовление омлетов. На такой огромный отель всего один человек готовить омлеты и очереди соответствующие.

Были некоторые недочёты, но хорошее определённо перевесило. Детская комната супер, есть подогреваемый бассейн на улице. Алкоголь хороший. Рыбный ресторан и живая музыка супер! Сделали наш вечер :) отель не шумный, может потому что конец сезона, но комфортно было всем, с учетом возраст нашей компании 5-73 года :) Огромное спасибо внимательному персоналу, особенно Ульяне и всей команде, за то, что сделали наш отдых незабываемым! Мы будем скучать :) В то же время хотелось бы, чтобы руководство обратило внимание на чистоту пляжа и чайной зоны, детскую зону в основном ресторане. Это лишь небольшие пожелания, которые не испортили наш отдых, но помогут сделать его ещё лучше в будущем.

Сам отель расположен в хвойном лесу, имеет много зелени, визуально выглядит симпатично. 1. Пляж галечный, нечистый, заходить в воду больно 2. Еда плохая, съедобно только пару блюд, которые быстро заканчиваются. 3. В ресторанах а-ля- карте самообслуживание и разбирают еду те, кто пришёл к открытию, на 80% дают то же, что и в столовой. 4. Полотенца часто рваные, далеко не новые и даже не сезонные. 5. Бассейны ледяные. С подогревом 1 маленький- спрятан в углу 3*3 м. 6. Ночной дискотеки/бара нет 7. Из напитков все местное 8. - Mari (10/5): Good stay - I had to work, and the Wi-Fi was good. Patisserie was nice and calm for that. I loved that hotel has very green and beautiful area, I also liked boxing classes and I went to a massage and it was great. Staff was great. In november, most of additional restaurants were closed, but it was not a big deal for us. The first room we stayed (we extended) was a bit "tired", everything was functioning, but a bit old and scratched wallpaper etc. The next "deluxe" room was better. Oh! What I absolutely hated was some terrible russian songs in the evening loud from the "club", it was awful, it was "live music". Only the last night there was an international band, amazing, 2 boys and 2 ladies that had very nice voices and were singing international music.

Еда вкусная, но хотелось бы немного больше разнообразия — после двух недель пребывания начинаешь искать что-то новенькое. Однако всегда можно найти что-то по вкусу, и самое главное, все всегда свежее. На отдельные просьбы персонал кухни всегда реагировал позитивно. Отдельное спасибо команде Guest Relations — Ульвии, Тофику и Ботагоз, которые всегда шли нам навстречу и делали все возможное, чтобы наш отдых был незабываемым. Взаимодействие с персоналом всегда было на высоте, чувствовалась забота и внимание. Также хотелось бы поблагодарить команду Sport Academy — Лену, Викторию, Максима и Александру, которые предлагали разнообразные спортивные активности, благодаря которым отдых был еще более насыщенным и интересным. Если отель продолжит работу над реновацией, улучшением чистоты в номерах, а также в таких зонах, как буфет и пляжный туалет, это значительно улучшит впечатление от отдыха. Важно также, чтобы своевременно и тщательно протирали столы и стулья повсюду, чтобы не возникало беспокойства испачкать одежду, а посуду мыли тщательнее, чтобы не оставалось следов. Я уверена, что если учесть эти моменты, отель станет еще лучше!

- Denis (6/5): - Emplacement bien situé. Chambre agréable et beaucoup d'équipements à disposition. Personnel attentif à nos besoins, sauf à l'accueil initial. A noter que l'hôtel est à fond sur la clientèle russe, mais comme nous le comprenons pas, cela nous a pas gêné. Le stand de burger hors horaires du restaurant principal a été très apprécié. Accueil à la réception étonnement pas au top, du style débrouillez vous par vous-mêmes. Pas vraiment ce que nous attendions après notre excellent séjour dans l'autre Myra à Marmaris l'an dernier. Température des piscines pas vraiment assez chaude pour la fin septembre. La mer était bien mieux, même s’il y avait beaucoup de courants de fond. Le point le plus négatif pour nous est le buffet pour dîner qui montre beaucoup de choses mais, en fait, ne contient pas grand-chose. Il y a en tout pas plus de deux ou trois vrais plats de résistance dans ce "gigantesque" buffet, ce qui démontre une certaine économie faite envers le client qui,, vu le prix demandé, est étonnante.

Тихо в номере в ночное время, не слышно вечерних развлечений. Неплохой выбор еды в основном ресторане. Хорошо оборудованная пляжная зона: лежаки, зонты, души, раздевалки. На пляже находится группа спасателей. Нам всё понравилось!

- Dya-dya (8/5): Шикарная природа, высокий уровень питания и алкоголя для такого формата, но отель подуставший. - Много точек питания и баров (алкоголь не плохой). Великолепная природа. Низкоэтажные домики стоят прямо в сосновом бору. Территория ухоженная постоянно поливается. Можно с питомцами. Целый день проводятся спортивные мероприятия. (волейбол, дарц, бросание шариков, аквааэробика). Для all-inclusivе довольно хорошее питание мясо более менее всегда есть. Детский клуб, мороженное. Номера темные поношенные и довольно грязьненькие, видно что был качественный ремонт но он сильно поношен. Нас поселили на первом этаже так как мы были с собакой, сказали что с собакой на первых этажах, так как там кафель, но конечно я видел людей живущих с собаками на других этажах. Собственно кафель всегда очень грязный, хотя мыли его каждый день, но протирание его влажной тряпкой ничего не дает, тут же проходишь босиком ноги черные. Что бы удачно сесть в основной столовой нужно действовать быстро, чуть замешкался все сидеть негде, или надо приходить позже. Пришел на пляж в 9 не заняв с утра лежак, на пляже не ляжешь (можно лежать под соснами вверху там тоже хорошо). Бассейны холодные, в принципе это и + так как детей там мало. В середине дня в кафе где мороженное + пироженные + кофе - очередь( не очень большая), можно было бы и еще одного человека туда выделить.

- Matthieu (8/5): Great value for money. - Beautiful landscaping, pools and property overall. Rooms were very very spacious (we were upgraded to deluxe family room and deluxe twin room). Food was diverse and good. Personnel was friendly but spoke little English in general. Beach was nice and clean, gym is overlooking the sea, wonderful view when you exercise! They have bad sewers issue, one of our bathroom smelt strongly like a sewer so did the hammam and one of the Turkish bath. Wish they had more slides for kids but they were fun still. EDIT: Post my comment rating the hotel a 7 (good), I received a message from the hotel to ask me to change my note to a 10. Also note that they have people going around the hotel and trying to get customers to accept that hotel staff write their own review in the customer's name in order to rate themselves a 10, biasing thus the overall score, a practice I do not like, hence posting this here fyi.

- Olga (9/5): Красивый отель в сосновом лесу - Большая, очень красивая ухоженная территория. Отель в сосновом лесу, постарались сохранить деревья по максимуму - так, что сосны прорастают через балконы и крыши корпусов. Респект! Много естественной тени, в том числе возле пляжа. Утром слышно птиц. Даже в самые «ленивые» дни, когда не выходили за территорию отеля, удавалось сделать 8-9 тыс шагов. Дизайн отеля тоже красивый. Персонал, глобально, отзывчивый и кооперативный, особенно на стойке по работе с гостями, где внимательно отнеслись ко всем нашим вопросам и постарались решить все наши проблемы. Начиная с 10 утра, музыка часто была громковата, в общей зоне сложно найти место для чтения, для покоя и релакса нужно уходить в зону корпусов. Питание: часто рыба и мясо были суховаты, но с другой стороны, выбор такой большой, что удавалось найти что-то вкусное. Еще, много жирной еды, хорошо было бы сделать больший акцент на более здоровой пище. Но диетические продукты были все же тоже, справедливости ради.

- Fedorova (3/5): - Море после обеда было дико грязное. Как будто в помойке купались. Пакеты, мелкий пластик. Невозможно плавать, грязь по воде была распределена ровным слоем. Уборка номера - отдельная боль. Каждый день уборщица забирала наши полотенца и либо вовсе не приносила, либо приносила 1-2. Мы жили втроём с детьми. Каждый день, приходя с пляжа, мы звонили на ресепшн, иногда по несколько раз, просили принести нам полотенца. Под кроватями не пылесосили год, все в пыли и грязи. Номера реально старые. Обои отклеиваются, в ванной плесень. Вообще уборкой территории занимаются спустя рукава. Арбузные корки на пляже лежали несколько дней, никому не приходило в голову их убрать. Наглые приставания мужчины из дайвинг центра. Если на ужин не прийти заранее, то персики и креветки уже не увидеть, только на столе тех, кто первый пришёл. Все эти замечания я озвучила ребятам из client relations перед выездом и Каждый день, когда звонила. Надеюсь они примут меры. Отель стоит очень дорого на booking.com, о чем по телефону менеджер отеля говорил кому-то из постояльцев, когда они хотели продлить номер. Ну и от аэропорта Антальи далеко
- Paul (10/5): Wunderschöne Anlage und gutes Gesamtpaket - Die Anlage ist wirklich schön angelegt mit vielen großen Bäumen, die natürlichen Schatten spenden. Es wirkt einfach nicht wie so ein großes Hotel. Die Pools sind toll gemacht, es verläuft sich angenehm. Die Streetfood Snacks (Burger. Döner, Gözleme, Waffeln) von 11 bis 16 Uhr sind super! Das Angebot für Kids ist ebenfalls toll. Der Strand ist schön mit genug Liegen und Schirmen. Das Bar Personal ist immer gut drauf und wir haben nie lange gewartet. Wir würden wiederkommen! Es sind hauptsächlich Russen hier und deswegen ist zB die Kinderbetreuung nur auf russisch und türkisch. Das Essen ist gut, aber jetzt auch nicht auf Sterne-Niveau 😉 Für uns hat es aber immer gepasst und wir haben viele, viele leckere Sachen gefunden. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber passt schon. Die Dauerbeschallung mit Musik am Pool ist auch nicht so meins, aber das gehört dazu und ist auch nicht schlimm.

- René (8/5): Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und kommen vielleicht bald wieder;-) - Die rundum Kinderfreundliche Hotelanlage hat Charme, bietet viel natürlichen Freiraum und ist gelungen in die Natur (Nadelbäume) eingebunden. Bei hohen Temperaturen ist es an vielen Stellen angenehm schattig und im Zimmer nicht überhitzt. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist gross und das Essen abwechslungsreich und lecker. Herausragend war auch das tägliche Abendprogramm mit Live-Musik, Kindertanz und anschliessende Shows (Ballett, Tanz, Magic-Show usw.) Unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Zum nahenden Saisonende schienen einige Mitarbeiter nicht (mehr) sonderlich motiviert. Einzelne Personen hingegen herausragend freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Pools (bis auf den geheizten Pool mit 27Grad) waren im Oktober (schon) relativ kalt. Besonders wenn etwas Wind weht, frieren Kleinkinder schnell. Einige zentrale WC-Anlagen waren ziemlich unsauber. Hier sollte am Tag öfter geputzt werden.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and it’s quite, which was important for us. Nice and helpful staff, really delicious food — great vegetarian and vegan choices, and grilled meat is just perfect. Plates could be cleaned better

- Svetlana (8/5): Прекрасная атмосфера и соотношение цена/качество - Все что касается инфраструктуры очень понравилось: прекрасная, ухоженнаая, огромная и утопающая в зелени кедров территория, множество баров и ресторанов прямо на месте, отличный почти песчанный пляж, всегда свободные лежаки, много уютных приятных мест, прекрасный пейзж, все абсолютно удобно. Агенты и ресепционисты, предлагающие услуги вообще ненавязчивые! Очень приятная атмосфера в столовой - всегда всего в достатке и всегда все убрано и чисто. Еда очень разнообразная (жаль что мало что пришлось по вкусу). Много живой и очень приятной музыки. Масса активностей для детей и взрослых и днем и вечером. При этом шум совсем не мешал в номере. Понравилась текила. Постель была очень хорошая. В номере есть холодильник, все время приносят воду. Дают тапочки. Мы попали в старый корпус, потому что попросили лифт, а он там мало в каких корпусах есть. Возможно, что где-то есть и нормальные.... Наш же номер оказался просторным, но все было старое и неудобное: прихожая никак не оборудована, даже элементарного крючка для кофты или сумки нет. Шкаф несуразный. Была какая-то полная фигня со светом- невозможно было выключить раздражающий свет в прихожей не обесточивая при этом все прикраватное. Электрик "решил" проблему при помощи целой системы каких-то удлинителей, которые тянулись посреди номера. Сетки на окнах были, что хорошо, но с дыркой, один комар к нам все-таки залетел и покусал. Это был единственный комар с которым мы там столкнулись. Ужасный душ, видимо годов из 80-х. Ванная хорошая, но горничная ее почему-то не мыла. Не было крема для тела зато зачем-то положили 6 бутылок шампуня из которых мы и одну не закончили. Еда была восновном не вкусная. Вроде как разнообразно и очень красиво, но практически ничего не хотелось повторить... Очень не хватало зубочисток. На территории якобы есть "врач". Мы с этим столкнулись, поскольку я простудилась. Оказалось, что единственную услугу которую он оказывает, это вызов скорой или нормального врача. Болше он ничем не располагает, его функция осталась неразгаданноей, ведь такое может сделать и администратор.... По пляжу можно ходить босяком, но при входе в воду - камни и галька, то есть лучше иметь тапочки. Можно обойтись и без них если заходить по хорошо организованному заходу с перилами, но он к сожелению всего один на весь пляж. Так что если хотите чувствовать себя свободно, без тапочек не обойтись.
