- ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΟΣ (9/5): καλη επιλογη - πολυ καθαρο σε πολυ κεντρικο σημειο, το προσωπικο ηταν ολοι υπεροχοι και προθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετησουν , το πρωινο στο εφερναν στο τραπεζι αλλα ειχε οτι χρειαζοσουν . το πρωινο ειχε πολυ καλη ποιοτητα προιοντων(πχ ειχε φρεσκοστημενο χυμο πορτοκαλι και οχι ετοιμο χυμο). αν και μειναμε μονο δυο βραδια μας αλλαξαν πετσετες μπανιου. δεν βρηκα κατι που να με ενοχλεισε

Δυστυχώς, δεν υπάρχει εργαζόμενος νυχτερινός στην Reception και γι΄αυτό τον λόγο νομίζω πως κάποιοι πελάτες δεν σέβονται τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας!! Την μία από τις δύο βραδιές, γύρω στις 1.30 μετά τα μεσάνυχτα, κατέφθασε παρέα μεσηλίκων πελατών μετά από διασκέδαση και φώναζαν από τον ένα όροφο στον άλλον για να συννενοηθούν!!! Δεν υπήρχε κανείς να τους κάνει παρατήρηση και αναγκάστηκα να βγω εγώ η ίδια. Φυσικά έκανα 2 ώρες να ξανακοιμηθώ από την ταραχή γιατί στην αρχή νόμιζα πως κάτι σοβαρό έγινε, σεισμός, φωτιά, κάτι τέτοιο.... Κρίμα!!

- AnnVr (10/5): Ideaal 5* hotel in het centrum van Ioannina. - Zeer ruim ontbijt a la carte. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer en badkamer waren top. Bestelde koffie werd naar de kamer gebracht en niet aangerekend., was in de prijs inbegrepen. Hotel op wandelafstand van de historische stad en het meer. Hebben geen eigen parking, maar we kregen een tip van een vriendin dat er een parking heel dicht bij lag. We betaalden daar per dag €20. Misschien een optie dat het hotel dit voor zijn klanten zelf zou kunnen regelen, al dan niet aan een betere prijs?
- Ludivine (10/5): Le lieu idéal pour découvrir Ioannina - Le personnel était très attentionné et gentil. La chambre était très joliment décorée, propre, bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable et, de surcroît, servi à table. L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Toutefois, pour se garer gratuitement, il faut se rendre au parking municipal situé au bord du lac (10 minutes). Hormis ce petit désagrément, notre séjour fut parfait !

Posizione eccellente, camere e bagni spaziosisimmi. Ottima e ricca la colazione continentale servita nella hall. The accommodations were superb.The room was very clean, the bed, very comfortable, the bathroom had a standalone bathtub, with separate shower. - revitalise (10/5): An excellent find in lively Ioannina - This traditional Ioannina hotel has had a successful makeover a few years ago and is a very good choice in the centre of the city, notwithstanding issues of traffic noise; we kept windows closed at night and relied on the efficient aircon for comfort. Our deluxe room (an upgrade) was very comfortable; particular praise for the bed! The shower was excellent plus we had a freestanding bath tub. Breakfast is served in an attractive setting; omelettes are excellent and I particularly appreciated a plate of fresh fruit. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly choose this hotel again if revisiting Ioannina, a lively town in a glorious setting on Lake Pamviotis, surrounded by mountains. I also recommend an excursion to the Perama caves, a short local bus ride away.

- Orly (10/5): The perfect choice for Ioannina! - First of all- super easy to reach with your car! It's located on the main road, and it's very easy to drop off your luggage or find parking nearby (we found one really close, but I know there are a few parking garages around). It's located mere few hundred meters from the city center and the old town. Everything was reachable by foot and we didn't have to move our car at all! The rooms themselves are brand new and stunning. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe room and it was amazing! Super clean and spacious. The staff were also very very nice and accommodating. A big shout-out to Vasilis, who gave us fabulous dinner recommendations, helped with planning our day, and the next morning even got there extra early to make sure we have time for breakfast since we had to leave early!! He was so nice, he really loves his job and it was important for him that everything went perfectly. Overall- really 10 out of 10! Nothing, it was perfect!

Small hotel; not suitable if you want anonymity. Noise from the street enters the room. The zone is reasonably quiet, but sometimes there is noise. This is not a five star hotel, but the price is correct for the place. (Five star hotels are usually way more expensive...) In my room I was missing a suitable desk for working.

- Eduard (10/5): great - We initially decided on this hotel due to its proximity to the city center. It turned out to be a great stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant and most importantly, spotless. There were two available parking locations for anyone traveling by car at two different price levels, both of which were very close to the hotel. The receptionist, Vasilis, was also very helpful and gave us plenty of advice on how to best experience Ioannina.

- arpisturista (10/5): A gem in the neighborhood - This hotel is centrally located, and is within walking distance to sights and restaurants that Ioannina has to offer. Don’t let the historic Art Deco exterior fool you into thinking the hotel is outdated. It is very modern inside, with a modest cafe/dining area. The rooms are spotless and very well maintained. Bonus: the staff are very helpful and super- friendly, and very accommodating ( Yassas Vasilis! We miss your welcoming morning greetings!); the continental breakfasts are very generous! They even cook custom order eggs any style, and the coffee is excellent! I strongly recommend this hotel. We could not be anymore fortunate to have found this place. Will definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. the staff were cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately there is no parking. Nonetheless it is a very good little hotel.

- ccjdonovan (10/5): Incredible hotel!! Perfect location - We come to Ioannina every year and have stayed at many places. This time, a shorter duration we wanted to stay near old town area near the bars, shops and activity so we chose Metropolis and SO GLAD we did. Incredible hotel nicely designed rooms, amazing breakfast and incredibly polite staff from check in to breakfast to just everything. Also see pics. Rich history here and refurbishment done in good taste. We absolutely will be back!
- Stavros (10/5): Ideal location. Exceptional attentive staff and great deluxe suite room with bath - Breakfast was plentiful and catered for gluten free requirements. Coffee was excellent and the breakfast staff are exceptional especially the care and attention taken by Vasilis. Nothing to dislike.
