It is family hotel near the sea,first line to the beach. The food was great, very tastefull. We used to stay in another side of Bodrum but now our favourite place is Gumbet cuz it is near everything. The market right in up side, there is a free parking place at the hotel, also rooms are new and fresh. We would like to stay more for sure, we even wanted to cancel our new another hotel reservations to stay here more. Thank you very much,appreciate your efforts. We will come back Luvi! Not last long.

Schon beim Check-in hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals beeindruckt. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Herrn Erhan für seine Aufmerksamkeit und Unterstützung bedanken – dank ihm haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch ein großes Lob an Hüseyin aus dem Entertainment-Team: Mit seiner Energie, seinem Humor und seiner positiven Ausstrahlung hat er unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Der Strand ist sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer wurden täglich sorgfältig gereinigt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die direkte Strandlage ist ein großer Vorteil – ideal zum Entspannen und gleichzeitig ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Bodrum zu erkunden. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sowohl für Familien als auch für Freunde sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden das Hotel bei unserem nächsten Bodrum-Besuch definitiv wieder wählen. The beach is only one sunbed deep and there aren't many there, the garden is a mud bath near the beach not enough sunbeds to go around all the guests. Food is sustainable but you have to beat the staff to it, no drinks in the restaurant, at breakfast the old toaster was brought out but not plugged in.

• Marciali (5/5): Soggiorno deludente per una luna di miele, nonostante la formula all inclusive. - lo staff si è dimostrato generalmente presente e disponibile, anche se in alcune occasioni è apparso un po’ disorientato. Il responsabile della struttura si è distinto per cortesia e professionalità, fornendo risposte sempre chiare e soddisfacenti. Un ulteriore punto a favore è la presenza della spiaggia privata, seppur di dimensioni piuttosto ridotte. La pulizia della camera necessita sicuramente di miglioramenti: dopo le operazioni di pulizia, i pavimenti risultavano ancora appiccicosi. Anche il mantenimento generale della struttura appare piuttosto trascurato. Nella nostra suite (se così si può definire), la placca del WC era completamente scrostata, la guarnizione della doccia danneggiata e l’anta scorrevole dell’armadio non restava aperta. Il buffet è piuttosto scarso e ripetitivo: la colazione presentava spesso uova fredde e, in generale, la qualità dei pasti potrebbe essere migliorata. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non risulta coerente con le aspettative.
• juliedA1836UN (2/5): So bad we left after 2 nights! - Unfortunately I have to report that this hotel is dreadful in almost every way. So much so that we left after 2 nights and paid to stay in a real all inclusive that you would expect in Turkey. The photo's on both Costa Luvi's own website and Booking.com and suchlike are completely out of date and I am sure in it's hayday this may have been a lovely hotel, however as it is now, I have never experienced such a bad hotel and surroundings and My photo's back up the points below: - It is said to have key locks however this is either disabled or broken so small yale tyoe keys are used to access the room. - The safe is not a real hotel safe and we were told the code was 0000 and was only changeable using the master key held at reception. - The patio door (we were ground floor) did not lock on arrival but to be fair they did fix this. - the "minibar" is an empty fridge - The sunbeds were completely filthy (see photo) - The grass lawn was completely worn out and was muddy when it rained - There was only one hot food option each meal. First night chicken drumsticks and rice. Second night was stew, rice and mixed veg, so we ate out. The salads and deserts did look ok but were the same each meal - there are no table clothes or mats on the tables, you have to collect your own cutlery from an unwashed metal pot (don't look inside !). There is no table service at all . Coffee is from a very old machine in paper cups, even at meals. You have to walk across the grounds to the only bar to get drinks and bring them back to the restaurant. - Breakfast was horrid. There was no chef to be seen and definitely nothing (e.g omlettes ) cooked in front of you. we stuck to nutella on toast! - The chairs were put up on the table, school style, immediately after meal times and not put down again until the next meal. This meant very limited undercover seating. - The only international spirits available are gin and vodka (no rum or Whiskey, not even if you pay extra). The bar is incredibly run down.and drinks are aways served in plastic cups. - The main beach front bar shown on the website photos no longer exists. The restaurant area is considerably smaller and more basic than shown on website photos. - the barside toilet never had any loo roll and the lock was broken and replaced with a rusty bolt. - when it rained, the bar was not water tight so all drinks were relocated to the side of the restaurant in a very make-shift fashion. - The childrens pool was dirty but to be fair the main pool seemed ok although I didn't see anyone in it ever - The beach is so small that the sunbed feet sit in the water (which is NOT tidal). - This end of gumbet is very run down with empty shops and bars. Nowhere near as nice as when I visited 2 years ago. - The only good point is the view out to sea. I have no idea why people have given good reviews as it is honestly so bad in comparison to every other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at in Turkey.

• John (5/5): To sum up the stay it was a very poor and ill equipped hotel to advertise all inclusive vacations - Breakfast was the only decent meal of the day. More of a continental breakfast but no complaints about that. It would seem the hotel caters fore more eastern bloc countries Russia/poland for instance. There was very little choice for lunch and dinner e.g for lunch there would be soup, a choice of 3hot dishes and salad and the same for dinner although the hot dishes were different. There was no labels on any food dishes so you had no idea of what you were eating unless you identified a chicken leg. The room was small but clean, in definite need of updating had no minibar/fridge, no kettle or tea/coffee facilities, and the view from the one window was of an alleyway with people walking past constantly being on the ground floor next to reception so needed to keep curtains closed for a little privacy. The one bar was a pool area bar with a choice of local Gin, vodka, Raki, wine or beer and limited soft drinks, not much for an all inclusive hotel and there was no premium spirits even if you were prepared to pay for them. Overall the hotel is in a fantastic location and if not for the location and view I wouldn’t have stayed one night.

Wir hatten zwar all inclusive gebucht,aber wir konnten das volle Programm nicht nutzen da die Pools bar geschlossen waren 2tage lang, Außerdem gibt es keine englischen Sender nur 12türkische! Den Zimmer Safe hatten wir auch vergeblich gesucht,sowie derToilette sitz dercwarv gebrochen und der Techniker hat es nicht geschafft es zu richten!
• Julie (1/5): So bad we left after two nights - Nothing!- The photos completely misrepresent the hotel. The are clearly several years old. There are seating area's and a bar shown that do not even exist any more. There was only one option of hot food at each meal. One day it was chicken drumsticks and rice. the next (We took a look and then ate out) was stew, mixed veg and rice. to be fair the salads and deserts looked ok but were the same each meal. Breakfast was revolting - limited to bread and boiled eggs, with no chef to be seen and certainly nothing at all cooked to order. Coffee machine was dirty and about 30 years old. Paper cups only, even at meal times. No tablecloths and you had to pick up your own cutlery from a stand. It was more like school dinners. Should not be classed as all inclusive,. As soon at the meal times ended they put the chairs up, school style and did not put them down again until the next mealtime. you had to walk across the lawn to the separate bar and get your own drinks to bring back to your table. When it rained the bar was not water-tight - The safe was not a proper hotel safe and we were told the code was 0000 and could not be changed without master key. - Booking.com says it is card key entry on the bedroom doors but these do not work so you have to use a grubby looking master key. - the "minibar"in the room is an empty fridge - The lawn round the sun beds is completely warn out and muddy when wet. - The sun beds are so filthy and old we couldn't bring ourselves to sit on them. - The bar is so limited with the only spirits as gin or vodka (no whiskey or rum). no option to even purchase any other drinks - Loo by the bar was worse than a festival portaloo. No loo-roll and a rusty bolt to replace the locking mechanism. - the bench is a tiny strip of sand, smaller that a sunbed between the wall and the sea. Not tidal so never gets any bigger. - Gumbet is completely run down with closed shops and bars on the front (worse than slough on a bad day!) - I have emailed twice to ask for compensation from the hotel and these have both been ignored. I will be seeking compensation from booking.com for misrepresentation. - the price is not even that good. It is like a 1 star hostel at best.

It’s a 3 star resort in our eyes, but we loved it as it’s small scale, beautiful location and - The location, the fact that it’s a small resort, the nice gardens and pool, the freshness of the food and friendly staff. The selective choice of food (but very fresh though!!) , the music on repeat every day, the poor quality wine, in the beginning no sun-beds because everyone put their towels on it before 07.00, the cleanliness of the room and public toilet.

• iveforgot (6/5): Misleading NOT 4star - Hotel looked Lovely in the pictures, but in reality it really is not a 4star as they advertise it, also they advertise the hotel next doors private pier as their own, very Very misleading. As for all inclusive, to me that normally means you can have food and drink all day, but this hotel only has a small window for you to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, dinner finished at 8:30pm and they are basically putting the food away and stacking chairs up come 8:15pm. None of the food is labelled as to what you are eating so you have to basically guess. As for the all inclusive drinks, again there is no list or cocktail List to tell you what you can have. Basically gin, vodka, wine and beer. Pretty poor selection. And pretty much only 2 barmen and when the main barman is not around the other barman does not know how to make cocktails and just lies to you saying come back on 10 minutes, come back and says same again. Rooms were nothing like we was expecting and in pretty Poor condition. Apart from that the weather was lovely. 😉

• Anis (10/5): Séjour parfait les pieds dans l’eau - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Costa Luvi Hotel Bodrum. Hôtel agréable, calme et très propre, avec un accès direct à la mer et une plage impeccablement entretenue. Les chambres sont confortables et bien tenues, les espaces extérieurs verdoyants et la piscine très agréable. Ambiance reposante, magnifiques couchers de soleil et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est souriant et vraiment à l’écoute, mention spéciale au gérant, M. Elkhan, toujours présent et aux petits soins, ce qui fait toute la différence. Seul léger point d’amélioration : le menu pourrait gagner un peu en variété. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir.

• Ashotosh (10/5): A wonderful family holiday – clean hotel, perfect seaside location, delicious food, and amazing staf - I stayed at Costa Luvi Hotel in Bodrum with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and located in a beautiful spot right by the sea – perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the manager, Elkhan Zeynalov, who was always smiling and very helpful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the all-inclusive package (including alcohol) was definitely worth it. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back again

• Sameer (9/5): A gem of a place with personal touch - Location right on beach with relatively less people. small boutique hotel with personal touch. Lunch and dinner was not extravagant but very tasty. Relaxing vibes at hotel and its grounds. The guys at the bar and at reception were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Bar was very poor. They did not have any common cocktails. Drinks choices were very poor. Breakfast could have been a little better with more choices of fruits and eggs. Parking is a mess due to difficult terrain. There was no entertainment of any kind at the hotel. Having some light entertainment would have been amazing to enjoy the evening.

Odaların çok eski olması, tuvalet ve banyonun hijyen açısından son derece yetersiz ve bakımsız kalması bizi oldukça rahatsız etti. Restoran kısmında da temizlik standartlarının düşük olması, yemek yerken güven vermedi. Tatilden keyif almamız gerekirken bu durumlar nedeniyle memnun kalmadık.

• maria cristina (7/5): Solo per gente turca, ma non internazionale - La struttura è molto bella e ben organizzata, dotata di bar, ristorante e piscina. Un vero punto di forza è la spiaggia attrezzata, che permette di alternare con comodità momenti di relax al mare e in piscina. Lo staff si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, anche se solo un membro parlava inglese, mentre gli altri esclusivamente turco. Il personale dedicato alle attività esterne (come gite in barca, hammam, ecc.) è apparso invece poco qualificato e poco attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La ristorazione prevede buffet a colazione, pranzo e cena, con piatti tipicamente turchi. Tuttavia, la qualità del cibo non è risultata particolarmente elevata e l’offerta non includeva specialità internazionali. La qualità del cibo non mi è piaciuta: l’offerta era piuttosto scadente e poco varia, con piatti esclusivamente turchi e nessuna proposta internazionale. Un altro aspetto negativo è stata la scarsa conoscenza delle lingue da parte del personale: quasi nessuno parlava inglese, neppure il barman. Inoltre, il membro dello staff incaricato di illustrare le attività si è dimostrato poco professionale e poco affidabile: gli eventi erano spesso in ritardo, limitati nel numero e inferiori rispetto a quelli proposti da altre strutture. L’intrattenimento serale era praticamente inesistente: musica di bassa qualità esclusivamente turca, nessun tipo di spettacolo o animazione, e il bar chiudeva già alle 23. In compenso, la posizione è ottima per il mare, ma la struttura si trova molto lontana dal centro, raggiungibile solo in taxi, che per di più non accettano pagamenti con carta di credito.

Mâncarea este foarte putina, câteva feluri, se sta efectiv la coada câteva minute, aproape zilnic același fel. La bar nu se servesc decât 2 - 3 feluri de bautură, mobilierul de pe terasa este foarte uzat
• Ebru (8/5): - I had a really lovely stay here. The hotel has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. Kadir and Elkhan were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting with a smile and making sure everything was perfect. The highlight of my stay, though, was the bar experience – Alp is truly exceptional. Not only is he a master of cocktails, but he’s also great company, making every conversation enjoyable which really made our stay extra special. Overall, it's nice experience for anyone looking for both comfort and warm hospitality. On the other hand, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The food selection could use a bit more variety, and having some snack options between mealtimes would make a big difference. Also, a few of the rooms could do with some small DIY touch-ups. Overall though, the kindness of the staff and the relaxing atmosphere far outweighed the little downsides

Cibo turco ma assolutamente gradevole, all inclusive con ottimo vino, birra e cocktail. Staff disponibile è sempre pronto a risolvere i nostri problemi. A soli 5 km dal centro di Bodrum raggiungibile con taxi sempre presente all'uscita dell'hotel con meno di €10. Le stanze sebbene abbiano dimensioni adeguate, la nostra era di circa 30 metri quadri per tre persone, richiederebbero piccoli interventi manutentivi. Le zone perimetrali dell'hotel richiederebbero una maggiore pulizia.

Bu hayal kırıklığı ve zarardan otel işletmecisi kadar turizm deneyleme otoriteleri de sorumludur. Ülke turizminin yok oluşuna tanık olmayın, bir şeyler yapın!

• Derya (5/5): Nicht empfehlenswert für diesen Preis! - Das Meer war zwar kalt aber glasklar und wunderschön; das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit; Essen war schlecht, das Zimmer zu hellhörig, der Safe ging nicht auf, das Bad war muffig, es gab keinen Sandstreifen, die Liegen waren im Wasser, es gab außer den Essenszeiten keine Snackbar sondern nur Getränke, Bier war stark verdünnt, restliche Getränke auch unter dem gewohnten Standard, Preis-Leistung stimmt definitiv nicht!

Subject: Breakfast: Unfortunately, we arrived 5 minutes late for the buffet, and everything was literally cleared away in front of us, even though other guests were still eating. We had even booked all-inclusive, but after repeatedly asking if we could have some breakfast, we were laughed at and offered no assistance. I also definitely recommend staying away from this hotel. The hotel can take payments, but they can't offer their service
