Efrain (6/5): - This hotel is in a great location being that it is within walking distance to the ferry and many shops and restaurants. Management is attentive and responsive. Unfortunately, the property is in need of updating and a deep cleaning. I've stayed here a couple times in 2024 due to it being affordable and the reasons I stated above, however following are issues I have encountered: Bird waste all over pool furniture (I asked for them to clean two chairs so we could sit out and they were accommodating), obvious "surface" cleaning only in rooms (bring your Lysol wipes so you can wipe the furniture, walls, and surfaces before you settle in), patio/balcony furniture filthy (had to ask to have someone clean it), breakfast runs out (I showed up 30 mins before breakfast was over and was told they would not be replenishing the small pastries...which is all they served besides yogurt , coffee, and tea). On my last visit, we had an issue with roaches due to an old toaster being brought to our room that had not been cleaned. Management immediately took the toaster and the food that was ruined out of our room but when we saw a few additional roaches that evening, we were given a half empty can of roach spray and we had to stand on a chair to spray behind the fridge and on top of the kitchen shelving (where we saw the few roaches coming from). Please note that upon checkout, the hotel discounted our bill by one night (without us having to ask), which we did appreciate.
Arlene (10/5): - Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

charles (6/5): - This is a great spot when the Princess is full or too expensive. Close to town and meetings. It is dated but clean. Just didn’t like the ants all over the bathroom and stepping on a cockroach before entering my room.

Derek (8/5): - A stress-free time. Rooms are a bit dated but good value. Location was great. Walkable to Front street. Check-in was easy. Two good restaurants on either end of the street. The whistling tree frogs make a racket but soon become background noise. Good vibes.
Jessica (10/5): - Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. We loved how close it was to Front Street! The walk there is down a pretty significant hill, but it’s definitely doable. At the bottom of the hill and across the street are tons of stores as well as a grocery. Our suite had a full kitchen, and our balcony was amazing looking out on the pool. The staff is super accommodating and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place!
Verified traveler (6/5): Pretty, nice staff but not clean. - The property itself was beautiful but cleanliness was subpar. The first room I was given clearly had not been cleaned at all there was a significant amount of hair and other detritus in the sheets, no surfaces had been cleaned and were full of crumbs and spilled liquids. The bathroom was horrendous. They front desk staff were very nice and accommodating and did immediately attempt to rectify the situation by giving me a different room but I wouldn’t say it was much cleaner than the first. Other than that it was a nice quiet place with wonderful grounds and views. I have no other complaints than the cleanliness of the accommodations.

Evette (8/5): I would definitely return. - Hotel about 10 minutes walk to town. Very good stay, clean and comfortable room, beautiful garden, helpful employees. Visitors, do not walk to Admiralty Park, the roads dangerous for walking, take a taxi. Also do not go to the Dockyard after 3:30 PM, it closes down after 5 PM, except on Wednesday for the bonfire.
Deon (8/5): - The property grounds is outstanding, the room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful. The tv in the bedroom constantly lose signal but the one in the living room worked well. It is not the most modern hotel, but the surrounding view of the ocean and town, and its proximity to downtown makes up for that. Personally, I think Bermuda is the most naturally beautiful place.

Jennifer (10/5): - Neal is an amazing host! We had a great time and he even drove us to the airport for our return flight since he was picking up his son there. We had a pool view room which was great - despite the hotel being fairly full, it wasn't loud at all. Breakfast was yogurt, pastries, and coffee/tea, which was perfect - we made eggs and oatmeal in our room to complement. We walked to the nearby grocery and walked a ton in Hamilton. We would definitely stay at the Rosemont again!

The breakfast was a little lacking but some nice yoghurts and pastries. Loved the pool, so nice on a hot day to come back to and have a dip. The only negative was the maid came too early and we kept forgetting to put the do not disturb sign out. Will defo be back again.

Charles (10/5): Excellent Location - This was a trip that we have been waiting for a LONG time to go on. Booking a property in Bermuda has to be done well in advance, especially if you want a good price. The Rosemont was excellent in all ways, with clear communications for the booking, to the greeting when we arrived to our check out. Everything was well done. We plan to come again. The facility is within walking distance to a grocery store, and downtown Hamilton.

Wendy (8/5): Great find! - Rosemont Guest suites is situated in a very good location, a short walk to the shops of Hamilton. The suite we stayed in was clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and we didn’t encounter any problems. If we were to visit Bermuda again, we would probably choose the same place.

The only downside is that the street from the property to Front Street lacks a sidewalk for a short distance and requires alertness and care if you go by for as we often do - and remember that they drive on the left so exercise extra care of you're not accustomed to that.

Bruce (6/5): Had some Friends (Bugs) - The hotel is nice, warm pool, friendly staff, away from the main stream of things, and a nice view but …. Had 3 cockroaches visit me during my stay... You know what they say that if you find one you will find …. Hung up my bags and clothes. The microwave was all rusted inside and the coffee creamers and sugars were half opened. (Maybe that's why the cockroaches) Left the maid a tip the first night as I am a polite Canadian. Just made the bed next day and did not leave me any coffee creamers or sugar.(Oh well no more tipping) No candy shop here however you do get a kitchen to use with your suite (If you dare) along with cups and plates if you wish to do some shopping. With a little TLC this would be so much better as a hotel.
Sam (10/5): Great Vacation Spot! - Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, and beautiful grounds. The walk out rooms were very nice in the garden. However I would suggest letting future guests know how close the walk outs are to the pool and office. In the end tho, this wasn’t an issue as the place is very quiet.

Simon (8/5): - Location and Price were perfect for the few days we were there. We had some noisy people next to us that would stay up past mid night. But all in all the people that run the hotel were amazing. It was so nice to have Mr P as a personal cab driver of the property. Made for an easier time getting cabs on a busy weekend. They were kind enough to arrange cabs for us when we asked. If we need accommodations next time we go to Bermuda we will look at this spot again.
stephen (10/5): Lovely stay at nice property. - One bedroom apartment with full kitchen, king bed with nicely-sized bedroom, roomy bathroom, nice deck overlooking a garden. The hotel property is on a hill overlooking the famed Princess hotel on the outskirts of downtown Hamilton. One can also see the harbor and experience lovely evening breezes and (partially obscured) sunset views on the deck in front of the property where the pool is located. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Free continental breakfast with coffee, tea, a variety of yogurts and muffins was nice. The only way to get down to the main street was to carefully negotiate a narrow road with traffic going in the opposite direction (compared to the USA) but the drivers going past us slowed and made room. This situation is typical for much of Bermuda away from downtown. Once we negotiated the 200 yards or so, there are sidewalks in Hamilton. and one can walk into downtown easily within 5-10 minutes. One could also call a cab to wherever you are going,

Verified traveler (8/5): Close to downtown - Rosemont is a pleasant property located close to Hamilton’s downtown and waterfront. Friendly staff and Daisy the golden retriever make for a comfortable place to base your travels around Bermuda.
JOEL (10/5): Short nice stay - A bit overpriced but so is everything in Bermuda. The people are the nicest anywhere. They will do anything to help you out. There is a nice kitchen in the room and a food market near the Princess hotel down the block. Food is very expensive. I would love to have seen the old St. George area and not as much as overpriced, crowded Hamilton. But still a nice stay. Just a 10 min walk to front street shops and eating places. Easter is a big holiday there and most things close Good Friday and Easter Sunday, just a heads up.
