- Rony (7/5): - Rooms are nice. The hotel itself is nice. Location was okay for me (going to work). Flies all over the dishes, napkins, cutlery and food in the restaurant (inside, outside and over the buffet). I wasn't capable of eating breakfast or anything from the hotel restaurant because of this. Also some dishes were dirty.

- John (8/5): Very good - We chose this hotel because it was located close to the port where our vehicle would arrive via ship, so therefore we didn't mind that it was located in an industrial area. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with great beds and an excellent shower. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even arranging a tour to the National Aviary for us as we waited four days for our vehicle to arrive. The only disappointments were that neither of the two jacuzzi tubs were working and that the restaurant had very limited choice, as many of the items on the menu were unavailable.

- Christina (10/5): - The property is beautiful with its modern decor. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The dining options were plentiful. I definitely would love to stay again if some type of transportation option was included. The hotel is approximately 30 to 40 minutes from the heart of the city where more of the locals live. The problem we encountered was getting a Uber in the morning; no one would accept the ride. The front desk staff would request a taxi, which took approximately 10 minutes to get there. We ate breakfast while we waited. On days when we scheduled excursions with pickup included, we had to contact them to learn if they would be able to pick us up and all stated we were to far. So we technically had to pay for transportation twice. This is definitely not a reflection of the hotel. The hotel could offer a transportation service twice a day that could drop you off near the clock tower at 8am and pickup you back up at the same spot at maybe 8pm. This could make them at least more marketable, since they are so far away. We never had a problem getting transportation from the city. I would love to go back and see if they make one of the adjacent store fronts an indoor pool.

- thatguy111 (8/5): Give it a shot if youre looking for a safe, clean, modern, quiet hotel for a reasonable price - The staff is friendly and honest. I left a dollar tip for the cleaning lady and she left it by the bed stand thinking I had forgotten it. My room is clean, the bed is firm and has good sheets on it, the AC works perfectly. The free breakfast isn't fancy but good enough. It looks like they have fresh squeezed OJ which I like. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is another story. Got some fried fish which was nasty. It had that sickly sweet street vendor flavor and was a little expensive. WIsh the hotel was closer to Manga or Boca Grande but that would drive up the cost. But other than being a ways from the Newport Beach- like section of Cartagena, the hotel is a good value and seems is safe, clean, modern, and quiet.
