La cena è stata davvero ottima, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Mi è piaciuta molto anche l’esperienza del tiro al poligono, è stata davvero bellissima. La colazione del mattino dopo era un po’ povera perché siamo arrivati verso le 9:15 e molte cose erano già finite.

The food was super delicious (I have some experience in such hotels) - the choice isn't big, but everything is great. Overall everything was fine. The staff is nice, the location is good, rooms are fresh and convenient. 1. I hoped to have more in the room: teapot, free water, slippers, hair conditioner, etc. It wasn't mentioned in the description, so I can't complain, but still I expected to have it. 2. SPA isn't good at all. The temperature and smell in the pool area are unbearable. And sauna's area isn't nice: it looks like in post-soviet sanatorium (not wood-made as it's usually in such hotels, no water/fruits/tea) 3. Breakfast is much worse than dinner, the choice is poor. And some dishes (e.g. scrammbled eggs, salmon) are brought in 10-15 after the breakfast begins, so we missed them often. It could be fine, but for this price I expected more

Das Zimmer riecht an Zirbelkiefer.Das Abendessen wunderschön, das Frühstück nicht verschwenderisch. Das Personal und die Besitzer extrem nett und zuvorkommend !

Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu - pieszo do gondoli ośrodka narciarskiego Kronplatz, oraz spacerem do centrum San Vigillio. Personel był niezwykle uprzejmy, profesjonalny i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Niesamowicie mili i pomocni właściciele, którzy sprawili, że czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze. Pyszne posiłki, śniadanie w formie bufetu. Brawa dla szefów kuchni za wyśmienite dania serwowane na kolacje. Do dyspozycji gości sauny, basen i siłownia oraz narciarnia. Bezpłatny parking. Gorąco polecamy!!! Jak dla nas na śniadania mogłoby być więcej warzyw, ale to drobna uwaga.

Tullio (9/5): - L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto ben esposta, è stato continuamente rinnovato in uno stile consono all'ambiente, è curato e pulito. I proprietari ed il personale sono gentili e disponibili. Il cuoco meriterebbe una valutazione da parte della guida Michelin e prepara cibi di qualità. La vasta zona relax ha saune, bagno turco, jacuzzi,...è persino una piscina dove si riesce a nuotare! Il nome dell'albergo, che lo collega ad un'immagine non positiva ampiamente smentita dall'esperienza 🙂🙂🙂

The staff even let us into breakfast early to ensure we were able to go to the Sellaronda early. The rooms and dining room were very hot. We could not turn down the heat in the rooms. When we were sitting at breakfast and dinner we were sweating and very uncomfortable. We are American and I realize we are used to cooler spaces however, the ability to turn off the heat is a necessity. We couldn’t even use our comforter at night and wore shorts and t-shirts to breakfast.

Gianni 22 (10/5): Hotel Condor, il top a San Vigilio - Non ci sono parole per descrivere la qualità eccelsa raggiunta da questo hotel , condotto in maniera superba da una famiglia che ci tiene a ciò che fa.. e si vede !! servizio, cordiale , attento , discreto..mai invadente , colazione e ristorante da 5 stelle. Camera spaziosa , pulita e letti confortevolissimi. Spa curata e con tutti i servizi , piscina coperta e di grandi dimensioni . Un ricordo ed un saluto particolari ad Angela e Valentina. Se potremo, torneremo senz’altro . Lo consigliamo ad occhi chiusi a chiunque . Ci abbiamo provato , ma non siamo riusciti a trovare dei difetti

La piscina poteva forse essere un po' più attrezzata tipo con getti e idromassaggi come già visto in altri alberghi simili .L'idromassaggio c'è ma è a pagamento e sono due vasche piccole per una sola persona.

jordymaes (10/5): Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and exceeded expectations in many ways. - We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was large, modern, and very clean – we especially liked the wooden finishes, which added a cozy touch. Parking was easy, with enough space for cars and motorcycles, and the two EV charging points were a big plus (80 cents per kWh). We also really appreciated being able to check in around 10 AM after a long night drive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay! While the hotel had some good qualities, there were a few things that didn’t sit well with me. Dogs are allowed, which I understand, but some guests had very large dogs indoors, and I found that unhygienic in shared spaces. Also, it was disappointing that there were no true lactose-free alternatives available at breakfast. Lastly, the EV charging stations, while convenient, were a bit pricey at 80 cents per kWh. Overall, not a bad stay, but these issues did affect the experience.

Davor (10/5): Voljeli bismo doći opet - Lokacija hotela je odlična - blizu centra, a za ski opremu smo iznajmili ormarić na ski liftu koji je udaljen 5 min hoda. Osoblje u hotelu nas je oduševilo - domaća atmosfera, a posebno bismo pohvalili Miaru koja nas je posluživala u restoranu - posebno ljubazna i simpatična djevojka. Također hvala hotelu jer su nam dopustili ranu prijavu zbog bebe. Nasa kčer je obožavala svirati klavir u lobiju. Večera je obilna i jako ukusna, sobe lijepe i uredne. Uživali smo i voljeli bismo doći opet.

Emanuela (8/5): - Struttura il linea con le quattro stelle Materassi molto duri, cuscini molto bassi e duri, tv con pochi canali in italiano accessibili, appoggio per valigie mancante (per disfare e rifare le valigie è stato faticoso potendo aprirle solo in terra), menu' con pietanze a scelta sempre molto elaborate. Ambiente piscina eccessivamente caldo che crea molto dislivello con la temperatura dell'acqua facendola percepire piuttosto fredda (nonostante veniva segnata a 30°), togliendo il piacere di fare il bagno.

Sebastian (10/5): Pobyt udany, wypoczęliśmy i na pewno wrócimy - Bardzo miła obsługa, rodzinna atmosfera, położenie tuż przy stoku i jednocześnie w miasteczku , uwzględnienie diety córki.Duży i wygodny pokój z widokiem na góry ,słoneczny taras . Wszystko w porządku

Fabrizio (9/5): Torneremo volentieri - Personale disponible e simpatico, prezzo buono considerata la posizione ed il periodo. Molto buone colazione e cena. Spa relativemente piccola ma pulita e funzionale. Ottime le grappe! La sala delle colazioni/cene potrebbe essere un pochino migliorata (magari qualche quadro o delle foto, dei colori un po' piu' caldi, etc.), specie l'angolo che si affaccia sul parcheggio.
Isabella (10/5): Perfetto - Siamo stati benissimo! Tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative. In particolare, lo staff è stato disponibile e cortese, senza mai essere invadente, e le cene sono state eccellenti. La posizione è ottima, come il rapporto qualità prezzo. Inutile dire che torneremo di sicuro! -

Irene (10/5): Hotel fantastico! - Personale gentilissimo, area comune ampia e accogliente, area wellness altrettanto accogliente. Buona posizione con fermata dello skibus davanti all’hotel, cucina ottima. Mi é piaciuto tutto.

TOMASZ ŚMIECHOWICZ (10/5): - Wspaniałe śniadanie. Dla tych, co lubią jedzenie kontynentalne było wszystko, duży wybór serów, wędlin - wszystko wysokiej jakości. Nasi sąsiedzi - Włosi wybierali na śniadanie dania na słodko, My - tradycyjnie kanapki, wędliny, sery. Na życzenie jajka w różnej formie. Szybko podane, smaczne. Na obiadokolację kilka dań do wyboru - w tym zawsze jedno z rybą. Lokalizacja super - w samym centrum małego miasteczka, ale 200 m od stacji pośredniej dwóch gondoli, można dojść piechotą, ale my jechaliśmy te 200 m samochodem, bo przy samym wyciągu był parking za 4 EU/dzień, 3 EU od godz. 12. (Można by było zjechać do gondoli na nartach, ale niestety nie było wystarczającej ilości śniegu). W miasteczku jest market (SPAR), w którym można sobie coś tam kupić w razie potrzeby. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, codziennie nowe ręczniki (zużywaliśmy je, bo codziennie korzystaliśmy z hotelowego spa, a w zasadzie z jednej z trzech saun. Nie można się źle czuć w hotelu, w którym zatrzymywała się trzy razy z rzędu Michaela Schiffrin!

Raimondo (10/5): Super - Non eravamo mai stati a San Vigilio e, quindi, nemmeno all’hotel Condor. Entrambi sono stati una bella sorpresa. La camera era ampia e pulita, il cibo del ristorante molto buono, la gentilezza dei proprietari, e del personale, squisita. Poi la posizione è ottima e permette, volendolo, di girare i dintorni coi mezzi pubblici, lasciando l’auto in albergo e facendo un favore a voi (la tessera dei mezzi la danno gratis in hotel) e all’ambiente. Insomma, per farla breve, speriamo di tornare presto!
