- Michellene (3/5): Mixed Stay – Great Potential, Poor Communication - The hotel is a well-maintained and beautiful property that makes a great first impression. The service was highlighted by Alejandro, whose exceptional kindness and helpfulness made him a true bright spot. Additionally, the ability to order fresh omelets and waffles was a saving grace given the buffet's limitations. The stay was severely disrupted by undisclosed 24/7 construction that made sleeping nearly impossible. Management’s response was disappointing, offering only earplugs rather than a room change or compensation. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was poorly managed, frequently running out of food items long before the official closing time.

Hotel was very clean and modern, staff were super friendly. They also gave us a free take away breakfast as we had to check out early before restaurant breakfast hours. Gym maybe could have had some more equipment.

Y la oferta del desayuno es muy poca. Debería haber un poco más de variedad.
