- Katie (1/5): - The area did not seem safe. There were people who I believed live there sitting outside smoking week. The door to the room had a huge dent like it had been kicked in. We opened the door to discover the room smelled awful, the pillows were stained, and there were hair balls on the floor. We did not stay, they would not give us a paper saying we didn't stay, and we did not receive a refund. 0/10 recommend. The pictures do NOT match the actual property.

- Thomas (2/5): Never again - Other guest outside our room loud, drunk, fighting. Until 0400. I wanted to go outside to confront them but my wife was scared. Management said they left but on the 2nd night same thing. We left in the middel of the night. This place use to be decent ..now its like being outside a crack house. Management taking control of the situation. Weekly rentals are bringing this place down...fast

- Karyn (4/5): ⭐⭐ A Place to Rest, But Not Much More - I stayed here for a couple of nights during a road trip and appreciated having a place to sleep in a pinch. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly, which was a definite plus. That said, the motel could use some updates. The room was very basic, and cleanliness could be improved. Things were a bit worn down, and the amenities are super minimal. It’s not a place I’d choose again for comfort or a longer stay, but it worked for a quick stay. If you're just looking for a budget place to crash and don’t mind a no-frills experience, it gets the job done — but it’s definitely more about function than comfort.

We needed more toilet paper - went to front desk and got TP and soap. Hot tub turned out to be a standard tub with jets. The tub leaked a good bit and the water was brown, like when you rinse out a coffee pot. Water in the toilet was also brown. If the water authority can't deliver clear water, perhaps Magnolia Inn should consider installing their own water filter(s).

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a peaceful and secure atmosphere, and I truly appreciated their effort. It made all the difference.
