The facility is very clean, free coffee capsule has been provided daily. We stayed 2 adults and 1 child in the room. It was small. It would be great if there was a table in the room to eat something easily.

• ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ (10/5): ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ ΣΤΗ ΜΑΔΡΙΤΗ ΜΕ ΕΥΚΟΛΗ ΠΡΟΣΒΑΣΗ ΠΑΝΤΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΤΑΥΤΟΧΡΟΝΑ ΑΡΙΣΤΗ ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑ - Το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται σε ενα κεντρικο σημειο το οποιο συνδεει σχεδον ολα τα μερη νεανικα μπαρακια -εστιατορια-κεντρικες πλατειες.Εχει ενα μικρο κουζινακι για να κανεις το καφε σου και κατι απλο για πρωινο η γευμα.Το προσωπικο και η εξυπηρετηση εχει τοσο ανθρωπινη προσεγγιση ,που σιγουρα το βαζει στη κατηγορια "σπανιο διαμαντακι".Σε οτι και αν ζητησαμε ειχαν παντα μα παντα την ειλικρινη προθεση να μασ βοηθησουν.Εχω μεινει και σε πανακριβα ξενοδοχεια με υψηλες παροχες ,η εμπειρια μου στο ξενοδοχειο ηταν απο τις καλυτερες στο συνολο . Εχει καποια σκαλοπατια μεχρι να παρεις το ασανσερ.Ειναι κριμα που ενα τετοιο ξενοδοχειο μπορουν να το απολαυσουν ανθρωποι με κινητικα προβληματα.

• Mario (7/5): Overall, not a bad stay, but definitely some details that should be improved considering the price. - We stayed here for 5 nights, and overall the hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and tidy upon arrival, exactly as shown in the photos. However, for the price we paid, there were a few disappointing things. During our entire stay, the towels were changed only once. Room cleaning also felt very superficial — only the visible walking areas were vacuumed, while dust under the TV stand, bedside tables, chairs, and sofa remained there throughout all 5 days. Another issue was the temperature in the rooms. Even though it was May, the rooms and bathroom were quite cold, especially after showering. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system was locked and could not be switched to heating mode. Reception explained that the ventilation system was automatic and they could not do anything about it.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (and more with cooking facilities). The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless and worked as it should. This will be our new place to stay when we are in Madrid. There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. I guess the price is a little high but for such a central location we can't complain too much.

Есть небольшая кухня, все есть, что надо, но нет ножа и стола, за которым можно поесть. Есть журнальный столик, но он низкий. Есть диван, но лучше бы был обеденный стол. Уборка не очень хорошая.

• Dorhmi (8/5): Agréable, quelques points à régler, surtout le lit pour avoir une expérience exceptionnelle. - L’emplacement au top, la propreté est au rendez-vous , les femmes de ménages font bien la chambre chaque jour et rangement les habits. Il y’a un double vitrage ce qui empêche les sons de l’extérieur d’être entendus, on a bien adoré ça. Les toilettes dégagent une légère odeur désagréable, ressentie surtout le premier jour et après avoir ranger la chambre (lorsque nous rentrons le soir) , mais disparaît lorsqu’on ouvre la fenêtre. Le lit n’était pas confortable du tout, semble être usé de la partie droite.

The booking process which implies that you have the option to book a double or two singles and it is not stated until you lock in the booking that options are subject to availability. We were fortunate that what we selected was available on arrival. Other than that everything else was great.

Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shops near by. The staff is very welcoming, everything is clean. Very good hotel for the value The only negatives I would give are the thin walls (I could hear my neighbor snoring so took me some time to get to sleep) and the sofa bed which is not very comfortable for adults. Apart from that all good.
• Katarzyna Bln (9/5): - Die Unterkunft würden wir beim nächsten Besuch in Madrid wieder buchen. Sie liegt in Bezirken, die wir sehr mögen: Malasana und in der Nähe von Chueca. Wir waren nur zu Fuss unterwegs, aber gleich vor der Tür, gibt es eine U-bahn Station. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine...). Das Bett war gross und sehr bequem! Das wichtigste zum Schluss: das Personal ist super nett! Alles war prima!

• Daniel (9/5): Une très très bonne adresse à Madrid - Tout était parfait, un hôtel moderne et accueillant , une grande chambre avec un très bon lit et au calme , un canapé confortable , une belle salle de bains et une petite kitchenette avec plaque de cuisson et microonde . La propreté de la chambre et le nettoyage tous les jours. L'existence d'un ascenseur même si l'escalier est large avec des marches pas difficiles. Et pour finir la proximité du métro 100m, du centre ville environ 1km et de quoi manger et boire à proximité sans oublier la réception ouverte 24h/24. Le seul petit bémol est la présence succinct de placards pour ranger les affaires mais pour nous ce n'était pas la priorité car pour 4 nuits on peut facilement s'en passer du fait de la grandeur de la chambre. Il y avait un placard avec des cintres ,une étagère , un fer à repasser, une petite table à repasser et une autre étagère avec un coffre ce qui n'est pas négligeable.

• David (9/5): Estupendo hotel para escapada familiar en Madrid - La ubicación y lo amables que son en recepción. Cercania a un parking publico. El apartamento es amplio, muy silencioso y muy limpio. El cuarto de baño es super cómodo. El precio es algo elevado, pero es lo que nos toca ultimamente.

Район дуже жвавий, але попри це в помешканні тихо, оскільки поруч немає барів, які працюють до пізньої ночі. • Simon (8/5): Fun lively neighbourhood with lots to do - Fantastic location. Malasaña is very lively with a great vibe. Lots to do in walking distance from hotel, and Tribuna metro station is extremely close too. The staff are nice and very friendly and helpful. While the location is very lively with lots of nightlife, this might not suit everyone. We didn’t mind too much but we did experience a lot of noise from outside, especially on Fri and Sat night, till early hours of morning (despite double glazed windows). Bathroom was quite small. One day we returned to the room which had a strong smell of smoking, seemed to be coming from another room via the bathroom vent. Not pleasant.
• Agata (8/5): dobry hotel na weekend w Madrycie - świetna lokalizacja, wokół liczne restauracje, bary, knajpki, sklepy, blisko do centrum sam hotel był dobry, czysty pokój i to było najważniejsze. miła i pomocna obsługa pokój położony był od strony ruchliwej ulicy, w piatek i sobotę w godzinach nocnych było głośno wykładzina na korytarzu była mocna poplamiona, wyglądała na brudną chociaż pewnie była czasty, gdyż sam hotel był czysty i codziennie widać było ekipę sprzątającą pokój wyposażony w płytę grzewczą jednak nie polecam większego gotowania z uwagi na brak komfortu, do szybkiego podgrzania jedzenia wystarczy.

A solo una estación de gran vía, chueca, y lugares muy interesantes. Bienconectado. La cama súper cómoda! Todo muy bueno. Solo pudiera agregar que en la cocinita deberían tener un cuchillo de cortar y mejores cubiertos. Ese tipo de cosas necesarias.
