No working TV, no wifi, lights out all over the place, bed was so bad with the oldest mattress - not suitable for a couple at all. Not even a box of tissues or any shower gel. Everything.

Balcony overlooking internal courtyard with trees and pool added good atmosphere. Confusion about keys for pickup and therefore accessing correct carpark due to error by property manager made the arrival process stressful and difficult. Phone assistance was provided, so problems was solved before too long.

It was perfect for me as I needed a place to work remotely from, that was close to shops and had all the facilities I needed to work from, and visit family from. Thanks 🙏 The apartment had a bit of a weird smell when I arrived, but I opened everything up and sprayed some air freshener I just happened to have on me. Apart from that, I'd say that possibly the smart Tv could have been set up and the remote control for the bedroom TV didn't work. There was also a fair bit of surface dust in some areas, but I'm assuming perhaps it just hasn't been stayed in for a little while. But the apartment was very clean and tidy. But pretty minor things really.

Large fridge/freezer. Good stove top (once I learned how to use it) loved the deck, block out curtains and large sliding doors to block out any noise. Poor wi-fi. Lounge very uncomfortable. Windows very stiff to move.

• Nicky (8/5): Convenient location, well equipped apartment. - Convenient location near lake and Belconnen shopping centre. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious with good facilities such as desk for work purposes. The area lacks atmosphere and feels deserted at night. It felt like a regular commercial block of flats rather than a vacation stay. Would be good for a working business trip, but it lacks atmosphere for a short stay vacation.

• Cassandra (5/5): - Right near the pool. Great location for event we attended. We went to collect our keys and the room we had been assigned in all the email contact had been swapped to another room. This meant all the instructions sent were wrong and the parking fob didn't work. It was not the best start! The room itself was nice but more attention to detail needed to be applied to cleaning. Thick dust around the extractor in the bathroom, seals coming off the doors of the laundry cupboard, mould forming near the laundry doors, thick dust on the inside of the lamps in the bedroom. These items were eclipsed by a very wobbly railing on the stairs and also the outside area was so filthy with dirt, leaf debris and a few cigarette butts. It looked like someone had began cleaning it and got over it as there was a abandoned brush and pan with leaves in it in one of the corners.

• Nan (4/5): - When I arrived, there’s no one to answer the phone, I’m waiting outside for about one hrs and then someone else just contacted me about check in. I have filled out my estimated check in time, but it is still failed, which is a bit disappointed. WIFi does not work during stay at all.

• EUTHEMIUS (8/5): Disappointing!! - The location. You double booked the apartment and at 6.0 pm in the evening of our first night the door was unlocked by a young man who booked the same apartment for one week. Management incompetence? YES!! No response made to the email I sent about the incident, no apology. We consider this very arrogant and disrespectful. I don’t think we will book with you again. Big disappointment!

We were not expecting stairs to the bedroom. This could have been advertised at the beginning as we are not young.

• Alyx Gorman (9/5): Good value and comfortable. - Hosts were super accommodating to a last minute change of plans, which was so helpful. Facilities were good, especially the gym and pool. Rooms were large and pretty comfortable. It’s good value for money. We had a large van and couldn’t fit it into the parking garage.

• Rebecca (8/5): The apartment was spacious , clean and comfortable. Being able to use the pool was a asset. - The location of the apartments was wonderful , nearby shops and cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. It was easy to get in by lock box and parking we had to pay for but was convenient. There was only a small bar fridge to place our food in but we were only there for 2 nights. And having the pool to use as part of the apartments building was a great addition.
• Victor (5/5): A little sad, first few times were great only to be let down this time. - Great location for me Could have been a little cleaner, some things like the bathroom namely toilet, sink, toilet paper holder was not cleaned properly and towels might have been a little dirty. Bathroom vanity, microwave and kitchen bench was also a little unclean and there seemed to be a smoke like smell in general once you enter the room.

• Eddie (5/5): Wifi problem - Beds are comfortable, it was a nice apartment. The room listing states that internet access is included, but I was unable to use it properly during my stay. My Android phone barely connected, and only a few social media apps and Google worked in a very limited way. My iPhone couldn’t connect at all. Websites wouldn’t load, and most apps—including Booking.com and my banking apps—were unusable. It appears the connection is heavily limited or many services are blocked. This means the accommodation did not provide what was advertised. I needed reliable internet for work, and I was forced to use the free Wi-Fi at a nearby shopping mall instead. I reported the issue, but received no response. The fast communication during check-in and payment unfortunately disappeared the moment a problem occurred. Unlimited Wi-Fi is a basic, inexpensive service, available even in the simplest hotels and cafés. I did not expect such poor quality, and the experience was very disappointing.

• Andrea (8/5): Relaxing apartment - Location is good, very clean facilities. Need block out curtains/ blinds. Not everyone likes to get up with the Sun! The current pull down blinds are white and see through. Or the glass sliding walls/door surrounding the bedroom needs painting / darker frosting. It is very bright at sunrise!
• Ali (8/5): Comfortable - Location was good, the bed was very very comfortable and it was well equipped. A lot had been fitted into a small space. There was a small pool and gym. A few more cups would have been useful. The machines in the gym really needed a deep clean and some were antique, but they did the job for a short stay. Room servicing was slow and is only done once a week. We had to ask for it and eventually it was done 11 days into our 15 day stay. A second key would have been useful.

• Michelle (8/5): Had all I needed for a pleasant week at Uni of Canberra - Booking.com says the rooms are available from 2pm but the apartments are actually not available until 3pm. I arrived on the weekend and there was no way to communicate with anyone from the business so I waited outside the building for an hour with a week's worth of luggage before the cleaner came down and put the key in the lockbox. I was NOT HAPPY.
• Kenneth (6/5): Due to the unexpected two levels it was very difficult and challenging, not relaxing. - Breakfast was not included or available. When I booked the apartment, I looked at all available images and none indicated upstairs, downstairs. My husband has dementia and associated mobility issues, so the steps proved most difficult. He had to stay upstairs once he was there as that was where the toilet was. The oven was dirty and had a baking dish inside full of left over cooking fat and scraps.
