- Bindi (6/5): - Loved the outlook and gardens. They were having problems with hot water. We had 2 different plumbers at separate times, come to check the problem. We were unaware of the situation and did not get notified that there would be any trades knocking on our door. Then on Sunday morning we had no hot water for our showers and contacted the emergency number provided. We were not given an alternative option for a hot shower. As we needed showers, we had a cold shower. We were refunded $100 but that is not what we required.

- Laura (10/5): Looks like a motel and costs like a motel but feels more luxurious! - Gorgeous rooms overlooking lawns flowing down to the lake, nicely styled and very comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms which was fantastic for our family of four. Staff were lovely and accomodating. Right next to the Briars Inn for fantastic food and drinks and with a great play area for the kids.

Good access to bar and dining facilities of all levels with friendly atmosphere. All staff were helpful and attentive to any needs. Always a problem sorting temperature in accommodation but maybe we didn’t read the instructions

Our room was comfortable & clean, with an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery etc. The beds & pillows were good. The girls at reception were friendly & helpful. The complex is starting to look a bit tired. The bathroom could do with a makeover as all the fittings are showing their age. The dated shower is over the bath and had a shower curtain. The glass doors out to our little patio were in need of a decent clean.

- Carol (10/5): I can’t wait to go back to this peaceful, relaxing, gorgeous spot. - I think this was the first time I’ve been away, and the accommodation was the highlight of my trip. I didn’t want to leave. The rooms had French doors that open out to luscious green grass and a lake with ducks. The bed was firm and comfortable. There was a bath, which is always nice. Honestly, I want to come back here once a month. Your blood pressure will immediately go down when you walk into your room. Put your phone down and sit on your little veranda, listen to the water feature in the pond and look at nature. I can’t think of anything.

The only bathroom also had the toilet in it, if their were 6 people staying it would be a problem, we were only 3 and it presented issues. It was also expensive with basic inclusions.

For a high end property, the bathrooms are well overdue an update, with very old fixtures and leaks. Declined the twin room set up for an extra $20 via messaging, but was still charged the extra $20 on check-out as the twin rooms were mistakenly set up instead of a double.

The beautiful setting is tranquil and serene and quiet. The Bistro and Bar also fabulous. All very pretty. We love the ground level situation and our car infront of our room. Staff are nice, Breakfast looked great option but we didn't go. Bed hard and pillows were not great. Bathroom fan is not efficient. Electrical outlets should be revisited - Update and have more. All linen, towels and sheets should be updated. Room for improvement for all linen. Shaggy dishcloth/ sponge was disgusting and I didn’t use it. I brought my own tea towels. And perhaps French Doors open out because when they open inward they knock the curtains off the hooks.
