- Bambi (5/5): Not my first choice for future lodging selection. - The breakfast was hot with a good selection. You could not hear anything from adjoining rooms. Nice kitchen amenities. The water for a bath or shower was lukewarm at best. The curtains were shear. The lights from the parking lot were shining right on the bed all night. There was a banging noise intermittently from the building (maybe a pipe) that kept waking us up. The thermostat is located on the wall behind the TV that is screwed down on the dresser.

I didn't even go under the covers and nobody can seem to get me my deposit back no, this weekend I planned a trip and now I'm not going to the Nash casino or Gate City Casino I'll be going to a different place because I have made over 12 phone calls. I've spent an hour on the phone trying to get my $80 back and it is so frustrating. Nobody wants to help

The staff was friendly & helpful. Property was well managed & maintained. Hotel is in a nice area, though not many dining or shopping establishments within walking distance. Breakfast was well supplied & managed during the weekend but noticeably less so on Monday morning. Good amount of on site parking

- David (8/5): Friends trip - Comfortable and spacious suite, clean grounds around hotel and nice pool. No room service one day but they did quickly give us new towels at the desk!
- JuJuBeeK (4/5): Breakfast was terrible / room was never tidied up (supposed to be done every other day) - Breakfast - staff didn't monitor coffee and such very well. Not well stocked. No waffle batter until the last day. When you mention anything, you get an apathetic response. Housekeeping - we were out of the room by 10am and gone most of the day on the 'cleaning' day. Apparently the staff never come back if they start early near your room and you're not out yet. Mentioned it to the night desk person who said she'd make a note. Checked with the morning desk person who said we weren't on the schedule (even though missed the day before). She'd follow up (lol) - room didn't get cleaned up once during a 5 day stay. Overall Staff just didn't seem to care. Note - I used to travel extensively for business and have lived during the week in Homewood Suites in other cities.. SO disappointed with this one.

- Richard (8/5): Perfect for a nice day - My niece and nephew from Albany were the ones who stayed at the facility. They were all for all impression was positive, and they like the variety of the breakfast options. They did not tell me about any problems they had at the facility
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Check in was smooth. Rooms nicely designed . Often on our stays their is furniture that needs replacing. Or there is room furniture missing. Breakfast is good, pool is nice except tiles on floor are slippery and lighting is not maintained Overall staff is excellent.

- Helen (9/5): Great stay and exactly what we needed for our trip. - We were on a trip back to visit family and friends. Great location - easy access off the highway. Plenty of parking spaces. Excellent sized room with a well stocked kitchen, couch, king size bed and a good bathroom / dressing space. Everything we needed for our stay. Small swimming pool which was perfect for relaxing after a long hot day. Good and reasonably priced laundry facilities. We would definitely stay here again. There was nothing bad about our stay. Breakfast was just OK, but it was included in the price, so we weren't complaining ! Please can you stop using single use plates and cups though... !! :)

- mikerF1517UZ (10/5): Jesse, front desk, next level service! - Jesse was a superstar. I was in town for a job interview and came downstairs through the lobby, let's just say, somewhat over-dressed for the weather and for the interview. Jesse suggested that I consider something less formal and lighter. Winner all the way around, interview and full day was a success! To be paying attention enough to your guests to think about something as inconsequention to traditional front desk operations is Next Level. Jesse, thank you for making my few days in Nashua, ones for record books!

- Eric (7/5): If room is good, stay would be good. - It could of been better. Hotel was good. Breakfast was really good. I asked 3 times for someone to lookk at tv since volume was really low. They said they would but after 1st request. The next morning I asked again and was told maintenence didn't show up. I asked again the following morning and was told they would look into it. They didn't check again so I stopped asking and gave up Hotel never came to check on tvs. Both volume was almost not on at all.

- Lynn B (10/5): You Need Luggage Carts Available - My only negative was availability of a luggage cart, that worked. The only one available had a broken front wheel. I do have to thank the front desk staff that took the time to help us bring our luggage to the room. That aside, the room was large and comfortable.

- Paula (10/5): Nice little studio apartment (kitchen, couch, bed)!! - The property was lovely, and there was an outdoor area with seating and with a grill that I think I may make use of next time The pool was very tiny. While that kept it nice and warm, even with just a couple other people in it there was no chance of avoiding them unless they cooperated. But the day after the holiday it was empty and I had the whole thing to myself and it was perfect size for doing my lazy laps
