Natascha (3/5): - Die Lage der Anlage ist wirklich hervorragend – ruhig, abgelegen und sehr nah am Meer. Leider täuscht das nicht darüber hinweg, dass das Hotel sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend modernisiert werden müsste. Unsere explizite Bitte bei der Reservierung nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt. Man wies uns Zimmer 202 direkt am Treppenhaus zu. Aufgrund einer völlig verzogenen Tür war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig: Jedes Wort vom Flur und jedes Geräusch des Aufzugs war ungefiltert zu hören. Das Badezimmer war zwar, wie das restliche Zimmer, angenehm geräumig, allerdings gab es hier einen permanenten, unangenehmen Abwassergeruch. Auch die Küchenausstattung enttäuschte, da sie für eine echte Selbstverpflegung bei weitem nicht ausreicht. Besonders enttäuscht hat uns der Umgang mit dem Frühstück. Da das Hotel laut Buchungsportalen komplett belegt schien, ist es unverständlich, warum das groß beworbene Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen ohne Vorwarnung gestrichen wurde. Das alternative À-la-carte-Frühstück wurde uns dann stattdessen zum vollen Buffetpreis berechnet – ein sehr unglückliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Fazit: Unter dem Strich war der Aufenthalt für uns eine Enttäuschung. Das Hotel kann leider nicht mit den ansonsten durchweg positiven Eindrücken auf den Azoren mithalten. Schade, hier wird viel Potenzial verschenkt.

Michaela (9/5): - Ubytování bylo úžasné. Měli jsme krásný apartmán s obrovskou terasou a výhledem na oceán se soukromým vstupem k bazénu. Personál by milý a vstřícný. Výběr na snídaní byl průměrný, ale všechno dobré. Rádi přijedeme znovu. V jídelně, kde se podávala snídaně bylo dost chladno.

Bangera (10/5): Stay was really good and so was the location. We really enjoyed our stay. - The reception and staff were really nice. They helped us with everything and were very considerate. They even helped us check in early and gave us the code to the gate so we can park closer to the entrance since we had a kid with us. The restaurant being in the same building made things easier on days when it was raining outside. The view from the patio was really nice. You could sit there all day. The waterfront is a short walk and the airport and ponta delgada is only a 10-15 mins drive. The only odd thing was the placement of the toilet in our room. It was very close to the shower glass panel making it a little difficult to do your business. But we adjusted to that quickly but was definitely odd.

Katarina (10/5): - The hotel is ideally located near the ocean, offering beautiful views. It features two pools, a jacuzzi, and a well-equipped gym. Each room is designed like an apartment, complete with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Our room also had a terrace and large windows, adding to the overall comfort. The hotel provides private parking, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The hotel has its own restaurant, but in case you want to go for a dinner somewhere outside and have a bottle of wine, so you are not taking car, it is a bit far without sidewalks. But we managed to the iconic restaurant in 30 minutes.

André Meichsner (8/5): - Ich kenne das Hotel noch in seinen Ursprüngen. Durch den Umbau hat man es in die Neuzeit katapultiert und im Bereich Entertainment/ Sport einiges ergänzt. Die Lage ist -immer noch- eine der Besten. Die Ladies an der Rezeption sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetend.

AXIOM (8/5): Un cadre enchanteur et Splendide - Rapport qualité-prix : Excellent au moment de mon séjour. La Suite : Très spacieuse et d'une propreté impeccable. La vue : Absolument splendide ! Le balcon donnait directement sur la piscine avec un panorama magnifique mêlant l'océan et les collines verdoyantes. Emplacement : L'emplacement est génial. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la proximité des plages de rochers, accessibles en seulement 10 minutes à pied. Gestion de la climatisation : Très frustrant. Le système est apparemment automatique : impossible de régler la température manuellement. Pire encore, elle se déclenchait toute seule le matin sans mon intervention. Service au petit-déjeuner : C'est le gros point noir. Une seule personne pour servir toute la salle, et le rythme en cuisine semblait tout aussi lent. L'attente était beaucoup trop longue. Buffet décevant : Pour un 4 étoiles, le choix est trop limité. Bien que mentionnés sur la carte, les croissants étaient absents durant mes deux jours de séjour. Qualité des produits : Déception majeure sur le jus d'orange qui n'était pas naturel. On attendrait du frais dans une région comme les Açores. Mais malgré ça je conseille cet établissement.

Sara (9/5): Serenidade e natureza - A localização é excelente! Fica a poucos Km de Ponta Delgada, com acessos muito bons. Toda a paisagem envolvente é linda, o hotel enquadra-se num ambiente calmo, com paisagens verdejantes viradas ao mar. O pequeno-almoço buffet é muito bom, com grande variedade. Os funcionários são muito acessíveis e disponíveis a ajudar em tudo. A limpeza é perfeita. A piscina, assim como a área envolvente, são muito bonitas e parecem ter todo o cuidado necessário. No entanto, não pude experimentar porque o tempo não convidava a um mergulho. Gostei de tudo!
Kirándulóutak (1/5): - Avoid. You are double-charged with tourist tax on-site by the hotel. The rooms are musty and mouldy. There are literally no clean towels, all of them have spots. I added a photo of what according to the receptionist is a clean towel, who refused to change the spotty one on the picture. For the pool towels you need to leave a deposit of 10 euros each every time. The parking is far away and you need to carry your luggage on a long path. Cleaning staff is extremely loud early morning.

Бытовая техника на кухне старовата , кондиционер так и не заработал , выдавал ошибку и выключался . Оба телевизора были отключены даже из розетки и в щитке отключен автомат . Наверное персонал не хотел , чтобы мы включали телевизор .

Nadia (4/5): "Value for money" did not match the high price. - Since we missed breakfast on our last morning the reception prepared a nice "to go" breakfast for us. Very unexpected but much appreciated! This hotel is certainly not deserving of 4 stars and especially not for almost EUR 500 per night. Rooms were not clean (the fridge leaked into the bathroom so we had water all over the bathroom floor upon arrival), staff didn't smile (or were not trained to do so?) & the family room was one big bed and two pull-down Murphy beds which were uncomfortable.

Ana Luísa (8/5): - localização, estacionamento próprio, check in e check out fáceis. ficamos no quarto 201, onde a televisão não ligava nem desligava com o comando, o mesmo só servia para mudar os canais e aumentar o som da tv. além disso, tinha o botão de netflix, mas a televisão não tinha acesso à internet, coisa que descobrimos após telefonar à recepção. numa das tentativas de ligar a televisão, desviamos um móvel e encontramos um papel de boas vindas a um casal que estava de lua de mel (obrigada, mas não somos casados) e uma passagem de um hóspede com a data de 04 de maio, até ao dia da minha reserva, passaram 240 dias que não afastaram o mobiliário para limpar. para um Resort considerado 4 estrelas tem muito a apontar.
