Das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt wir mussten bescheid geben das sie bitte einmal nochmal Durchreinigen sollen. Die Kissen und Kissenbezüge waren dreckig. Warmes Wasser zum duschen war durch den kleinen Boiler schnell leer. Kühlschrank war dreckig. Man merkt das es sich hier.nicht um Fachpersonal handelt

L’endroit est calme, dépaysant, parfait pour se reposer et se ressourcer. La chambre était très belle, confortable et agréable, et le personnel était vraiment adorable, toujours souriant et attentionné. Je recommande vivement.

Je me sens vraiment bien ici : au calme, dépaysée, dans une ambiance parfaite pour se reposer. La chambre est très belle et confortable, et le personnel est toujours aussi adorable, souriant et attentionné. Je recommande vivement.

Cet hôtel a dû être beau mais n'est plus entretenu L'emplacement entouré d'une route très empruntée donc bruyante, et de la déchetterie bruyante ! La. Piscine est inutilisable, trop de moustiques, vétusté, Trés petite, à l'ombre, la chambre n'est faite que si on le demande mais ce détail n'est pas précisé à l'enregistrement, cet hôtel n'est bien que pour une nuit entre deux vols car proche de l'aéroport sinon il faut absolument un scooter. Un petit déjeuner serait vraiment un plus !

• Mark (4/5): Disappointing and not very welcoming throughout the stay - The jungle feeling. Comfortable bed. Setting of the whole place was lovely with private seating area. No communication with the staff. Lack of information about day trips,where the rubbish bins are, use of facilities. The swimming pool was a bit dirty. Bathroom tap was quite lose. The walls ect could do with a coat of paint as looks a bit outdated.

• Deion (9/5): Overall it is a nice place to stay - Everything was great. Staff was very helpful. I appreciated the 2 bottles of drinking water I received every morning. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful. The wi-fi was unreliable in the rear section of the property. They kept working on it, but it remained unstable. They ended up moving me to another room and I didn't have any issues going forward.

• Emma (7/5): little oasis of quiet, comfort and calm, shame about the pool - staff very friendly and helpful, villas are spacious with comfortable beds, peaceful and serene setting in a little green corner tucked away from the business of the city. you wouldn't know you were right next to a main road, you feel totally secluded, perfect for a night or two to have some quiet and calm it was disappointing that the pool was dirty and not available to use, it seems like this has been the case for a while based on past reviews. this was the main reason we'd booked our stay, so it would be more honest to take down the photo of the gorgeous clean pool if it cannot be used!
• Maëva (8/5): Pas mal. - Le logement est beau et fonctionnel et propre. La piscine et pratiquement tout le temps a l'ombre c'est dommage. Et sur 4 nuits j'ai été brutalement réveillée 2 fois vers 7h30 par des camions qui déchargé bruillament de choses en métal. C'était très fatiguant.

They are welcoming and will look after your every need before you even bring an issue to their attention. We have extended a few more days due to feeling at peace here Some facilities are a little dated but it gives the property a rustic charm. Could also do with a safe in the room

Basic amenities could be looked at. It could easily be a 4 star place but I'd give it 2.5 stars because the bathroom plumbing needs updating. The shower door wouldn't stay shut and would bang against the taps which could cause it to shatter.

• Anna (10/5): A haven in the outskirts of Chiang Mai - Very close to the airport (20/30 minutes drive). Gorgeous property, feels like you’re in the forest. Very efficient check in, clean rooms. Bottled water is offered daily. Clean towels and toiletries are provided. Lovely stay at the hotel. This hotel is very far from the centre which was fine with us, however, unfortunately they do not offer any breakfast, lunch or dinner so you have to catch a taxi every time you need to eat something. There is nothing on the hotel’s side of the road but there are restaurants on the opposite side - however, the road is a very busy road (like a highway) so you cannot just cross the road, you have to either catch a taxi or have to walk around 20mins to get to the other side. There is a 7eleven very close to the hotel which you can buy some kind food from there though.

• Lekha (8/5): A little oasis of affordable luxury - We had a lovely stay at this hotel – a little oasis of affordable luxury just outside of the city centre. The rooms are beautiful! Ours were clean, well designed, and very chill – while being very affordable at the same time. The staff were all super friendly – especially Jasmine, who woke up early to check us in earlier than planned, and also heated our food up for us one evening! The hotel is a bit out of the way of the city centre, but only a 10 minutes drive, and it was set back from the main road so super quiet at night! The hotel feels a touch neglected – it has some lovely green areas, but there is a swimming pool that has been abandoned, there was some damp and cracks in the ceilings of the rooms... I think if the owners invested in upgrading the rooms and spaces, this hotel could totally go up a star. There could also be more prominent signage to indicate where the hotel is from the main road. There is a small sign, but super hard to see so we drove past it a few times!

• Aatninja (6/5): A hidden gem - It was a large room, I booked this place as It was closer to my course and the airport. It is a little hidden gem. There is ac, a fridge and TV. The grounds are also beautiful. It was like a little hut, room was beautiful. The hotel is in need of some updating. My shower door would not close as the closing part was broken. There were holes my bed sheets. This was not major but I find quite annoying - the toilet seat kept moving. Lastly the pool was out of order ☹️

• Suketu (5/5): Passable - The property was OK. The decor in the rooms was trendy and different in every room. The staff is really good and helpful. I am assuming that the property is recouping from covid times. While there is an absolute effort to keep up to it, still things like kettle not working, small leakages in the bathrooms, old bathroom fittings, no swimming pool, no restaurant, kindof dampens the so called genuine effort. The one thing they need to change on a war footing, is to accept credit cards and not ask for cash.

The stuff was very helpful and nice too! - Although the property is outside the city center, it’s in such a magical and peaceful place - we really enjoyed it. We were going around with a scooter so even the location wasn’t a problem. The pool was closed and in mornings all noises from the yard seemed to be very loud.
• Wibke (8/5): Nice and comfortable - The room is beautiful, as in the pictures. Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night, next day we left from the airport. 8min drive, but didn't hear any noice from the airport. Everyone was very friendly. If you wamt to stay longer, the nearby area isn't beautiful. The garden in the resort is nice. But there is a very big street in front (you don't hear any noice at night) and it takes some time to the center. Best take a grab.
