- David (2/5): Disgraceful - My 2 friends and I were taken to the hotel by taxi, and we were greeted by a sign on the front door stating that the hotel had been shut down by the local authority due to lack of fire precautions. I have messaged the hotel twice, and hotels.com, and no one has considered refunding my 100% upfront payment. Disgraceful behaviour.

- perrygirl (6/5): Good enough accommodation - Stayed with 2 friends for a single night. Location is quiet. A good 12 mins walk to place where you can catch a bus. It isnt sparkling clean premises but definitely not horrendous. The hotel is particularly convenient for those who like to be away from the action. Breakfast- Nice selection of teas. We had issues with the kettle not working. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to keep going up and down the stairs to get assistance. Perfectly ok accommodation.

Araçla geliyorsanız sıkıntı yaşamayacaksınız ancak aracınız yoksa Ortaköy'den yaklaşık 10-15 dakikalık bir yaya yol yürümeniz gerekecek.

Demek istediğim duşu jakuzi küvetinde alıyorsunuz ama önü full açık odaya bakıyor hadi onu geçtim klozetin olduğu yerde yalandan buzlu cam var görüntü gözükmüyor ama ses yalıtım 0 nefes alışınız bile duyuluyor :) bunun dışında her şey güzeldi, tavsiye ederim konumu da gayet merkezi.

If you are tired of city’s loud noices but still want to be close enough to explore the city life and popular places … this hotel is definitely for you. Me and my girlfriend stayed 6 days , my first impression was not that good from outside look since i got used to big fancy hotels but this hotel has something that dont have it at all. Really caring , sincere and helpful staff. You dont even know anything about the city ? No problem at all they suggest you every place which maked istanbul is istanbul , even explain public transportation if you dont want to use taxi services and the best part is you never run out of drinking water ! Hahaha they give you a lot you cant even finish ! Son olarak tekrardan teşekkür ederim Emre abi bizimle çok güzel ilgilendin ! Hayırlı günler dilerim !

Dusche und WC sehr eng und klein. Täglich saubere Tücher und Bettwäsche. Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend.Der Privat Parkplatz ist in dieser Gegend goldwert. Für 3 Tage war es ausreichend und preislich ok.

- Koray (8/5): - Das einzige Probleme der Unterkunft war der Standort und die Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß. Das Hotel befindet sich auf einem Hügel und es ist empfohlen für die Kurzstrecke ein Taxi zu nehmen. Ansonsten war die Fähre ca. 10-15 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, womit man ohne Probleme zu den wichtigen Orten kommen konnte. Essensmöglichkeiten gab es zu genüge und mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Nachts hatten noch viele Läden offen und die Beleuchtung war wunderschön. Das Personal am Hotel wird Ihnen auch Ratschläge auf Anfrage Vorort geben. Trinken war 24/7 verfügbar und die Rezeption war ebenso besetzt. Die Badezimmer könnten einigen etwas kleiner Ausfallen und sind nicht auf dem neusten Stand.

A special shout out for the Manager himself, who was very helpful throughout, particularly at the end of our stay when the taxi booked to the airport did not turn up, as they had forgotten about the booking. He made the necessary calls, and arranged a car within 5 minutes. Great location and view of the bridge from nearby.

Staff are exceedingly helpful. Rooms are very neat and clean. It's very warm inside even on cold days. It's very close to Yildiz Park and lots of cafes. This is a strong recommendation.

Staff absolutely exceeded my expectations as they were ready to help any time in very polite manner. One thind I would suggest management to work on is breakfast as it is same every day. They could vary scrambled eggs with boiled or fried :) as when you stay for more then 2 days having same breakfast every day is a bit boring :) rather than that all was perfect

Otel odaları çok dar ama fotoğraflarda çok ferah gibi duruyor. Yine aynı şekilde banyo çok dar, odada oturup kahve içme imkanı yok, yatak üzerinde içmek zorundasınız düşünün. 2-Odadaki televizyon 10 yıl öncenin teknoljisi uyduya bağlıydı, yüzlerce kanal arasından bilinen bir ulusal kanalı bulmak büyük problem, HD yayın yok. 3-Otel Ortaköy'e yakın ama yaklaşık 500 mt amansız bir yokuş çıkmak zorundasınız, bunu bilmeniz de fayda var. Uzun konaklama için asla tavsiye etmem, bir gecelik konaklama için fiyat/performans açısından oda dar vs dikkate almadan kalınabilir.

- GA (8/5): kleines günstiges Hotel in ruhiger Lage - Nettes Team, ruhige Lage, kleiner Parkplatz (wir haben noch den letzten Platz bekommen, es sind nur 4 Plätze). Frühstück gut und ausreichend, nach unten zur City sind es nur 500 Meter, aber zurück nach oben sind die 500 Meter bergauf eine gute Übung für die Beine :-) Preis Leistung passt !
- havachatkiwi (8/5): Peaceful, Clean, Very Com - Stayed 3 nights. Beautiful room, marble floors, great shower, kettle which was great, hair dryer L, quiet and very clean. Great doona for the bed. Good air conditioning. Good blockout daylight curtains but the bathroom could do with better lighting (hard for makeup applying). On a steep hill up from the main street. Not close to restaurants or market shops for Cola etc. Buy beforehand. Fridge is stocked with water though and it's available from the breakfast area. Taxi uphill will cost about 7 TL and there are plenty. I got more acquainted the longer I stayed. Great that rooms are non smoking (balconies are not the full size type) but you can sit out the front for that and fresh air. I would stay again. Families do too.
- William (8/5): Good value hotel, nice staff - The hotel owner was very helpful with special requests: they let us leave our bags for a few hours after checkout, and they called us taxis every time. The breakfast was okay and they have a coffee / lemonade machine that is always available. The room was clean and the bathroom was new. The hotel is close to a lot of attractions, although, it is an uphill walk from Ortaköy.
- hilmi (10/5): Kleines aber feines Hotel - Das Hotel an sich reicht vollkommen aus um Ortaköy zu besuchen aber es liegt ziemlich oben auf einem Steilen Bereich ..Zu Fuß ist es anstrengend von Stadt nach oben dahin zu laufen ,kurzer Weg. Mitarbeiter sehr nett.
- fgoetz1961 (10/5): Only 1 night, but so fantastic - I went to Istanbul for 1 night to take pictures at a wedding. The hotel was booked by the bride for me, so I didn't know at all what to expect. It's a small, cute hotel with not many rooms (I think).The room wasn't big, but enough for my needs. It was very, very clean, so was the bathroom. The guy at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, and he didn't stop to offer free Cappucino :-) Location is very good, just a short walk and you are in the middle of the action. On the other hand, it is a very quiet hotel. They offer free Wifi, and it is quite stable and fast in all the areas of the hotel I went to. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and no buffett, but quality was excellent. This hotel is surely a recommendation if you visit Istanbul!

- YLonghorn (8/5): VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION, FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE SERVICE,CLEAN ROOMS - We have stayed as a family of four for our New Years Eve break in Bellezza. I have booked it initially for the location as transport in Istanbul like any other big city can be time consuming. We stayed as two adults and two children aged 10 and 7. It is in a perfect location. You can walk to the seaside in Ortakoy in 5 minutes to find many cafes and restaurants. Dead easy to find taxis and do sightseeing for quite a few sights. It is nicely hidden away in between the residential apartments. It actually looked like one of the residential apartments that has been converted to a B&B. It felt safely hidden away. Yildiz Park is just opposite with a café or two which was perfect for the children to get some fresh air and play. The reception staff consisted of 3/4 people and all of them were absolutely lovely. They were friendly without being excessive, attended our every little request fast and professional. Absolutely great team.The reception area and outside space was quite small but we did not need to use those areas really as just outside there were hundreds of places to go. Breakfast was basic Turkish breakfast and not necessarily earth shuttering but served attentively and they did do their best for special requests. For the reasonable price we have stayed it was perfect. The room was a family room with a double and two single beds.It was a typical small city centre space. That is typical for cities like Paris,Istanbul,London etc.It was very clean with great underfloor heating,very good housekeeping service.It had lovely marble floors and bathroom and a small wall screen and tea/coffee facilities. Although it was a small space we had absolutely everything we needed. Thank you very much to Hotel Bellezza!We will be back again.Cok cok tesekkurler Hotel Bellezza'nin harika calisanlari!

It's a house with couple floors so it feels like at Turkish family house. It's in the top so u have to walk for 2 min to get to the Main Street . If u r looking to little cozy place away from the crowd and the fantasy this is a good choice .

- ginok876 (10/5): It was a pleasure to get back to Bellezza after a long day. - I stayed twice in Bellezza, once for 5 days and once for 3 days. During a business trip, I enjoyed the central location, clean rooms, friendly and very attentive personnel. Whatever I need, the personnel made it happen. The first room was big and beautiful, apparently the best room in the building :-) , the second room was small but very cozy. I was comfortable in both of them. I would highly recommend this place to any visitors and I will definitely stay there again.

- uclondon (10/5): Amazing Hotel & Environment - I can say that Bellezza is my home in Istanbul. The location is simply amazing, you can walk to the city centre in 5-10 minutes. The transportation is also very easy. You would enjoy walking to Ortaköy from here. Environment in hotel is very friendly. The staff and the owner is always there to help and guide you. They offer high standards in small place which makes your trip more peaceful. Rooms are modern, clean and stylish. I highly recommend this hotel. You will definitely come back here again..
- ahmadaA815VH (8/5): Great Hotel - I really loved this hotel, I only wish if it was not on a steep road .. this is a problem if you have kids ... you have to walk down/up .. other than that, everything was perfect. the service provided by the guys working there is incredible. they will do whatever they can to help you in everything. The hotel is also near Yildiz Park, which you should visit. I recommend this hotel
- gonef832 (8/5): Pristine rooms - The rooms are wonderfully put together and modern in its layout and décor. I loved the service at the place, totally pampering us with catering to all our needs. Best part of the stay is definitely the location. Lots of options around the place from shops and restaurants and even a large park, all providing ample options for one while staying here. Loved the stay and would not mind returning to it for our next visit.
- Laralatralara (10/5): Great hotel in wonderful location - We visited the hotel for my husband's birthday and it was such a great choice. The location is amazing, five minutes away from a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops, and also close to a very large park. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the breakfast in bed is amazing! Highly recomended for couples, I won't hesitate to come back!

He rasspolozhen in a nice area and you will be comfortable for travel in any part of city. Near the hotel there is a very large and beautiful park, which can also be perfect to relax. Perfect choice for couples at all ages. All staff is perfect, services are great. Breakfast at the room is amazing.
