La TV non funziona , dopo averlo fatto presente non mi è stato detto nulla se non che non potevano fare nulla ... la ragazza della recption aveva addirittura paura di parlare .... il bagno in pessime condizioni ci stava a malapena una persona. .. l unica nota positiva era la vicinanza dal mare

- veremma (2/5): Pessimo hotel - L'unica nota positiva è la posizione vicino al lungomare. Pessima la pulizia dell'Hotel, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola non pulite così come il resto della stanza. Personale poco cordiale. Molto rumoroso, impossibile dormire.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Da evitare!!! - Non hanno accettato la prenotazione fatta su expedia e quindi abbiamo dovuti pagare una seconda volta se non volevamo rimanere senza tetto! Ho dovuto io chiamare expedia perche lo staff se ne e' fregato, perdendo circa 1h! Qualsiasi siano i rapporti tra expedia e l hotel non puo rimetterci il cliente. Staff inaffidabile e inadeguato, statene alla larga.

- siw (6/5): Rett ved Strand & sentrum. - Hyggelig betjening, vi fikk selv velge rom! Vi ønsket et med balkong, det var intet problem. Frokost inkludert, samt at det var noen gratis parkeringsplasser i nærheten. Ps dette tilhører ikke hotellet. Meget bra beliggenhet, rett v strand og sentrum.
- Elisa (10/5): - Posizione ottima, l'hotel è vicino a tutto (mare,lungomare, servizi di ogni genere).Facilmente raggiungibile anche dalla stazione di Viareggio prendendo il bus.Grande ospitalità e disponibilità.
