• Valerie (8/5): Relaxing stay in a great location - Lovely stay at the Anixis apartments. Caroline and Glenis are both very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are in a great location with a bus stop straight outside, buses every 20 minutes to the old town. The supermarket right next door is well stocked and there are plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. We had a great time.

Would happily stay here again. - Glynis, Caroline and the rest of the staff are so kind, helpful and friendly and really go out of their way to ensure that you stay is happy and comfortable. The hospitality there is amazing. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and were cleaned daily with clean towels provided daily as well. The apartments were a good size and the bathroom was great, a proper shower which was powerful with plenty of hot water and a glass shower screen. The public areas are lovely, there is a bar area with a good selection of drinks, which also serves good tasty food. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Lovely peaceful and relaxing place to stay. There was nothing we didn't like.
• Bo (10/5): A small and nice hotel. - The staff was very helpful and generous. The location is convenient thanks to busstop closely and by taxi 15 minutes to airport or Rhodos town. The Full English breakfast was superb. -
• Celine (10/5): Perfect - The owner was absolutely fantastic — so kind, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is ideally located very close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it! /

• Nichola (9/5): We wanted a nice chilled week in a friendly, welcoming hotel and that is what we got. - Overall I couldn’t fault the hotel. The owner and her staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spotless. Pool area is a lovely size, nice and quiet. Glynis the owner was very helpful, whatever we needed she found time to accommodate us. All in all we had a lovely week at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Glynis and Stamatis have an exceptional team that cannot do enough for you. Year after year George, David, Caroline, Linda, Astrit and Ada welcome us like family. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Not one thing.
• Rik (10/5): Warm welkom door gastvrouw! - De gastvrouw is super aardig en heel erg behulpzaam! Dit maakt meteen dat je je thuis voelt. De studio is best groot met een zonnig eigen terras en ook nog mooie plekken bij het zwembad. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor je verblijf in het mooie Rhodos!
• Philippe (9/5): Hôtel très sympa pour découvrir l'Ile de Rhodes - Un accueil très qualitatif, et des contacts très attentionnés tout au long du séjour L'appartement est bien fonctionnel, très propre (un passage du personnel chaque matin) L'attribution d'une place de parking réservée est un véritable atout, car se garer dans les rues adjacentes n'est pas simple La situation géographique de l'hôtel est très intéressante (proche de la Ville de Rhodes et de l'aéroport, et proche d'une route transversale pour rejoindre la côte Est). Et beaucoup d'opportunités à Ialyssos pour les restaurants ! Seul petit point regrettable: l'hôtel est proche d'une route très passante, avec une implication sonore nocturne
• Anita (10/5): It was a perfect stay from start to finish. - We stayed at Anixis Hotel for two weeks and it was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfectly clean the room service came every day, towels were changed regularly, and the room was always spotless. There was Netflix, YouTube, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. What made our stay truly special was the warm, family-like atmosphere. The owner was amazing always smiling, caring, and checking if we needed anything. We were there with my small dog, Costa, and he loved it too! The owner gave him some treats and made all of us feel very welcome. The room service lady was absolutely lovely with Costa he adored her and was always so happy to see her. The location was perfect very close to the beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and the bar served delicious coffee. We felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave. We definitely recommend this place and we will come back for sure! 🌞💛

• Verified traveler (10/5): Visit with family - We, two adults and two young children, had a great stay at Anixis Hotel. The small kitchen was good to have, so you could cook something if you didn't feel like eating out with two young kids. The staff where all very helpful and kind and came to check on us if everything was ok once we had checked into our apartment. The kids even received some gifts/toys from the hotel manager on the day of check out. It was a very good stay. The location was also good -walking distance 5 mins to the beach. There was a bus stop just outside of the hotel, so you could jump on and go to Rhodes city, which was very convenient.
• Johanna (9/5): Trevligt personligt hotell med bra läge och varm pool. - När vi anlände kl 00 på natten blev vi välkomnade av nattpersonalen, han sa att han lagt in vatten o läsk i kylen åt oss vilket var trevligt efter en lång resa. Vi fick helt klart bästa rummet, närmast poolen så jag som reste ensam med tre barn (10, 7, 5 år gamla) kunde ibland sitta på balkongen och övervaka dom samt att det tog 30 sekunder o hämta grejer i lägenheten, vilket man ju kan behöva göra 100 gånger om dagen med barn 😎 lägenheten vi fick var välstädad och trevlig. Hotellet är av äldre karaktär. Två sovrum med två sängar i varje rum. AC i ena rummet o fläkt i andra, passade mig perfekt som ändå inte sover med AC på. Gjorde enklare frukost, fanns stekpanna, kaffekokare, tallrikar, bestick mm. Poolen var varm, vi hade 32 grader de första dagarna så vi badade från kl 10-18. Sista dagen var det ”bara” 28 grader vilket vi då tyckte var lite kallt hehe. Promenerade ner till stranden på 4 min. Hade 28 grader i havet när vi var där vilket var magiskt. Supermarket och busshållplats ett stenkast från boendet. Ett bageri rätt över vägen med otrolig goda choklad croissanter. Vi åt lunch på restaurangen på hotellet varje dag, barnen åt pizza eller chicken nuggets, jag åt grekisk sallad. Kvinnan som jobbar där dagtid är helt underbar, trevlig och hjälpsam. En kväll var det livemusik på restaurangen, ett trevligt inslag. Mycket engelsmän på plats när vi var där. Jag har svårt för när man röker inomhus, vilket man får göra här, men det får man väl överallt så det är bara att le och se glad ut :) På kvällarna gick vi till olika restauranger, både norr och söder finns mindre områden med shopping för turister och trevliga restauranger. Ägarinnan och hennes man är otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma. En dag hjälpte dom mig boka taxi till en sandstrand, Zefiros Beach. Andra dagen funkade inte mitt kort när jag handlat, då var det bara att komma tillbaka dagen efter och betala då. Alla tre barnen fick också en kram och avskedspresent när vi åkte därifrån.
• Klara (8/5): Fin uke på Rhodos - Hadde en fin uke på Anixis hotell med familien. Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Er som forventet når man leser på andre reviews, men vi ble positivt overrasket. Fint å ha tilgang til kjøkken og kjøleskap/fryser. Fungerende klimaanlegg, og når vi hadde problemer med den, løste de det fort.

Gammel slitt hotell. Både inne og utenfor. Bitta lita hotell basseng. Vanskelig med busser til byen osv. Rullende stein stranda. Heldigvis hadde vi med oss badesko.

Location is great: close enough to towns for days and meals out, and quiet enough to enjoy some peaceful time. The living areas are spacious, the bar just fine, and the pool the right size. The beach is only a few minutes down the road too
• Bjørn (9/5): Lovely staff and a lovely hotel - I have just come home after a very nice week with my kids. And what a lovely stay it was! Glynis and her staff is such warm people that do everything they can to make your stay as good as possible. If there is a problem they will do everything to fix it. The whole staff I friendly and they become your friends during the stay. Caroline and the boys in the bar are super friendly. They also have a super marked were you find what you need and then some. My son had birthday during his stay and he got a present from Glynis and the staff. A very lovely gesture! We would love to come back someday!

The rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean and well looked after. Our apartment on the third floor was nice and quiet. There was a very nice pool area with enough sunbeds for all the guests. We would love to come back to Anixis!

Glynis goes out of her way to make you feel so welcome, goes out of her way to make sure everything is good for you. All the staff are so friendly, Caroline is always up for a chat, the boys George and David behind the bar arw so lovely and David makes the best espresso martinis along with all the other lovely cocktails. The hotel is very clean, room service everyday and clean towels, lovely pool area too. Met some lovely guests who have been returning for years. We will definitely return again. • Mehrdad (10/5): Rhodes 2025 - couldn't expect more of a hotel - The owner and the staff of this hotel made our visit to Rhodes even more perfect. Big thanks to the owner. She made us feel welcome right from the start and whatever we asked for was provided right away. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment suitable for 4 adults. Clean, spacious, view to the pool area and as we had rented a car getting to the old town and also Lindos was pretty easy. We would definitely stay in this hotel next time visiting Rhodes. • James (10/5): Great stay! - Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome by Glennis, the owner and the bar staff to recieve our key. She brought us to our room where there was fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and drinks in the fridge. The staff were always super friendly and helpful, always asking us if we needed anything during our stay and if we were comfortable; even offering us another room as one of our bedrooms didn't have air con. Our room was cleaned daily. The hotel itself is very convenient, close to shops and bars. We rented a car to get into the main town but there is a bus that takes you there too, and also to the airport. The pool area was great too, always someplace to sit and relax. We will for sure be back, thank you for the stay! There is no laundry at the hotel but the owner Glennis made sure to help us find a spot close to the hotel where we got 2 bags of laundry done for 20 euros. Unfortunately the food served at the hotel for those lazy days wasn't the best, however it was convenient.

Dit zorgt voor een hele fijne sfeer waar ook de gasten onderling leuk met elkaar om gaan. Paar kleine dingen aan het appartement (wat verouderd, airco lekte en lek bij de douche), maar door de leuke vibe was het het waard. Super verblijf gehad!

The room is clean, and the pool is clean. the area is really accessible to the sea and buses. Recommends to people who are not spoiled and who like cleanliness and a functional room The air conditioner is noisy, but I must say that it worked great! The shower with the curtain was not comfortable. Plus the stoves didn't work that well. Food cannot be heated Beyond that, really lovely!

The service provided by the hotel staff (Caroline, George & David) exceeded expectations; they were very nice, professional and helpful. The owners Glynis and Stamatis treat every guest like family. You can tell they truly care about what they do. The hotel grounds are nice. The maid service was good. Our room was cleaned everyday. Security was not an issue. • Beth (8/5): - Just came back from a lovely week at the Anixis. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Apartments were basic (as they usually are in Greece) but comfortable and we had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, we spent a lot of time there. Great range of cocktails at the bar and mocktails for the kids. We had breakfast and lunch from the bar a few times, both of which were tasty. The location was good, lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, plus a supermarket and bus stop right at the property. The bakery across the road is amazing, don't miss it! Also a few minutes walk away is a brilliant little museum of crystals and fossils, many of which were found by the owner himself. The only real negative I would say is the busy road that you have to cross. There is a zebra crossing, but it took us a while to realise that you have to actually step onto the crossing for drivers to stop, they won't stop if you stay on the pavement. Thank you to Glynis and Caroline in particular for making our stay memorable, and giving our son a treat for his birthday. We wished we could have stayed longer.
• Kerry (10/5): Welcoming and friendly place where you are made to feel that your holiday is extra important to them - Such a welcoming and friendly place, the owners went out of there way to accommodate us and make our short stay the best expeience ever. We felt welcomed and were so impressed by the breakfast and lunch we had and the pool area was clean tidy and spacious. The room was clean,bright, light and airy. Nothing could have been better everything we saw we loved and the staff and owners were so friendly and welcoming.

Short walk to some great restaurants or a bus stop outside the hotel to get to Rhodes town. Nothing. We knew what to expect and have visited several times.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Delightful service - During a holiday to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday she became unwell and was unable to return to England. We needed to quickly find a hotel reasonably close to the airport and Anixis seemed to fit the bill. What a excellent choice. Although the rooms are slightly dated they are spotlessly clean. The beds comfortable and the shower powerful. The little kitchenette is extremely useful and stocked with pots, pans, a toaster and even an iron The grounds are beautifully maintained. But best of all was the welcome that we received particularly from Caroline (who never seems to stop). Thank you so much for your concern and care. It was greatly appreciated. Nothing

• Kim (2/5): Catastrophic Incompetance - After travelling all day, we arrived midnight anticipating being shown into our booked and paid for 2 bedroom apartment at Anixis. Instead we are told they have moved our stay to their 'sister' hotel the Anita across the road. On being given our key we walk into a flea pit of a studio with two grubby single beds where you could happily dangle your feet in the sink or pop them in the fridge whilst you had a nap! Clearly not on and not what we had booked and paid for. The hotel insisted they had nothing else and that was what the Anixis had requested. We insisted that they get the person responsible for our booking, i.e. The Anixis owner over to sort it out. At first she tried to sway us into accepting that for the night, when it was apparent we were having none of it she spoke to the Anita manager who suddenly found us a one bedroom pit! By now it's past one in the morning and Anixis promises she will sort it out in the morning. After a sleepless night we go over at around 10.30am plenty of time you would think to sort it out. Has she? No she has done nothing so in between wringing her hands with tales of woe e.g a coma patient, a new employee giving room away etc she suggests we look on line and walk round the hotels asking if they have any room. The tune to the carol Little Donkey is now in my head and I've run out of characters to complete the dire service tale. So not the whole story here AVOID AT ALL COSTS Upside - a call to Expedia who were brilliant relocating us quick

• rachael (8/5): traditional, family run, greek hotel - very helpful staff, nice pool, well maintained hotel, several supermarkets nearby. its a traditional hotel & therefore not comparable to a big resort, but that's what makes it great. the hot water takes a while to come through but its 30'c so that really doesn't matter. its very clean and the people are very welcoming & friendly, good value for money

Hotellet var rent och fräscht enkel standard. Inget varmvatten utan solceller användes till uppvärmning.Underbar personal som höjer både upplevelsen och detta betyg.Närliggande väg kan vara störande beroende på var du får din lght. Fullt utrustat kök. Fri parkering med plats för ca 6-7 bilar. Egen pool med solsängar.
