• Fernanda (9/5): Satisfeita com a acomodação. - A localização é ótima. Fiquei em um quarto com 2 beliches (4 meninas). Achei ótimo que no quarto tinha banheiro privativo, e o chuveiro é separado do banheiro. Então, tinha um fluxo legal sem ficar esperando para usar o banheiro enquanto alguém estava tomando banho. A chave da porta é um pouco difícil de manusear e faz barulho, mas logo peguei o jeito e ficou prático entrar e sair (isso não era exclusivo do quarto que eu estava porque eu via as outras pessoas tentando abrir e fechar a porta). O Hostel fica em uma avenida movimentada com um hostel ao lado que promove eventos, então fica barulho até um pouco mais de 23h da noite. Fora esses detalhes para mim que fiquei 4 noites, foi tudo tranquilo.

• Luna (9/5): - La habitación compartida era cómoda y el baño y la regadera estaban dentro, no se compartían con otras habitaciones, eso fue muy cómodo. No hay personal en la entrada, entiendo que quieran hacer el sistema de entradas y salidas eficientes, pero tenía unas dudas y no supe a quien dirigirme. El internet no tiene buena conexión, era muy lento y se desconectaba. Estaría muy bien que en la regadera pusieran una canastilla pequeña para colocar tus productos mientras te bañas. Y también colocarle una cortina a la ventana para evitar la entrada de luz en la noche.

• jazmin (4/5): - Location Not really that clean, especially the floor. Along the wall there was a lot of dust and other stuff people had thrown there. There’s no kitchen or even a way to heat up food. The storage compartments for the luggage are under the bed, made of wood directly on the floor, and when you try to open them it’s so loud it wakes up the whole floor.

• Xu (4/5): - I am extremely disappointed with Hotel Paola. First of all, the hygiene standards are non-existent. I realized that the bed sheets hadn't even been changed after the previous guest, so I ended up using my own sleeping bag. To make matters worse, the room is very noisy due to its proximity to the street, and the windows have zero soundproofing. The most shocking part was watching the cleaning process: I saw the staff member using the same towel to wipe the bedside, the bathroom floor, and the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The overall cleanliness is appalling.

• tsai hsin (8/5): 我想如果我仍會再次預約下次的住宿，因為床很舒適跟地理位置很好！ - 1.床墊很舒適，床架空間很大，可以在床旁放化妝包或是明天要穿的衣服，每天都有清潔，室內地板、浴室、廁所都很乾淨. 2.地理位置很好！就在Firenze Santa Maria Novella火車站走路8分鐘的距離，整條路上都有餐廳，對面也有迷你超市可以買水或是小點心 3.室內燈光是崁燈跟感應燈，睡上舖也不會覺得燈光刺眼. 4.空間很大，可以讓30吋行李箱中整個打開來 提出一些建議列出許多點，是希望房東能協助讓我們住宿環境更好， 1.水壓很小，熱水溫度不太穩定，蓮蓬頭的固定架第一天晃來晃去，但隔天就 有鎖緊螺絲蓮蓬頭就不再晃動 2.房間圓形插座只有兩個，床頭附的是USB-A插座(住宿訊息有提醒，所以可以提前準備,因為現在充電線幾乎都是雙頭type-C) 3.冷氣壞掉螢幕顯示PR，有告知店家，但並沒有維修，所以必須開著窗戶，住宿第一天為了通風，有蚊子跑進來，住宿的第二天開著窗戶睡覺，但因為氣溫10-12度，沒有蚊子，如果天氣炎熱，還是希望能清理冷氣，讓空調可以運作

Definitely not in the room!!! Apparently next to the table with the keys it works okay ... But not useful if you want to plan your next day or next step of the trip ... Definitely not a hostel feeling. No space to meet/ sit. No kitchen, as mentioned in the description!

Les locaux sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Mon séjour était idéal Il manquerait juste des rideaux le long des lits pour une intimité complète et des port de charge type secteur classique et type C (et non seulement USB). Peut-être aussi un endroit pour les vélos et motos 😇 Ce ne sont que des conseils pour améliorer un séjour déjà excellent !

È la prima volta che alloggio in questo tipo di struttura e, sinceramente, per me è stata un'esperienza terribile perché è una camera condivisa con altre tre persone. Non la consiglio a chi fa fatica a dormire, perché sarà peggio: ognuno ha abitudini diverse, alcuni rientravano tardi, si lavavano e si preparavano per dormire facendo rumore, alcuni russavano. Mai più!!!

• HERNANDEZ (2/5): Muy mala experiencia - Solo la ubicación . Está muy cerca de la estación y zona turística No tenía internet en el cuarto. No había jabón de baño en la ducha . Nunca hubo nadie en la recepción ni para hacer check in ni check out. Dejan sobre con tus llaves y ya. Hay un número de contacto del cual no contestan.

Tenint en compte els preus de la zona, molt bona relació qualitat-preu. Alguna taca petita als llençols, tot i que nets, caldria repassar-ho.

La cual ya estaba abierta, y no ayudaba en lo más mínimo, a parte que la foto no coincide con el verdadero tamaño de la habitación, el hacinamiento era evidente.

There's an elevator to get to the hostel on the third floor, so it's great! Location a few minutes from the train station was excellent. Nothing, it was all good

• Tomasvicente2 (7/5): - Nuevamente destaco la atención de Ardi, excelente. Tiene una ubicación excelente. Es una buena relación precio-calidad. Esta vez me toco una habitación con menos limpieza y una cama que estaba sin hacer. Y las camas no tienen enchufes, hay solamente en el baño. Eso es un gran punto en contra.
• Mariana (7/5): Localização e conforto excelentes. A garantia da intimidade do hóspede deve ser revista. - Localização excelente, próxima ao Mercado Central, ao trem que vai para Villa Constanza. Há cafés próximo, e caminhando chega-se a vários destinos turísticos. O quarto é confortável, limpo e organizado. O banheiro oferece sabonete, secador de cabelo, toalheiro térmico. Há gavetas onde podemos deixar as coisas trancadas. Abrindo a janela fica bem arejado. Há elevador. Duas coisas MUUUITO estranhas: há uma câmera aparentemente desativada dentro dos quartos (está 'vedada' com fita), mas não verificamos se estava bem vedada; a outra coisa é que um dos funcionários/proprietários (um mais velho, que acompanhava o da limpeza) simplesmente meteu a chave na porta do quarto e a abriu sem bater na porta e antes do horário estipulado para limpeza. Bater na porta e aguardar a resposta é o mínimo, isso é fácil de resolver. Quanto à câmera, se ela não pode ser retirada, creio que os hóspedes devem ser avisados dela desde a reserva e reforçada nos emails e check in, quer ela funcione ou não. Obs: o quarto era só feminino, todas nós ficamos indignadas. O ar condicionado mal funcionava, mesmo mexendo no controle. Há um bar embaixo que faz algum barulho à noite. O wifi não funciona dentro do quarto.

Спать с кондиционером невозможно. Даже с закрытыми окнами, до часа ночи будет очень шумно с улицы. Полотенце 3 евро, удалось его получить только на второй день.

• camille (8/5): Très bon séjour - Le logement est propre et bien équipé ! Il est super bien situé pas loin du centre de Florence mais au calme et de bons restaurants dans la rue. Il n’y a pas vraiment de réception mais le personnel est très réactif par message !

El baño es muy cómodo y conveniente, está separada la ducha del WC, lo que favorece el uso. Las camas son cómodas, yo descanse perfectamente. Está a unos minutos caminando de la estación del tren. La limpieza es constante y siempre se siente acogedor y tranquilo Las instrucciones para llegar se me complicaron y hay que pagar en efectivo el impuesto de la ciudad. No tuve trato con ninguna persona y no hay nadie en la recepción que pueda orientarte. El wifi no funcionó ningún día durante mi hospedaje
