Bruneau (8/5): Wonderful! - I love the view I love the property it was beautiful. As my first time there it was really a nice surprise to enjoy and relax myself. The only suggestion I would make is that on the website it should note that the bar restaurant outside does not open until May 7th. Also I thought I was getting a room with a balcony based on the pictures I seen online but I only had a window. Which had a beautiful view but I was expecting a balcony. Other than my expectations because I had never been there before it really exceeded what I was looking forward to.
tara (10/5): I absolutely love this place, it was so comfortable and welcoming. if you are looking for a homey feeling stay here. tha - the view and location were amazing the only issue we had was the dryer (lint catcher) was not in dryer properly when we arrived it was laying inside dryer.

Kelly Lynn (5/5): Great location...needs improvements - We liked the area the hotel was in, close to food and the Cruisin even at the convention center. We stayed here numerous times for previous Cruisin events because of the location. The ocean view was also very nice and close beach access. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows should be tossed out and replaced as they went completely flat the moment you laid your head on them. The mini fridge had mold all over the rubber seal and the shower didn't work very well and just filled the tub with water.

Terri (8/5): - The view and being close to the beach. Staff is very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The room smelled misty. Wallpaper coming off the walls. The coffee maker had what looked like mold in the bottom where you add water. The ceiling looked like it had mold.

Mariano (9/5): Good stay,minor changes - Staff was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was low, and the hot water didn't get past warm. My room was directly across from the elevator, which meant every time people got on and off the elevator, we heard their hallway conversations and rolling luggage day and night when we were in the room. We had a great view, so it was a tradeoff. Next time , we'll just request not to be across from the elevator.

Patrick (5/5): - I liked the location and views of the ocean. The lady front desk agent that checked me in was extremely unfriendly. She would respond to most of my questions. When I walked in she did not even acknowledge me or say anything just looked at me I was the one that had to initiate conversation I did my best to try and be friendly but no response from her. An African-American man walked in after me and she was extremely friendly too and acknowledged him immediately. The rest of the staff was really friendly.
Rebecca (10/5): Just wonderful. Already made a reservation for 2026 - The breakfast buffet was good. I'm in a wheel chair and one of your employees, I believe his name was Darren, helped me to the beach. He was wonderful. A huge asset for your property.

DeLynda (10/5): Nice place to stay - I loved that the bar was right there, and there was live music. It is close to the boardwalk, but far enough away to not deal with the nonsense. Other reviews do no justice for this hotel. I am not a big person on writing reviews, but I almost didn't book due to them. I am happy with a clean room, clean bed. The staff made sure we had towels and would ask everyday if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again. The bed could be updated, but it was comfortable for several nights.

Krista (1/5): Terrible experience. Would never recommend to anyone. - Nothing. It was a dump. Room was dirty and unfit to stay in. Exposed wires, cobwebs, dead bugs, carpet ripped and torn, clumps of hair stuck to shower wall. Property refused to refund our money so we had to pay double and book somewhere else.

Guest (8/5): Lovely location; right on the beach, great pool, friendly staff & convenient - Great location; nearby a got amount of restaurants and stores. Great pool! Just a short ~ 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are a bit dated. Bed mattress was very firm. Some obvious areas on the walls that have been patched up. Overall furniture and amenities in the rooms could use updating.

latorre (4/5): It was convenient but could really use some updates. - I like the location and beach bar. I think for the price to stay here, there could be some updates. The building and room are very outdated and could use some new items, such as new comforters, beds, couches, as well as spend some money on the toiletries.
Laura (10/5): Castle in the Sand - Loved everything about being there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Will definitely return next year. Coconuts food and beverages were not very good. They were out of certain mixes for the cocktails we wanted and we didn't finish our cocktails as a result. We had ordered appetizers but they were kind of greasy. Waitress and staff were very nice.

Guest (7/5): - location was good, I like that there was a bar and right on the beach I did not like that there are actual keys to the rooms instead of cards. It's bulky and don't like how impactful it is if I loose it. The breakfast food was decent, but the atmosphere could use some improvements. It's in the basement and outdated decor and no windows, which is unfortunate for the location on the beach.
