Jadzia (2/5): Beautiful cabin but had a terrible stay - The cabin is beautiful, comfy and cozy. I called ahead of time to make sure I could check in late at night and they said we could check in anytime since reception is 24/7. We got there extremely tired after 9 hours of driving and they made us wait almost an hour to check in because they were doing a night audit (like seriously??). Plus they didn’t even have our information in the system. Once we finally checked in, there was no water in the cabin, we could not shower and barely had enough water to brush our teeth. The heater was the worst part. It super loud and kept making popping noises the whole night. Had a terrible night of sled because of that. Would not recommend this place.

Anna (4/5): We would stay again but only if they fix the heat! - The location is great and the unit itself was convenient and well equipped. There was no heat…in the winter! The heat vents were blowing cold air the entire night. We contacted the front desk and were told they would call the property manager but to go to the lobby and get a space heater. We never heard from anyone again and had to run 3 space heaters all night to have any warmth. Very comfortable! The hot tub was also very small and the water was lukewarm.

Liz (7/5): Spent the weekend with my family to celebrate my 65th birthday & had a ball!! - We enjoyed a number of things about the property. My GS loved the loft - it was his oasis and was a fun space for him to take a break. The upstairs kitchen was spacious, had new appliances and was a great space for us to make breakfast or snacks during our stay. The property itself is very nice, well maintained and clean. The upstairs room was very comfy, but the lights in the living room were either having electrical issues (we turned it off because it was flickering) or didn't light the room. Downstairs was the same - the rooms were very dark and we had to read near the kitchen light. The choice of TV sets and their locations was odd. Personally, we would have preferred two larger TVs in the two main rooms and either no TVs in the bedroom or mounting them on the wall at the foot of the bed. Normally, we wouldn't have minded as we had not intended to be in the space much but we were there during thunderstorms which ruined our outside plans. The storms were not your fault! :) I knew that there weren't a lot of cooking utensils at the space so I did bring my own knives and a couple of other items, but there could have been a couple more plastic bowls or other basic equipment. Also there was no ascetic at all. Perhaps a few posters on the walls of skiers or mountains? Except for the lights, these are all just nit picky things. These were very nice villas, we had a great time and we would definitely stay there again.

Natalie (1/5): Would not return. - Location was nice. The hot tub was small but very close to the room. It was quiet. I paid extra for a room with a second bed and was offered a room with a pull out couch bed. It was unbearable to sleep on as the springs were protruding from the thin mattress. I called the front desk to ask how to fix the TV and the cable box as nothing worked in the unit. They told me there was no one on site to help me. Also the in room fireplace did not work and we had issues with our room keys not working after going in the hot tub. It was very cold and we had to wait outside the room while getting two new sets of room keys made before they worked. I messaged the property after our stay and was told I should have contacted them while I was onsite. Which I advised them I did calling the virtual front desk person 2x from the room about the TV and cable and 2x from the frontdesk area as the keys did not work. No response from them.

Jacob (2/5): - I had a terrible experience with the staff here. The place itself is what you pay for, old and out dated. But, it’s a place to sleep. The staff on the other hand appeared to be offended with my questions and confusion regarding their virtual check in. After 45 minutes of failed attempts I was instructed to grab a master key from a binder that contained every key on the property. I’ve never been treated so rudely after asking such basic and common questions. I’m embarrassed for whoever hired their customer service reps and will never recommend this property. I can overlook the almost impossible, and horror movie-esc check in process but the way I was spoken to over the phone is simply unacceptable.

Check in was good, but maybe appreciate a person at the desk in the daytime a bit more, however "whoever" was checking us in was very good, and did appreciate it being available for 24 hours. In my condo, I would liked to have had a hanging space for clothes. Overall cleanliness was pretty good, but carpets going to upstairs condo really need a cleaning. Overall,really enjoyed our stay.

Carol (10/5): - Great place to stay in Tahoe. Quiet, clean, and cool cabin/ condo style place. Not sure if it was supposed to work, but the fireplace switch didn’t turn anything on. Also the control for the AC didn’t work, luckily the weather was mild. The description advertised incline beach being walking distance (11 min but it was actually more like 30 min) and it’s a private beach with no access. They should probably remove that as a perk of the place. There are public beaches close by, just not in incline village.

melissa (6/5): - Location to Shakespeare Festival, shopping and restaurants was very convenient. Plenty of parking and cozy beds. Located very close to incline beach which is private to locals and most rental property guests. However this property did not share their passes with the guests. Luckily we had family in the area who shared with us access to the beach and its activities. We rented space a villa that was poorly advertised on Expedia for clarity of what was actually availble for what the villa (townhouse) had to offer. Good to be aware if you plan to rent the villa that sleeps 8 it is two separate apartments with locking doors. Keys did not always work! Downstairs apartment does not have stove. Large stains on downstairs rug. Communal hot tub is the size of a small shallow kitty pool while the communal BBQ area has a picnic table not large glass table with 10 cushy seats for guests. Upstairs did have hot tub in room even though after I called was told we wont have in our room and there was nothing we can do about it. Which brings bringing me to one of the wierdest check ins I have experienced. When you walk into the check in hut there is a large TV screen behind a desk. Desk has a printer, phone and key making machine. When you walk in no one will greet you! You stand around for a bit wondering what you walked into. The phone will ring then a very unpleasantly rude woman will appear on screen, wave her arms to get your attention then motion to pick up the phone.
