• Tim (9/5): Good for one or two nights, in a very interesting location. - no breakfast, the nearby Denny's was the only option. The pool and exercise area were unavailable as they were being redone. That was a shame too as they were indoors and looked like they would be very nice to use.

She then opened the door but thankfully I had the security latch on and it prevented her from seeing me undressed. I was so shocked and quickly got dressed and went to see who was trying to get into my room. She apologized and said she thought the sign said service requested.

• Kimberly (10/5): All in all the improvements that were made since my last stay were awesome and will stay again. - I have stayed at the Navajoland Inn prior, probably over a year ago and it was your topical inn. The beds where too firm for me, but it was clean. We stayed there this past weekend and oh what a change, the beds were softer and I fell asleep faster, they now over continental hot breakfast and it just felt different. Very happy with the changes and will stay again. Well the walls in the room & bathroom did need a wipe down or a new paint job. Nothing bad, but it would make it look better.

Our room was comfortable, and reasonably quiet. Breakfast included small cheese omelets, which were a nice change from the usual steam-table scrambled eggs. Everything was scrupulously clean. It was all good.

• Anderson,Getman (2/5): Horrible - My husband walks with a cane, I ask for a room on the bottom floor. They said they couldn’t do that even though it appeared to be very possible. Toilet was broke, pillows were flat, no swimming pool or hot tub, ice machine first floor ( I’m 70yrs. Old) and breakfast was terrible. I called the desk and let them know before breakfast that the toilet was broke again and when we returned it was still broken. When leaving I took down our coats first and fell down the stairs! One of the staff bent over me and asked if I needed help left and another customer had to grab by the waist just to get me up off the floor.. I did receive an ice pack..
