- Carol (10/5): - Big room with kitchen, sofa and very comfortable bed. China, glass and real silverware at breakfast. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and all good. Elevator was at one end of the hotel. Our room was at the far end of the other.
- Hussein (7/5): - Clean, comfortable, location The odor is so bad like rotten egg when you enter the lobby. Seems like the old man who was cleaning was using non sanitary/dirty towels to wipe the floor. It stinks.
- Cheyenne (8/5): - The hotel was very nice looking when we pulled up. It was clean and smelled nice when we checked in. The front desk staff was prompt and helpful. Upon entering our room I noticed there was no divider curtain like there was supposed to be which was a huge issue but it was disappointing as we had planned to be able to split the room between us. I also noticed several of the lamps in our room were broken and needed to be replaced. The room was clean for the most part but had an old smell to it. I felt like it was slightly over priced for one night but we still had a good stay as we only slept and showered there.

- Cody (1/5): - The hotel advertised as being 24 hours, as did the booking.com listing. When we arrived, it was early morning after my toddler had a procedure done at Children’s hospital and nobody was at the concierge desk to open the door, so we didn’t even get the room

- Michael (10/5): Delightful experience and Stat - The room was clean. The facilities were modern and updated. The staff was friendly and professional and helpful. The location is in great spot. I have no real substantive complaint. It was a good hotel stay. The noise. I could hear every slammed door, bump, or shout from the hotel interior rattling through my room during the day.

- Andrea (6/5): Was just ok - Check in was easy , parking lot felt safe . Rooms were decent size , overall ok . Bed was comfortable . Pillows were too flat and only 3 on a king bed . Also only 3 full size towels in the bathroom . No bedding set for pull out but no issue getting from staff . Carpet could use a cleaning. Pool for sure needs a cleaning. Breakfast is what you'd expect but the cleanliness was so off . Had to get a few plates and utensils before finding a clean one and no one was wiping down the counters by food/coffee area .

- Nina (10/5): Quite and comfortable! - Our stay at Home2 was amazing! We were there for a weekend getaway, and the drive to Six Flags was only about 30 minutes. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a newly renovated bathroom and comfortable beds. We also loved having plenty of shelves in the room to keep our things organized. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

- Jaye (10/5): - Spacious room, quiet even though next to interstate. Variety of breakfast food & at no extra cost. Upon arrival, Hotel charged $75.00 extra for collateral. Hotel said it is because I chose a third party (Booking.com) & that "Booking.com" doesn't tell people this. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my $75 deposit back!

- Tameka (2/5): - The beds did not have clean linens. There were stains on the mattress protectors and the comforters. I had to make sure my children didn't put their heads on the pillows. I have no idea how this is rated as 4 stars. I'd give them 2 stars at best.

- Jessie (4/5): Lacking in hospitality - The hotel itself was up to standard. The room was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space for a family of 4. The pool was ok. The breakfast was always good. The staff ruined it for us though and seemed to be intentionally inhospitable with only one lone male staff attempting any sort of accommodations.

- Martha (10/5): Great place to stay!! - The rooms are excellent. Plenty of room to move around. Equipped mini kitchen with table space. My son ate breakfast and said the cold items were fine but the hot breakfast items were inferior to most other places. Staff was very friendly. Very homey room.

- paul (5/5): Hotel2Suites buche ich nie wieder! - Ich musste selber das Zusatzbett (schon beim buchen bestellt) vorbereiten und beziehen. Die Klimaanlage war am Boden neben meinem Bett und hat direkt auf das Bett geblasen. Da es sehr heiß im Zimmer war, musste ich in der Nacht die Anlage einschalten und meine Füße wurden gefroren. Als es kühl genug im Zimmer war konnte ich die (laute) Anlage abdrehen. Bis es wieder zu heiß zum schlafen wurde und ich sie wieder einschalten musste. Insgesamt habe ich sehr schlecht und sehr wenig geschlafen. Auch der kleine Hotel Pool ist alles andere als angenehm. Schmutziges Wasser, extrem laute (Klima-?) Anlage läuft im geschlossenen, kleinen Raum.

- Bryan (6/5): Family trip to st louis - My family and I generally stay at home2 hotels when we travel. Before starting, I would like to say that anything I brought up to the staff was acknowledged and rectified immediately. When unpacking into the room it was found that one of the cabinets with pillows was not touched by housekeeping, as it had some used pillows along with a clothing item from the last guest. A few things were also noticed during the stay: a couple ants were found in the bathroom, the insides of the clothing drawers had hair and the utensil holder had debris and was stained. The sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom had to stay open, otherwise it would get stuck in the closed position. Finally, the bed was so bad. The springs on the bed were extremely noisy with any movement at all and it was very uncomfortable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel was okay but it is older looking. The pool looked very cloudy so the kids didn't go in at all. The entire hotel has a musty smell especially our room. It was so bad that we couldn't sleep.

The pool was a salt water pool as others stated and wasn’t the warmest but the kids didn’t mind. The breakfast was great. Every staff member we encountered was extremely nice, helpful, and caring.

- WillieMacfan (10/5): Newer hotel in a redeveloping residential neighborhood - Two night stay in St. Louis. Selected this hotel since most of what we wanted to see was in nearby Forest Park. It has convenient access to main highways and streets but you should plan on driving to everything. Definitely away from downtown St. Louis and the Gateway Arch and Ballpark. Hotel is obviously fairly new. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Outside free parking lot. Breakfast bar included. Staff was friendly. It is an extended stay hotel and is nearby major hospitals. We found the location quiet.

Even when expedia reached out on my behalf, the hotel would not relent on the charge. I would not EVER recommend a stay at this hotel.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Hospital stay - We stayed here because my husband had heart surgery at Barnes Hospital. It was close to the hospital and that was convenient for me. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was quiet, the staff was all good to me, and the breakfast and coffee were delicious. Room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay again!

The hotel was in a great location from downtown, the breakfast options were great, we appreciated the saltwater pool and the staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was that the front desk attendant did not communicate the $75 hold fee for incidentals initially. We had to ask.
- Boone (6/5): Bedding - Our bed was a King and the blankets on the bed were for a Full or Queen sized bed. This led to one of the worst nights of sleep of our lives because we were 2 adults and 2 toddlers.
- Shanna (10/5): Safe n Quiet - Chuana made my stay extra fun, but the clean and quiet and safe area was a welcome change from other properties we have tried. The breakfast area stayed stocked with rotating options, everything was great smelling, and there was no issue at all. You can tell the area has hard water, but that's no one's fault. Next time we will bring some clarifying hair product, but will 100% be back!

- Julius (8/5): - This was my first visit but my wife second visit. Great location near my daughter’s home. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint I had was there wasn’t any water pressure for the bathroom faucet and there was a mild order in the room which went away. I informed the manager of the faucet issue which I hope they corrected after my stay. We were able to use the kitchen sink for our needs but I will be returning because it’s convenient and affordable.

- Kate (6/5): - The size of the suite we had was great, and I loved the location - very neighborhoody feel. There's a fun park a block away if you are bringing kids (and a smoothie shop!). But the pool was terrible - tiny, very cold, and dirty. We barely went in once. Super disappointing as that was the main reason for us booking this hotel. Also our room wasn't very clean - there was dog fur all over the couch and floor. The staff here are very kind and try to be helpful, but the hotel overall could use some upgrading.
