Guest Reviews
- HUNK (8/5): Affordable, clean and quiet - Front desk staff, she was very helpful!! keep her around for sure. Room was clean and quiet also recent start to remodel/update of rooms is a +++ .
- Titus (8/5): -
- Guest (5/5): Easy access from interstate, good price. - Location and easy access, and pets were accepted. Bedding could have been cleaner, maybe time to replace it... sheets had stains on them, and the waterproof mattress pad made a crinkling sound every time I moved. Maintenance personal was outside smoking near our room. Staff was very noisy starting at 7am.
- Murray (7/5): - Location Well water
- Michael (10/5): - Great spot if you are passing through
- John (7/5): -
- sue (8/5): - Comfy, quiet, clean. The staff there's are awesome!
- Shirley (10/5): Would stay again - Very comfortable Nothing really
- annonymous (7/5): -
- jivankin (10/5): -
- Monika (10/5): - Old but very clean and comfortable, nice hot water, and a window that opened.
- Edwin (10/5): - Clean room, easy check in. Friendly staff
- Mary (2/5): I left without a refund and stayed in another motel. - Did not feel safe leaving my car in parking lot. The room smelled like smoke. The chair had a huge stain in it.
- DAVID (10/5): - Everything was fine.
- Beatrice (2/5): - The staff was friendly Pretty much everything
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not recommended. - Hotel is desperately in need of updates. The carpet in my room was stained and had burn marks. The towels had big, black permanent stains on them. The doorknob to the bathhroom was broken and barely hanging off the door. The bed felt like sleeping on a trampoline. You get what you pay for, but $70 a night feels like too much for this.
- Daniel (6/5): For that price, it was exactly what anyone should expect. - The price was right. Not enough wall sockets.
- Margaret (8/5): -
- Greg (8/5): - Easy to get to. Friendly staff
- Curtis (9/5): I’ve stayed there 3 times and would stay again. - The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to get back on the highway. And it s clean, cozy, and a good deal.
- Robert (10/5): - Stay here years ago, it was clean neat and comfortable, rider friendly!
- Schulz (10/5): Arrived for a one night stay on the way to Great Falls with 4 other friends. Great price and great host. - Very comfortable. A few things needed maintenance but nothing big.
- Sarah (4/5): Not sure id stay again, ac cold and manager great - Arrived and thought had a kitchenette in our room so i could make food for the 3 kids in our group for a fieldtrip. It wasnt there. Ended up having to purchase extra food to accomodate for it. Booked 5 months before so not like it was last minute. Beware how it is advertised, very deceptive. Also found that a previous person had defaced a Bible in the room with phrases like abort christian babies and end christianity through violence. We took pictures. The management was great and was willing to refund the room. Manager was great to work with and understanding willing to work out a solution for us.
- terry (1/5): it sucked - didnt know it had breakfast Whole motel is open and they pack all 4 tenants into four rooms right next to each other wtf!!!!
- Carol (5/5): - Good location Beds were hard
- Jerry (3/5): -
- Sherrie (8/5): -
- Aislynn (9/5): Stayed just one night and was very pleasantly surprised with cleanliness and affordability. - Felt very safe, staff was very friendly, and was super affordable! Clean and nice room. Highly recommend checking out Makoshika State Park! Beds were a little hard but overall just fine.
- Alessandro (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A nice stay at a budget priced motel
- Guest (8/5): good price and meet needs for my trip - great place as traveling n motorcycle and can park right outside room
- Robert (8/5): -
- Guest (7/5): - N/A N/A
- Ross (8/5): - vvvvv
- Carol (5/5): Good - Quiet Beds were to hard
- Nancy (6/5): - The room smelled so bad due to the air conditioner, terrible thick musty moldy smell, had to turn it off and open the door to breathe, the smell permeated our cloths, and bedding, slept with the window open all night. Staff friendly.
- Kathleen (10/5): - Room was amazingly clean, staff were efficient and helpful. Nothing fancy, but exactly what we needed for an affordable night away from home.
- Morris (8/5): -
- Ernest (9/5): I would stay in this motel again. - Did not use.
- Curtis (7/5): - Staff was friendly, room clean. Got what I expected/paid for. Not updated but clean. Bed a bit hard.
- John P (5/5): -
- Guest (4/5): - They need to work on their water source. When I filled the bath tub the water was filled with high iron content causing
a red brown water. It may be safe but looks bad.
- Danielson (9/5): -
- Mercedes (10/5): Amazing hotel and employee - Very affordable and very well taken care of the gentleman at the front desk was an amazing employee very kind caring and helpful he helped my wife nd I and two children when our car broke down and helped us get it towed and finally got it fixed after our stay there couldn’t be more thankful! N/A
- Derina (3/5): Expected a better stay. - Conveniently near the highway. Water had a brownish tinge and the shower water temp was hard to control. It would have been helpful if this was communicated when we checked in.
- John (6/5): Not very good. - Shouldn’t have expected too much at the price point but should have been better. Water was yellow so didn’t use at all. Carpet looked dirty and showed signs of a possible flood situation. Everything felt unclean so slept on top of bedspread. On the plus side the desk person was great. If you’re a lone traveler passing through and just need some sleep then it works. Otherwise I would pass.
- Terry (8/5): Good place to stay and great price - Good location right off the interstate, was quite not like some places that are noisy through the night. Older facility, but staff very friendly, shower had the neck up so I could fit under it. Ample room, mini frig, microwave, didn't try the TV. A/c worked good. Price was great. Will remember for next time through. Only can think of two drawbacks, the beds were a little bit to firm for our preference, and being an older facility, the number of electrical outlets were limited, would benefit from a power strip or to for charging electronics, since it seems we all have them that need charged at night.
- Paul (8/5): - I was surprised by the friendly and beautiful lady that checked me in.
- Guest (8/5): -
- Richard (8/5): Overall, good value for money. Clean and convenient location - The hotel was close to highway, clean and quiet. Overall, good value for the money Met my expectations. Nothing I did not like
- FRANK (6/5): - Comfortable bed and lounge chair, plenty of table space, mostly clean, good wifi, good appliances. Efficient receptionist. Water was brown (I wouldn't drink it), lounge chair was old and looked like it has never been cleaned
- Irma (4/5): - Usually I enjoy staying in motels, but this one was not a good stay. The staff are amazing and nice but the room wasn’t. It was clean but rusty water came out of the nozzle in the bathroom. The beds were really uncomfortable too. It was hard to plug in all of our devices due to limited number of usable outlets. The cooling system must have been broken because it was not cool in my room at all even though it was on the whole time.
- Angela (4/5): - The room was not properly cleaned. Old food/alcohol in the fridge. Water is brown and I didn't dare drink it. Chair was dirty and floor was nasty. If we werent exhausted we would have went elsewhere. Had to wait for someone to come check us in. Only plus was it was right off the highway.
- Kristin (8/5): Travel Stop - Price was very good. It had private entrances. There was no ice and empty vending machine.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - As a single female who travels alone, I felt completely safe and well taken care of. The gentleman who checked me in was accommodating, polite, and very informative about Glendive Montana. Also, having the gas stations, grocery store and state park nearby is very convenient.
- jivankin (10/5): -
- Michael (10/5): - Great staff, very nice. Motel doesnt look great on first look but once i opened the door i was very pleased. Clean, welcoming. Simple and accommodating!
- Rae Fixler (3/5): - The water came out of the faucet brown, so we did not use it. This meant we weren't able to take showers.
- dongxiao (4/5): - Water whether from the shower or the sink, feel slime, get sticky to skin, even after hours of flushing. Not sure what happened.
- Philip (7/5): -
- Heidi (8/5): - Great price, great location, love the separate door for each room. Quiet Bathroom is extremely small and toilets too low. Pillows are very thin and uncomfortable.
- Justin (8/5): - Bigger bathroom
- Leslie (7/5): -
- Jeremy (10/5): - Very good experience
- Shari (8/5): Great value - Good location
- David (5/5): - Great parking for truck and trailer. Tv was broken. Water wasn’t clear.
- Becky (7/5): - quiet and clean could use a comfortable chair
- Lindsay (5/5): - Dated. Meh.
- David (10/5): Pleasant stay - Pleasant
- Stephanie (4/5): Very cold room!! - The hotel was friendly about the booking and helped us to check in late. However when we got there the heat was not working properly. We turned the heater to 90° and the room was 45°. It was -5° outside. We froze, but it was a late check in so what can we do? I guess that was better than outside. They didn’t seem to be willing to help when we mentioned it to the front desk the best morning at check out.
- Ty21219 (7/5): -
- Ed (6/5): - Rooms were adequately, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Worth the price.
- Debbra (10/5): - The lady at the front sesh was extremely kind! She is one of the best hotel staff I have had in a very long time! So quick and courteous. Very friendly and personable.
- Jeff (10/5): - Have stayed at the Riverside several times. Always been satisfied with everything
- Peter (8/5): Night on the road - Basic comfortable room
- James (7/5): -
- Ronald (4/5): it would be a great place for hunters and some one how does not mind an older place to stay - N/A the beds were old with springs in them every time you rolled over you heard them and felt them and the water was brown
- David (10/5): - Very nice lady that checked us in, clean room.
- Mitch (10/5): - The location was good and the room was comfortable and clean. No complaints
- Gattatigre (7/5): -
- Greg (9/5): Why pay more at the big chains down the street? - Nice, extremely budget friendly Inn. Staff is always very pleasant. I have no complaints.
- Alison (6/5): - Reasonable facility for the money.
- Dale (6/5): - Easy access to freeway and well priced. Very old property but clean and comfortable. Door safety needs repair. Adequate for overnight travel stay.
- philip (6/5): - Was only there 1 night so it was a bed for the night would I go again sure the price was good for what you got. Cleanliness
- Debra (6/5): - It was quiet. The desk clerk was a bit put out. Apparently, we interrupted her dinner. The wifi was terrible.
- jivankin (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): - Very affordable option with tons of good food options.
- Granholm (8/5): - Clean, right off the freeway, coffee maker, nice shower, tv, beds were ok. Air conditioner a bit noisy.
- Ray (9/5): comfortable room good bed -
- Benny (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable for a inn located in a very small town. And very friendly and helpful staff, props to them!
- Yandy (2/5): - I travel every single day and this is the worse experience ever if you read this comment please do not go to this place because if you go there you are going to remember me for the rest of your life believe it
- Kelsey (7/5): - Friendly staff, convenient location and overall good budget accomodation
- Alan (10/5): - As usual had a great stay
- Eric (7/5): -
- Melodee (4/5): For the price I wouldn’t expect much less. - Convenient parking, and easy to find, also good price! The beds were pretty uncomfortable, and there were people staying next to us and we could hear absolutely everything.
- Risner (8/5): I thought the room was good value for our stay, but our air conditioner didn’t work. - Good value! Our air conditioning didn’t work.
- Thomas (6/5): - This motel is way over priced for what you get. I say that on account that they don't offer any type of breakfast for the price they charge. The room was ok for the night. and the desk clerk was very nice, but if we had a choice we would not stay here again.
- Deborah (10/5): Nice and affordable - Nice affordable place to stay. Rooms had AC and a place to sleep, that's all we were looking for this time. Lady at the counter was nice and helped us find a place to choose for dinner.
- Holly (7/5): It was a good value. - The water was brown when taking a shower/bath.
- Mark (8/5): Clean, inexpensive - Very inexpensive, a good value. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location was right off the highway, but nothing to look at. Fine for one night on a trip.
