However after I left the place in an hour I recieved notification that I have checked in which is a scam

- Aastha (3/5): Poor - I booked the hotel for ~1000 Rs AC deluxe room for me and my brother. The payment was due which I thought of paying at the hotel itself. But when I reached there, the hotel denied check-in with the price shown online and asked to pay 1999 instead of 1000. Since I wanted the room for hardly 8 hrs of layover they gave me a discount of 500.
But my point is if the hotel is tagged with a particular price for a day, the hotel shouldn't change it on reaching the hotel. The room was not worth paying 1500.

At about 5am when I reached the hotel, the counter attendant refused to allocate a room to me because the payment was not done. The link for payment was sent to me by mail about 4 days back of arrival, but the link for payment in that mail was not working, as I tried it for several times. Very bad experience.

I landed at hotel at 3am with my spouse and they didnot accept my booking as per the given rates shown in my confirm booking and charged me heavily.

- K (6/5): Not so great experience, starting to doubt Booking.com as well. - Near to our desired location, spacious room and comfortable stay. We booked a room online for Rs.3268 and paid half of it in advance. However, when we arrived, the hotel demanded Rs.2366 more, claiming they had no ties with Oyo anymore. We had no choice but to pay the extra Rs.732. The room was not worth it at all. The chairs were dirty and broken, the bed and pillow were stained, and the table was filthy. We asked the staff several times to change the bedding and clean the room, but they only replaced one chair. We were very disappointed with our stay and will be more careful when booking through BOOKING.com in the future, as we have heard of other hotels charging more than the online price.
- Ali (1/5): Don't book this hotel. They are not accepting online booking and demanding 1900/2000 INR per night. - Nothing. They denied my check-in and asked for additional 1500 INR per night. I booked for 4 days so additional 6000 INR. I denied and contacted support number provided through my booking. That support number belongs to OYO. They tried to resolve the issue and had a conference call with property owner. They harassed me for 1.5 Hrs and finally OYO support responded that hotel is not accepting the booking with the price reflected in Booking.com or OYO. Finally they shifted my booking to another hotel. This hotel is using Booking.com/ OYO platform to bring customers and finally looting them by denying booking. Booking.com/ OYO should blacklist this hotel. FYI, I made complete payment of the hotel at the time of booking.

I booked 4 delux room for 11 people by doing part payment but when i reached there the staff informed me that all 4 delux rooms are booked and they can give me 2 big rooms that can accomodate 6 people in each room. I have no option other than to take 2 big rooms. The bed was broken in one of the room and bath room door latch was broken which was often getting locked and we need to call staff to open it. Booking.com should not give false commitment that hotel is booked after part payment.

Room was not clean as I was expected.
Most important bad thing was that they denied to check in without asking anything.

I've booked the hotel with the price shown in the app but the receptionist refused to give us the room for the booked price we were expelled out of the hotel at 1am. He didn't give us respect at all. He was so rude. I request you to delete the hotel from the site.
I still haven't gotten the refund till now.

- Iftikhar (1/5): Deceptive online prices and unfair practices - The online prices are deceptive and the hotel does not accept it. They charge 1400 for a day and advertise 650/day on booking.com. The beds, blankets and pillows are too unclean and unusable. Washroom is bad than any public toilet. They don't provide any room service for any complaints made. They switched of the room AC on 2nd day. Just had one of the worst experiences.

Then, when I reached the hotel the person (receptionist) said that at this price we can not give hotels to you. If you want your room then pay 1000 rupees more. I booked hotel on booking.com nearly 500 rupees.
The behaviour of receptionist was rude. He said the if you want rooms then just come to hotel. Dont book it on any platform otherwise at that price he will never give room.
It was very new city for.me that's why I need to pay that amount. But there is a lot of communication gap between booking.com and hotel.
My experience is very worst.

- Taufiq (1/5): Please call police if hotel do not honor online rate and deny check in - Location is very good, close to major tourist attractions and metro station Hotel front desk is rude and did not allowed us to check in for the online price we got from booking.com we tried to seek assistance from booking.com but it was a international call so we file a police complaint with the near by police station in Abids. The police station is 2 mins walking distance from the hotel. They came at the property and sorted the issue. The hotel has done similar thing with one of the family who came from Bangalore and took more money from them. When we bought the police at the hotel they other family also complained about same situation but since they had senior citizens and small kids so they paid the higher price for check in. Hyderabad police is awesome.
