- Ольга (4/5): Поищите что-то получше! - В данном отеле проживали 5 дней, с 18 по 23 марта 2025 года. Понравилось месторасположение, от моря и автобусной остановки совсем близко. Рядом и Кинг-Конг- большой супермаркет, в котором есть всё! И кафешки, и магазинчик кофе, где самый выгодный курс обмена. Мы бронировали номер с видом на море, вид и правда великолепный!) Не понравилось то, что в отеле нет сейфа, хоть он и заявлен в описании. Каково было наше негодование, когда удалось объяснить с помощью гугл переводчика, что нам нужен сейф, а в ответ девушка положила наши документы и деньги в пакет и унесла в комнату! Это было очень тревожно, составили расписку с подписями и сфоткали её, больше не оставалось выбора! Такого чудо-сейфа я не видела нигде и уж точно не планировала так хранить свои ценности!! В номере нет фена, питьевая вода не входит в стоимость, пришлось покупать воду. Про уборку и пополнение банных принадлежностей вынуждены были напоминать! Кровати в номере удобные, но над ними кондиционер, который дует на тебя, выключить не вариант, так как сразу становится жарко в номере. В итоге простыли все от него! Вернулась бы я сюда? Если уж только в крайнем случае, когда совсем нет денег и надо переночевать одну ночь. В целом не рекомендую отель для проживания.

- Irina (10/5): - Не могу не поделиться своими впечатлениями об отдыхе в Kim Lien. Отдыхали с приятельницей с 12 января по 9 февраля 2025года. Отель оказался очень удобно расположенным по отношению и к морю и к центральной дороге с магазинами и кафе, до моря буквально 2 мин. Номера очень просторные и чистые, есть все необходимое . Уборка проводится регулярно и по желанию гостя. Но самое приятное впечатление оказала вьетнамская семья, которая содержит и обслуживает этот отель. Нам устроили незабываемое совместное празднование Китайского Нового года с огромным количеством закусок и напитков. Наши друзья, которые проживали в других отелях нам искренне завидовали. За время пребывания сложилась настолько приятная атмосфера , что возвращались в отель как домой, чувствовалась постоянная забота и внимание к нам. Мы решили, что если получится приехать на Фукуок снова, то только сюда! И огромное спасибо семье за создание такой прекрасной атмосферы !

- Lidia (3/5): Good location, but ask for a high floor room. - Location was good, just by the sea and Ocsen Club. Easy access to the main street and restaurants. 3 ATMs just up the street. I was on the 1st floor so could hear all the people coming or going to the club. There was not even one bottle of water in the room, and when I asked for a small water, as I arrived late from the airport, they wanted to charge me!

- Ruslan (10/5): Хороший вариант за эти деньги. - Все чисто, есть лифт. Находится в пару минутах от пляжа. Но пляж конечно не большой и все заняты лежаками других гостиниц и кафе. Недалеко хороший, большой супермаркет. Так же центральная улица с различными кафе. Отель и расположение отличное, вот бы большой пляж тогда все вообще было отлично.

- James Edward (7/5): Great location, a short walk from everything you’d need - The property was located is a great area of the island. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. It wasn’t too noisy in my room, despite there being a beach club next door. The pool was empty when I visited. My room has little to no natural light, with only a small window facing the wall. Still unsure whether food is/was available at the property.

They always carry a smile and are very helpful. We partied till late night at the beach shack (ocsen) which is adjacent to the property. The hosts still carried a genuine smile and didn't show even a little bit of annoyance while we disturbed them getting in and out during the night. Lots and lots of options for food / drink / party / spa / massage nearby Last but not the least - value for money

- Francois (8/5): Peace and quiet - I recommend this hotel, here is why! The landlady is very friendly and will do everything to help and inform you. My room was spotless, spacious with closet, desk, TV and cable, fridge, kettle, very comfortable and clean bedding, towels thick and new toilets, the modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Large balcony with a small table and stools, view of the sea (a small flower decoration would be a plus). There is an elevator to go upstairs. Soon, there will be a restaurant. The hotel is well located, away from the main road and 3 minutes from the beach and bars. The prices are correct compared to other accommodation in the same sector. Here, I think I have made an objective description of the place, you can go there without fear and have a good stay.

- Anette (8/5): Strandnära, prisvärt, nytt fräscht rum med stor balkong. - Bra läge, ny byggnad, rent och fräscht. Bra Wifi. Fin utsikt, dock mer palmer än hav. Stort badrum, stor balkong. Nära fin strand och bra restauranger. Perfekt städning varannan dag. (De gamla bungalowsen används inte längre) Inget vatten i poolen. Ingen resturang eller shop som det står i beskrivningen. Ingen tillgång till stranden direkt från boendet, det går att gå igenom grannens bar. Ägarens stora familj med många barn bor på nedre botten, receptionen är deras vardagsrum. Högljudda lekar och en bäbis som skriker från tidig morgon. Personalen pratar ingen engelska.
